The day before:
"So we have everything we need but we need to distract her the day of to set it all up." Mom said worried they couldn't get it done.
"Leave that to me. I know just what to do, but how long to you think I'll need to keep her away for?" Jordan replies already planning their day.
"At least 3 hours. We'll text you in advance if we need longer." Dad replies.
"Sounds good. If I need help I'll just get Brady to drop off the cake and come find us."
"Luckily you're friends with sometimes like Brady! He's so energetic he can stall just about anyone."
"Yeah we really owe him for all his help."
"So what's the plan? Let's review it one more time."
"Saturday morning I take Lydia out to play and then we go get lunch."
"While Jordan and Lydia are out I will start decorating the party area and get a place for the girls to sleep."
"While your dad and I are in the kitchen preparing the food for everyone."
"Once the main party is over we'll all change into our pyjamas and binge some movies, while eating snacks of course."
"At around 11 will turn in for the night and tomorrow when we are supposed to 'drop them off' we'll take them to the café to the GhostTown event so the girls can meet the famous author in person."
"Great now that we have everything planned we are prepared for tomorrow. This is going to be this house's first ever birthday party, we have to make sure everything goes well."
