Chapter 4 - Ch.2 Elementary School

If you think I learned anything in kindergarten you are wrong. It was nothing compared with elementary school and I arrived at my next adventure " elementary school". I am older now so new discussions were added to my life's manual " AS A GIRL" about the activities I should follow. I can't be an athlete so I had become a ballet dancer instead. The shops where I must buy my stuff and what types of friends I should have. I was in a girls-only school. The school uniform had the honor to be the thing I loathed and for sure I can't forget the hair, braids, buns, and ponytails. The very tied hair to look like a decent girl. Years passed in elementary school and somehow I haven't lived the life that I wanted. I was growing up knowing how the inequality between boys and girls affected my community and I was given a paper full of rules that I should follow:

1. Be quiet

2. Respect, do not discuss to be the good girl

3. Don't talk, don't talk, and don't talk

4. Study a lot because the smart girls are the beloved ones, ALWAYS

5. Listen carefully

Advice: It's too early to judge who you are.
