"Uhm, Edward-ssi, I think I'm gonna go with seokjin hyung to look around for a while. Also, I think that you should take care of the girls first, they look exhausted."
Cole mumbled, hoping to get out as soon as possible since he knew that he'd ask for a private room if he stayed there any longer. He liked being private and hated it when people like Edward showcased their health by fucking girls in public.
"Cole, are you fucking serious right now? You're not only gonna go with someone like him and you also call him hyung? What has gotten into you, Cole?"
Edward sounded furious, brows furrowed in annoyance as he scoffed at Cole whose eyes turned cold, looking at Edward, with his harsh glare before he let out,
"Do not tell me what to fucking do, Edward-ssi," Cole pivoted, voice rough as he spoke to Edward, spitting out every word, his mind calm as ever as he looked at Noah, him normal blank gaze returning from the dark one,
"C'mon, hyung, let's go," Noah stood there, probably shocked at Cole's words before he snapped out of it, Cole fingers curling on his arms as he was tugged by the younger, both men walking towards god knows where.
"Cole-ah, w-would you uhm like to accompany me to my dorm for a quick second? Actually, my roommate is such a dumbass, I'm pretty sure he's probably burning our dorm right now saying that he was just cooking--- oh, you can also meet him, he'd probably like you since he's bold and blunt like you, only if you want tho---"
Noah stopped at Cole's pretty chuckle, looking at the now smiling male. Cole's smile was small, like usual but it looked ethereal on him, Noah had to admit.
Cole looked back at Noah, both men standing on the empty corridor that's accessed by the privileged. Noah felt welcoming and warm, something Cole didn't feel from his fellow privileged men.
"I'd love to accompany you and meet your roommate, hyung," Cole smiled wider at Noah's smile, both men taking steps forward to Noah's dorm, passing halls on top of halls to get there.
Both men finally reached the elder man's dorm, Noah's prominent screech reaching Cole's ears as he hissed, bringing a hand up to cover his ears at the loud noise.
"Cheong fucking Luke! what have you fucking done?" This 'Cheong fucking Luke' just smiled, sheepish with his kinda maybe cute bunny tooth, Cole noted to himself. He also hoped that the beautiful man was friendly like Noah. Or even friendlier. Cole was sure he wouldn't mind.
"Is this one of your inventi-"
"Hyung!"
This time, it was Luke's screech that made him cover his ears and hiss for the second time.
Both screeching men looked at Cole, wide-eyed and alarmed, the hissing man blushing wide-eyed at the attention, looking down, a tad bashful.
"Oh, Cole! meet Cheong Luke, my dumbass of a roommate I told you about!" Noah sang, introducing Luke to Cole with a smile on his face before to Noah, the polite smile on his face disappearing as he mouthed a, 'be good,' to the youngest one.
"Luke-ah, this is Ah Cole. He's 20 and majors in business management, he's one of the privileged too but he's very sweet as far as I know."
Luke looked at Cole, mouth forming in an oh, pretty doe eyes wide in realization before he bowed, polite.
"Hello, sir. Nice to meet you. Hope you have a good time here."
So cute. Fuck.
The boy kept bowing, Cole clearing his throat a little, bowing back, awkward as he croaked out a hello back to the beautiful man in front of him.

After a few hours of chatting with the roommates, Cole had learnt that Noah hyung was three years older than him and the pretty bun, the same year as him.
Noah majored in cooking while Luke majored in agriculture. The duo were real talkative and Cole thinks that they talked more in an hour than he ever does in a day but, he doesn't mind it, he learns, he doesn't mind the loud atmosphere filled with happy laughter and giggles.
Cole also learns that they had other friends— Chris and Min who were roommates and best buds of Cole's new friends. He gets to know that the pretty bun had a "cool" privileged friend.
My best guy's name is Lee Mingi, Luke had said and Mingi was surprisingly friends with Edward, the youngest sneaked in somewhere between the conversation.
"It was nice talking to you both. I hope we do this again," Cole sounded a little timid and awkward when he muttered those words as he left their small dorm, Luke, and Noah only chuckling at Cole's adorable behavior before coming in for a hug.
Cole blushed pretty pink and roses when he was hugged by his new friends, it didn't come as a surprise tho, he was not used to any physical affection from anyone anyway.
Cole thought about every single thing that happened as he rolled on his bed, a stupid grin lighting up his face, squealing into his pillow.
I made new friends!
The thought alone got him giddy, not that he'd ever let the thought pass through the walls he had built-in, walls that were stronger than any diamond, Cole thinks, taking pride in it for some reason and maybe, just maybe, the feeling of belonging would be his reason for it.
The fact that he too, like every other person— or privileged person, he would say, had all these bulletproof walls built around his real self, walls that were never meant to be broken through as even being happy was considered a weakness, and that made him feel better about himself.
Cole found himself a little more fit in this current world with his walls, felt a little more of the sense of belonging knowing that he too, like everyone else around here had walls built around himself.
He just wishes he could spend every day soaking in Luke's adorable giggles— pretty pretty giggles and of course, Noah's jokes and just— just happiness but he knows he can't and the thought alone bothers him more than it should.
