Chapter 30 - True Wu Ji Quan

A new sun appeared on the horizon. Fu Hantian was standing exactly like before on the tent's doorway. But this time not alone. Wuying was standing next to him although rather shy.

"Come we will go to the training ground." The teacher did not let a single second go to waste.

"Can we not~?" Wuying was scared. Yesterday she had shattered his soul and believe. Today was prbably his body's turn.

"You have no say in this. Don't deny your teacher's words." Luo Si was not even looking at him as she put on her veil.

Wuying could only walk after her, his head held down.

"Look its Wuying and he seems to have brought someone with him again." The young fighters stopped their fighting.

"It doesn't look like the girl though. Maybe he got a new play toy. I'm so envious." The veil did its wonder, hidding her traits.

The number of players had increased drastically over the two days. From not even a handful at her first beat up, to today's number, summing up to 40 players. The spectrum of age had also broadened and pushed the average age down by a year as a handful of teenagers were spotted.

"Ha-ha, I broke through after yesterday's training and might be able to do it like that fire fist guy." Two of the players had broken through the previous day, after battling like crazy.

"I even learned a cool looking fist technique called 'ultimate firework fist,' but it's so hard to learn. I wanted to train it and take it outside, but I was not allowed to and kicked out. Even my free stick of time was confiscated as payment. I want to learn the skill, but the price of entering the library is just too expensive."

Without the extra storage players would approximately have to burn 3 incense sticks just to understand the surface.

"Loser, my boss lend me some money and I bought this marble fade knife. That NPC easily cut through wood with it. But why can I not even get an inch deep inside. He told me it would be better after learning a weapon technique, but my boss won't lend me any more."

Luo Si knew what they were talking about. These players had fallen into a loop trap. One needed money to learn techniques in order to get stronger. But one also needed to be strong in the first place to earn money.

The cluster of players and natives was not swayed though. And even more wildly as some had broken through.

"This is not…" Wuying wanted to speak up.

"Don't worry Wuying-sama. Whomever your slave is. We will test them for you."

Wuying saw the horde rushing towards them. He wanted to stop them in their doing, but Luo Si spoke up." The second lesson starts. Listen closely as I will not repeat my teachings. Since your worldview is no longer and pulverized into a trillion dust, you might ask yourself, what do you have left. Well, don't you have the Qigong?"

In her eyes, those people had had enough fun with her hospitality. It was time to give some back.

The fists were about to arrive as Luo Si looked towards the aggressors. "You said its only used for healing. But you are far from the truth."

A fist brushed past the side of her face. Her lips formed a smile. "This is the true nature."

Taj Ji Quan which was used as the origin of all, since the ultimate spoken about was the maximal potential created by the Yin and Yang energy, used by all arts differently to reach a certain goal. Defense, offense and many more as the combination were endless.

Wu Ji Quan, the without ultimate technique was different though. Nearly everybody of the younger generation thought that these words meant that the qigong had no ultimate and was just meant to heal, since the fighting style was soft to begin with.

But it took someone of Luo Si's caliber to understand that it did not have no power, but had actually no limit. And more so, no origin and no poles as it had neither Yin nor Yang. It was formless like the void, because it did not need any.

Woosh*

The next attack arrived in form of a kick. Hong Luo Si let her hand follow along. Her hand grabbed onto the foot at its highest momentum. The two people connected people came to a sudden halt as the Yang energy in the opponent's foot disappeared.

The foot was slowly twisted and the body connected to it followed the rotation irrationally. After half a spin the body was send to where it came from, blocking and delaying many incoming attacks.

"Umph, argh!" The natives, preparing attacks, were caught off guard and some resulted in backslashes and berserk qi eruptions.

'Wu Ji Quan is an extremely simple technique. Yet, very flexible in creating yin and yang from nothing as well as absorbing, fighting style. It has no limits as long as one can control qi, the flow into nothingness and the separation of breaking down the qi to one's own use.'

Luo Si went over the most important points Wu Ji Quan had to offer. And those were only the ones mentioned when using it in battle.

A side chop arrived next but was directly shattered by a blocking wrist filled with extreme Yang energy. Although Wu Ji Quan was soft in nature, it could also become hard when in contact with Yang energy. Luo Si's other elbow seeped into the inner armpit as she leaned forward. Redirecting the opposites qi inside her body, the aggressor's shoulder was without, much pressure, dislocated.

Wuying's eyes widened. Luo Si had not moved a foot but could build and take momentum out of her foe. It was a completely different fighting style compared to his knowledge.

It even had a noble and domineering aspect from his viewpoint. Like an immortal extinguishing attacks without the slightest effort and sending out soft movement to bend heaven and earth.

The fact that the children were not very proficient in their martial arts stretched this point even further.

Attacks continued towards Luo Si's direction, only to end up in accidently hitting others or other forms of unprecedented counter.

On a bully-spree, the number of attacks lessened as more and more kids were immobilized, until the last guy was standing.

'This face, why is it familiar?' The bully's fluent movement became rigged in thought when she looked at the new face.

"Haha. I knew it. A cooldown."

Seeing that the last one standing had some unshaved stubbles and the fact that he sounded different made it clear that he was a player. Strangely, Luo Si understood what the other said. Not only made her feeling of familiarity even stronger, but also proved the fact that it was a player. More specifically a Chinese.

Exploding from the emerging front he threw a fist. "For boss Liuxian!"

Things took a quick turn at the war cry. Her mood dropped instantaneously as she subconsciously thrusted out a hand.

Flush*

Kuilei had just touched upon the mini boss, when all his strength suddenly left him.

But what truly caught her off guard was what came out of his mouth.

He had been mingling at the mass's end. 'Is this new servant a monster? This is even harder than I have been told.' He was taken aback by the fighting scene. The defeated lying down however, gave him confidence. 'The mini boss must surely have a cooldown.'

Flush*

Everybody held their breath. Even Luo Si, but more in a grumble. 'I nearly believed a fluke. Turns out it was just a bastard's dog.'

The short battle ended with a picture that Wuying recognized as a pointless and savagely defeated rebel against the domineering owner of the demon throne.

"I've demonstrated. If you didn't know, now you know. And how much you know is up to you."

The dead rouge on the floor made Wuying flinch to his teacher's every movement. "It's just a resentful soul. No need to panic. But it might be different outside."

She walked back to where she came from, leaving the scene like a gentle walk through a cherry blossom valley.

"The 3rd and last lesson will start tomorrow."

Fu Hantian was standing a little further away than the last time he had watched Luo Si's quenching process. "This little lass is truly impeccable. To have understood Wu Ji Quan to such an extent, even I did not know this technique had such depth years ago." He stroked his beard.

Luo Si came towards him as both eyes met.

"If I had known what kind of prodigy had called my name, I might have had considered you a concubine to one of the Fu's offspring's. Too bad the body got ruined by the servant mark."

Luo Si lifted the backside of her palm showing the crossed coin. "Marks don't bind me, as contracts can't hold me down. Sir Fu I know my position as a servant, but I want my teaching to be kept confidential."

"BAHAHA!" Hantian broke out in amusement. "Truly extraordinary. Alright. I shall await the cultivated fruits of your harvest."

"Wuying…" The first girl to recover her senses spotted the opportunity of the lonely piggy bank and asked. "Who was that? Don't tell me that was your slave."

Wuying put on a wry smile. Not knowing whether to laugh or cry. "That is my… my teacher."

His answer led to many appalled but also understanding faces. If it was his teacher, this result was a very acceptable one. Only a master could achieve this, solely with fundamental fighting movements.

There was of course one person with entirely different mind-tracks. Kuilei reappeared back inside the cave the moment Wuying finished his expanation. 'If I can learn from that 'teacher', I can overpower that stupid bi*** without doubt.' He rubbed his hands for a short while. Up to the point where his aching shoulder reminded him of the previous bullying.
