My mood that day wasn't the best plus college had been tiring so you can see how this dream was brought on.
For some reason tonight, my brain thought it would be fun to mix a bunch of nostalgic school memories together into a chaotic dream. All the school's I had been to from primary to secondary and even my college were combined. There were schools I hadn't seen before too as well as a small chunk of a nursery. The architecture was horrendous.
Like being dragged into Hell after already spending eternity in it, they dragged me back to nursery. The only difference from ordinary school was that to get good grades in this one, you had to kill your classmates. Yes, that's right. My peers were my enemies...
I have no clue why going along with it was reasonable in my mind but since the dream wasn't lucid, it all felt so real and therefore like my only option.
Nursery was easy. I passed with flying colours by hitting a snot nosed brat over the head with a vase. I know right. This does not make me look like a good person. Still, most of the early years flew by thanks to my stabbings, knockings, pushings off roofings, and burnings in buildings. Goodbye nursery...
Unfortunately, this meant the other students were much older than me by the time I reached year six as when they dragged me back to nursery they also reset my physical age...
It was a challenge to pass which involved me choking out a guy who desperately tried to gouge my eyes out with a pencil. Lovely stuff.
In highschool things were different. I grew up fast only managing to pass the first year after fast forwarding a few years for me to grow a bit older. I actually made some friends for once and we decided to just try and survive.
However, in our final school year together, we ended up on a school trip that was obviously very dangerous. Other students could leave you stranded somewhere unknown, push you in front of traffic or out a window of the bus on the way there, crowd you into a dark alleyway, the possibilities were endless.
Unfortunately, these three examples all nearly happened to us. We narrowly escaped death on all occasions. Though the last one is the most interesting.
My friends and I were being herded into a dark alleyway so we had no choice but to defend ourselves. Dreams are hard to remember the details of even when you write them down but basically we picked up anything we could use as a weapon. Our predators were now the prey.
It was a brutal fight. Everything went really fast though so it wasn't too scarring. In fact, in our graduation party I gave a speech stating how I went 'Bam, bam, bam with a baseball bat'. Our teacher found us not too long after the fight. A++ to us three.
Although, here is where it gets sad. As we know from the bird Kingdom dream, dreams collapse when things stop going your way. The climax had been reached so like a story the falling action had begun. My friends hadn't actually done any fighting. It was only A++ for me.
Because of this, I was sent off to a private school with a scholarship that made my parents very proud. However, my friends never saw me again.
It was too hard to keep up with all the other students. No one wanted to be friends with me and the students there were a lot smarter making them less predictable when they tried to attack me.
It was after a really hard day on which I was injured badly in my left leg that a group ambushed me on my way home. That was their homework done for the year.
I stood no chance. It was like one of those dreams where you run and run but can't get away. I think that might have been due to my injured leg. My death was brutal and traumatising. I deserved it a million times over though because all I could think of was all the people I'd murdered just to get to this point.

The moral of the story kids is to always ask your parents for help with homework if you know what I mean.
On a serious note. We learnt from this how time can be so distorted in dreams. I almost lived my entire school life in the space of one night.
