Hong Luo SI leaned against the wall in a dark corner. She had not gone far. Just to the martial camps edge. Taking a pause after such an exhausting fight was not unusual. Although, listening to her mildly irregular breath made her realize that time was a luxury she could not afford as of yet. Her traing was not over. Small cuts appeared and disappeared all over her body.
"Wu Ji Quan, without ultimate. It's not bad." She reviewed her first fight. "It might be slower since it also encompasses the feeling of nature, but it is very smooth and domineering if used right."
Small amounts of qi were concentrated and exploded upon collision. Quenching the untouched areas herself as she healed them back up.
The fight was over. The onlookers dissolved and went back to training or glued onto Fu Wuying.
It was getting dark and Wuying had a bored, dissatisfied look on his face. Today's event did not go as he had planned. But tomorrow was another day. He still felt some joy, seeing his servant get beaten up.
The next day arrived and the same event unfolded itself. Luo Si would accompany Wuying to the martial camp. He would offer a reward, of 2 gold coins this time, to whomever would knock his servant down.
The native teenagers were even more excited than the previous day. "Today she is going down. Nobody can stop me."

The onslaughter started anew. The only difference was that players now mingled inside the fight. Attracted by the reward they did not stand by. Albeit, it did not make a difference to the veteran. Luo SI was dancing in the middle of the brawl, distributing the barrage evenly.
"Do you know what one can buy with 2 gold coins? I only earned 1 silver until now by delivering some things for my boss."
"I've been to the weapons shop and pharmacy. No wonder all the others are crazily attacking her. The most basic things cost 10 silver coins. Think about the things you can get with 2 gold coins, that's 2000 silver. I am not missing this opportunity."
"But isn't she one of us players?"

Everybody thought of the enrichment as they send their attacks towards Luo Si. However, what they didn't know was that they wouldn't get richer but were getting poorer by the minute. Their money secretly entered Luo Si's sleeves as she stealthily grabbed in the others pockets. One was not able to witness the theft as clouds of dust whirled up from the attacks. In addition, since the defender did not counter, the kids attention dropped. Who would expect her to have the time and strength to rob others while fighting in an army of youngsters.
Today's fight ended with the sun still being high up. The result unchanged as everybody was exhausted. Luo Si distanced herself again. The coins were counted, when nobody looked.
"10 silver coins. 2 hours have passed, that would make 5 coins per hour. Not bad for a first-grade martial learner, but I can do better. The progression to the next stage is also doing well. I can already feel my body strengthening." Wu Ji Quan healing technique was no longer needed to be used as often with her body slowly climbing in strength. This in return meant that she could invest more time and energy refining herself. Other then that, the compatibility and familiarity towards the foundationtechnique rose.
The day ended, ready to restart itself the next day.
But tonight, another two phones would ring.
"Boss it's me Kuilei. I've got good news." Kuilei was excited when he heard the awakened talk about what was going on in the martial camp and of course happily informed Liuxian.
"Did you succeed this time. I can hear joy from your voice."
"Not directly boss, but I've heard that Luo Si got beaten up, twice in the martial camp."
"Ha-ha, that is indeed good news. Did she look fucked up like the shit she is, when you saw her?" Liuxian was triumphally laughing.
The voice was silent for a moment. "Um no boss, actually she looked just like before. But her clothes are no longer as new as they hda been."
"What, how can that be! When people on my end return, they are all beaten up and cry. Besides let me tell you, I'm in the Guang village and these NPC's are told to be even more cunning than me. At least I found that special NPC and he gave me a double crossed sword tattoo as well. You are lucky that the game designers knew who I am and gave me a light thingy."
"Congratulations boss," Echoed from the speakers multiple times.
"What about that book?" A feminine voice echoed from the shower.
"Good point, babe. Did you at least get the book I told you to get?" Although Liuxian had managed to find the special representative from the Kingdom and got a tattoo, he did not get a book like Luo Si had.
"Um, no boss, I'm still in the cage and that man didn't appear again."
"You useless!" Sigh* "Doesn't matter, I have already told her father." He ended the call.
The first call ended and Luo Si's phone rang. She had just sent off the enrollment application to Qixing Sports Collage without a slither of hesitation. Worries about the chances of getting enrolled, there were none, since her grades were good and the standards low and even if her financial status looked bad at the moment, she would find a solution when the time comes.
The display showed that she had already missed 15 calls from her dads' phone.

"…" Luo Si felt another headache on top of the already existing one hearing her father's voice. She did not care what he said since he didn't even put his daughter in his eyes.
"As I thought." Her father breathed deeply. "For your excuse, you can give him your book or whatever he is talking about."
"AHAHAH!" Luo Si broke out in a hearty laughter. "So that's the reason. Of course."
The temperature in her voice dropped below freezing. "I don't have the book he is talking about anymore. And I wouldn't even let him have it in a billion lives. Tell him that when you crawl back to him and continue kissing his feet." She ended the call and wanted to turn off her phone, but stopped when a light blinked above the display.
