Mike was trying to smooth talk to her. Matt and Mike used this technique all the time with any new female entering the Kingdom. Walking to her, he sat down next to her on the bed then reached out to hold her.
She resisted his arms at first, unsure. But then surely enough and calmed down and she cuddled up next to him. He gave me a nod. Then I knew it was working, she was settling down. Her body stopped trembling in fear. Which was no surprise to me. For the fact, he knew how to comfort her.
While I supervised to reàlize from her reactions. She had never been hugged or shown any form of affection. Weirdly enough, to this sudden realization. My frozen heart was feeling something tingling within me. It was strange so I pushed that unusual feeling away as best as I could.
Once more out of curiosity. "How did you climb down my balcony by the way?" I consulted sternly.
Still being slightly scared, the Slave woman looked up at my dark eyes. "I don't know. Honesty, I just noticed it was the only doors unlocked. So I looked around and saw there were small places, I could get a footing to climb down it." She gave her honest answer.
My friends chuckled.
"You locked the main door but forget the inside doors?" Matt said to me çhuckling.
I laughed at his remark. Then looked at the woman on my bed.
"I didn't think she'd climb down like a spider-scorpion monkey!" I said amazed. "Are you not even scared of heights?" Randomly I inquired.
She looked at me with blankness for a second blinking her long pretty eyelashes.
"I am more scared to be here in this room with you. Not of falling." She softly said, showing her nervousness.
I looked at her with no emotions and walked over to her. And sensed her arm pulling her out of Mike's arms and off the bed, bringing her to my face.
Now she needs to learn don't cross me, I thought. But at the same time, I don't want her to always fear me this badly.
She was so broken yet still has this unbroken spirit inside her. I found her so interesting and likely felt like Beast when he found her. Just something was drawing my eyes into her. I was getting lost... So lost I almost forgot my friends are here scrutinizing me.
I snapped myself awake because I need to set a boundary with her. If there was one thing I hated is a constant runaway. So I gave her a grim eye. Her body shook with more fear from not understanding what I was doing.
Even my friends kept quiet scanning my every movement. Softly, I brushed my right thumb on her cheek and looked directly into her illuminating ember galaxy hazel eyes.
For a second, I almost wanted to kiss her soft-looking lips. But I stopped myself! I must be losing my mind, I assumed. I'm not the affectionate type of hybrid-man. Especially, when I have other plans here for her. Not sure what but I'll think of something. Eventually. I told myself.
My eyes darken more, so she gets a clear picture. I felt her body start to tremble again. I knew she feared me but her fear only needed to be redirected.
"It's good you fear me. However, your main worry is fear me when you don't cooperate by foolishly running away. I'd hate to punish you, but if you give me no choice. I will have to." I asserted fairly tough.
Then I released her face from my touch and roamed from behind her. As she went dead in stillness. Even within her breath, wasn't shaking anymore. She bowed her head partly down to the floor, looking away from my friends standing near the hall.
To feeling my touch from behind her. On the right side of her face. I moved some strands of messy matted hair from behind her ear. Now I could tell, she was getting ready for some kinda inflicted pain.
It's pretty obvious she's been hit a lot by how she mentally prepares herself. I leaned myself into her left ear and caught this beautiful aroma from her. She had such an alluring scent, I thought. Like a natural fleshly blossomed rose fragrance about her. Why was I getting so addicted to her? Again I had to snap myself awake to focus.
"You will learn to love this new home." Softly my words enter her ear. "But don't dare do that again!" I added in a sharper icy whisper.
Hearing her breath went shallow. I stepped back away from her.
"Alright, JJ needs to examine you. Once you have calmed down more."
I nodded at the guys and we all walked out of the room to give her some space.

Just outside the room door. "Ok, well maybe that was a start but I think you kinda freaked her out there," Matt said to me çhuckling.
"And what's your point?" I asked sneering.
With a smile, Matt shakes his head beçause he just didn't get it. "My point being remember what I told you? About giving her security and comfort. Like what Mike did." Matt tried explaining.
But I looked at him oddly. "I remember what you said and I will do that but I will handle her my way." And mumbled with a gasp.
"Once again, you're trying to hide what we already know," Mike said pointing out his odd behavior with liking her.
Out of nowhere, Nick shoved Mike with his elbow giving him the indication to shut up. Mike peeked at him but did nothing back in return.
I looked at them oddly for a second. Before I started walking away from my room door. I noticed JJ was following from behind me. Everyone else walked in a different direction.
