So far it's been ten days or so in-game. Currently, Jin and I are level 30 so far and still surviving. I still have my Reaper Scythe but we have both gotten better-leveled gear. Today we are going to try and do a dungeon that is rumored to be unbeatable. The dungeon's boss has a chance of dropping a pair of legendary daggers for the assassin class. We asked around the towns to gather information on why this dungeon was so hard. The general conclusion we came up with is because none of the players have managed to return after attempting it. Jin and I wonder if today will be our last day together or not if we attempt the dungeon. I told him no dungeon is unbeatable. Every boss has to have a weak point and a way to beat it.
I could tell he was worried and I didn't want to lose him to this game. I hugged him from behind and whispered in his ear that I deeply cared about him. I told him that when we got out of this game I wanted to ask him out. He looks at me and said why do we have to wait until after the game to date. My mouth just drops upon hearing what he just said. He then leans in and kisses me so passionately that I couldn't help myself and I just wrapped my arms around him and held him tight.
In the next town which had the fifth story quest and the unbeatable dungeon, there was a house that players could buy themselves if they wanted a place of their own. We decided that this would be perfect for us so we could be ourselves and not have to stay at an inn every time. The house was hidden in the mountains and very isolated from the town itself. We teleport to our house and go inside to see how it looked. The kitchen was huge and since I loved to cook I figured I'd make the first meal in our house tonight. Jin was quick to check out the bedroom though. After looking through the kitchen and saw what it had to offer I went into the bedroom to find Jin changing into something more comfortable than his armor. Embarrassed I apologized and started walking out but then he grabs my hand and tells me not to go. I turn back around to face him and his body looks stunningly sexy. He starts kissing me and whispers into my ear to take my gear off and get as comfortable as he is. I've never changed in front of somebody so I was nervous as hell. He giggles and says I can always just take your clothes off for you if you want. I couldn't even form a yes or no answer before I just nodded. He slowly starts kissing me and I feel his hands undoing my armor. Without even skipping a beat he had all my gear off and we were both standing there in our boxers making out before falling onto the bed.
The next morning we wake up together just smiling at each other. We give each other a morning kiss and get ready for the day. We teleport back to town and start making our way to the dungeon entrance. When we arrive surprisingly there are a lot of groups despite the rumors of so many players dying here. One of the teams there belonged to the top guild in the game. The next thing I hear is somebody saying "oh look it's the Reaper." I turn around to confront the player and I realize it's one of the players from our first dungeon. I ask if they were going to attempt the dungeon and I got an overwhelming yes from everybody. I told them we were also going to attempt it and wondered if anybody needed two more players on their team. Everybody huddled together to discuss it and all the teams turned us down because of our reputation except for one team.
We will be happy to take you guys. Everybody else was shocked that a team was willing to take us. The guy from the first dungeon chimed in and said do you know what these two are capable of? The team leader said yes I do and that's why we aren't going to be stupid like you guys. My mouth dropped as quickly as he finished his sentence. Once we introduced ourselves to the rest of our new teammates we all geared up and headed inside. Once we were inside it was a maze of corridors and passageways. Most of the teams split up and took different routes. As we made our way through everything and killing what mobs were there we finally got to the boss door. A few minutes later some of the other teams started showing up but we realized that one team hadn't made it this far yet. We all wondered if they were still alive or not. The team leaders all shouted are you guys ready? We all shouted back yes! Next thing we know the boss door opens by itself as if telling us to come inside.
We all start heading inside and the torches that lined the room all lit up showing an empty throne like a chair on the other side of the room. I thought to myself this is a trap just waiting to spring. The boss chair is empty, there are no enemies at all, so there must be something else that's going to happen. All of a sudden we hear one of the teams screaming in horror as half their team gets slaughtered from the darkness. That's when I knew what this boss was. Everybody it's an assassin type boss. It attacks from the shadows catching you off guard and killing you. That's why there weren't any survivors from the previous players that have attempted this. Jin leans in and asks how are we supposed to beat something we can't see? I don't know yet but everybody stay on your guard.
