It was already the weekend and Tristan had decided that he would go and meet his parents and sleep over that was all he could do he could just continue working but he decided to let this weekend go. He did his morning usuals and soon he was set to go but he decided to eat breakfast at home so he called the head maid Xin ye
"Xin ye!!"
"Yes young master" she answered
" I want my breakfast" she was shocked at his statement his breakfast was always ready but he never asked for it not even once the only time he eats is at dinner time and also weekends he was always working
"Or can't I have my breakfast ?"she was snapped out of her thoughts by what he said "Oh I'm sorry young master" she rushed to the kitchen to get his food, after he finished his food he left to see his parents
When he got there he went straight into the the house the thing is he wasn't so cold to his family and friends but he just had this personality that is usually cold
"Mom...dad!!!" he called as he went in"
"oh my baby is here " his mother said with the usual smile
"Mom what if I came with my friends would you call me a baby ?" he said smiling
"Oh yes so they can know that you are my baby"
"Hmm"
"You are here ?" his father asked
"Yes and I'm here to stay for the weekend actually" he said chuckling
"Awwn it's been so long my baby has slept over, finally"
"okay anything is fine by me" his father cut in
"Go and freshen up and eat then we can sit and talk all day"
"Okay mum"
Tristan knew his former room in the house but it's been so long he had been there although the maids cleaned it up from time time but he had outgrown most things In there, but has he went in he saw a box which was not there when he used to use this room, so he decided to go close to the box and see what was in it as he was about to open it but then he heard his mom call him
"Tristan.... Tristan!!!"
"Yes mom I'll be down in a minute" he answered totally forgetting about the box he went to take a shower and changed into the pajamas he brought from home then he went downstairs to have dinner, after dinner they all went to the living room
"Aww I really can't remember the last I talked to my baby like this" His mother said with a small pout
"I'm here now you can ask me anything"
"Anything you say ?" his mom asked
"Yes anything" he immediately regretted what he said because his mom was going to bring the most dreadful topic up again.
"We've set you up on a blind date I'm already tired of waiting" His father said quickly
"What ? mom did you know about this ?" he said looking confused
"Look on the bright side you might like this girl should I show you her pic...." he didn't let her complete her words before he cut in.
"You didn't even ask me" he was already tired of these things he had been on so many blind dates that he got tired, he spent most of his time on his phone on this dates, he thought they had stopped but they brought it up again
"Why is there someone?" His mother asked looking excited.
"Hmm maybe" he lied
"Oh my goodness and you didn't even give me a hint I'll cancel the date right now" his mom said very fast
"Mom relax" he said laughing at her expressions
"Do you have her picture? when are you bringing her to us? should we come and see her?" his mom asked him a ton of questions at a time
"Mom one question at a time" meanwhile his father did not speak all this while, his mom noticed this
"Lui why won't you tell him to bring her home" his mother said facing his father
"Lana why don't you calm down, he has already told us there is someone so let's give them time" his father tried to convince his mom
"You know how long I've been waiting I can't wait anymore"
"Mom how is your boutique" he tried to change the topic
He succeeded and his mom left the matter they chatted and chatted till it was night time he checked the time
"Dad mum it's bed time you need your quality sleep"
"No I want to stay a little more"
" We'll talk tomorrow"Tristan said pushing them both to their rooms
"Good night"
The weekend was already over soon it was time for Tristan to go he was already up by 6:30 and downstairs he has his breakfast and was set to go he didn't want to wake his parents up but he had to his mom would get very angry and tell him to stay so he decided to go and tell them goodbye
"Knock knock"
"Come in" his father replied he walked in briskly
"Dad mom I'm already set to go"
"What so soon ?" his mom jumped up from the bed
"Mom I'll always call and I'll visit again"
"Have you had breakfast ?" his mom asked
"Yes I have now I have to go bye Mom and Dad" he said while walking out of the room
"Byee" his mother said almost crying
