Humans live with around 14 PSI of pressure per day but even an explosion of 20 PSI could destroy your body. 5 PSI is enough to destroy your lungs so how about an immense explosion of pressure from inside your body? As all of these are outside explosions but an explosion inside your body could easily destroy your entire body. If my science is wrong then people can correct me but the events of Enju blowing up people's body into a red puff will stay.
