Chereads / The Queen Wicked Deeds / Chapter 15 - Crazy Dream

Chapter 15 - Crazy Dream

"So, this is the deal, Wizard. You make the cure for my allergy, then I will set you free."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes."

"Then, why am I here?"

"A bonus."

"What?"

"I get a bonus as your official manager."

"What?"

"I made your reputation almost comparable to an angel that came from heaven, you should be thanking me. Don't you think?"

"…"

Wizard Druon couldn't even say anything to refute her words, they were so right in many ways. He knew that after a few months trapped in the tower, his fame soared to the sky and now he is even considered the most welcomed man in the world. With time he will make nobles, princesses, kings bow to him and then conquer the world muahahaha…

'What a magnific face.' Anne admired almost clapping her hands.

Wizard Druon was making a maniac face, a product of his time in isolation. However, Anne couldn't help but admire it as she was trying to get her own crazy face of an evil villain but only a creepy stoned smile came out.

She knew the servants were crying in fear as the shaking of their shoulders were giving them out, but it was not enough. She needed more fear.

"Which bonus do you want, my princess?"

Now, the Wizard was overly complacent. After he gives the cure to the princess, he will be free and enjoy a lifetime of happiness.

"Just a little nothing… come with me."

They walked to a tall tower on the back of the Palace, but the moment they saw it some smoke was coming from it. Several servants were even running around trying to extinguish the flames that seemed to come from the kitchen.

"Princess… sigh… she did it again."

Tia walked fast to Anne's side when she saw her coming. However, her helpless sigh was enough to transmit her thoughts.

"Again?"

"Yes… but…"

"but?"

"Master Callum was with her this time, they blew out the kitchen entirely. We will need to replace it again."

"…"

"He was trying to help but they kept confusing the ingredients and making strange things, Princess. The chefs are crying."

"…" Anne couldn't believe it, even they can make the chefs cry.

"What should we do, princess?"

"Nothing, there is nothing to do, I want my cake."

Anne walked to the two figures standing not too far from the entrance. They were covered in ashes and some flour. Their eyes were looking directly at the tower in flames without an inch of sentiment. Such indifference was something commendable.

"So… where is my cake?"

"…"

"Callum?"

"…"

Two pairs of almost identical red eyes were now staring at the little white flower on the ground as if it were the best and most interesting thing in the world.

Callum got on his knees to take it with his hands and decorate Moira's black hair with it. Then he patted her little head with care.

"Tia, are they ignoring me?"

"Yes, Miss."

Anne couldn't believe it again, but that serious afront will never go unpunished.

"Wizard!"

She was planning on making the damn sorcerer turned them into flowers as they seemed to like them so much.

However, before she could say a word. The wizard moved fast towards Moira, Callum was about to obstruct him and maybe punch him but Anne's eyes stopped him in his tracks. He always knew she was not an ordinary little girl but her aura could only come from many years of training with wolves and snakes. He had always wanted to ask where or why she had that, but… he may not.

"You are… you are…" The wizard excitement was over the top. He was examining Moira's face and complexion with extreme interest. "You are…"

He took a device from his bag and scanned the little girl's body quickly.

"You know what to do now, Wizard. I hope some results before you go away."

The stunned wizard heard her words, now he understood. The saving the world mission was not from her ridiculous whim but for something deeper. He wondered if the Princess knew about the reach of her discovery from the beginning.

"I will give results, my Princess." He bowed but his eyes didn't display any flirty nor lazy gaze but a hint of excitement and seriousness was hidden in his eyes. He turned around when Anne was already walking back to the castle.

"Let's take a look at your leg, little girl."

Moira stood there for a moment and looked at Anne with curiosity, from the day she came to the castle, the princess has detained her inside the tower without letting her go and make contact with any people. She tried to escape many times but the man with the same red eyes as her always captured her.

She wondered how he was able to do that. No one was capable of catching her before, but the man knew all of her tricks.

She tried to disguise herself as a servant. He brought her back.

She tried to climb down the tower. He brought her back.

She tried to use her skill and hypnotize the guards into believing they were dogs and she needed to take them out. He brought them back.

She even tried to make an enormous cake the size of her body and hid inside when they tried to give it to the princess, but she blew the entire kitchen even before she tried.

The Callum guy saved her on time but he was concerned and stuck with her every single second. He even learned with her the incredible and extremely difficult art that only the great of mind were blessed with it, the making of pastries and cakes.

The chefs were now her new heroes, she adored them with all her might and tried to help them but she thought that maybe her good intentions were too much that sometimes they began to cry.

Even the Callum guy was impressed by their abilities, but they kept running away from him.

They were left alone many times with only an extremely brave guy to teach them the recipe of the cake the spoiled Princess wanted.

With time, Moira forgot her little attempts to escape. Even now she was more interested in making her dream come true, to make a two-floor cake with cream and many decorative flowers.

'I will do it,' her eyes were showing a firm resolution.
