Exactly on five o'clock in the evening, Daechul and his people were back at the gang building. The cars to go around were fully stocked with guns, clothes and whatever other necessities the men deemed needed. Everyone was already dressed up and armed, ready for the action.
The sky got even darker and moodier than it was in the morning, seemingly preparing itself, too. It was already starting to drizzle small droplets of rain.
Once again, Daechul stood before his people with crossed arms and a serious facial expression. They had to wait for the go ahead from Kimoon, who stayed at the mansion to monitor their guests. As soon as he deemed that enough people arrived, Daechul would get a call. They needed a mass of bodies to be able to go ahead with the next stage of the plan. The more people there was, the better of a distraction they would create. Daechul certainly did not want someone to see men armed with guns roaming the house.
It was five minutes later that Daechul's phone pinged.
"Proceed", was the only word that he said before ending the call.
Daechul stood straighter.
"Alright, listen up", he addressed his people,"the coast is clear."
And, as they were trained, everyone immediately headed to their assigned cars and started leaving the gang's headquarters, right as those words left their boss's lips.
Daechul, Jongil and Sunmi also carpooled, with Jinwoo, Ilsang, Kangmin and Eunsang in the last vehicle.
The ride was completely silent, not a word being spoken, or a smallest sound being let out. It was obvious that the passengers were too tense and collected to shatter the silence and lose their focus.
When they were about five minutes from the house, the music was already vibrating in the air, mixed with excited shouts from the participants.
Daechul took this as a sign to open his mouth.
"Report to me as soon as you notice anything weird or unusual. Don't waste time trying to do the job alone."
After Jongil gave a curt nod, the man looked through the rearview mirror to monitor Sunmi's expressions, knowing that the woman sometimes gave into her suspicions and operated based on that. When their eyes met for a brief second, she huffed.
"I'll try to do as you say."
Daechul hummed, figuring that this would be the best response he would get.
The man parked the car a few houses away from the Go mansion, intending to sneak inside, hopefully without being detected by some drunk guest trying to make conversation.
He checked his gun's clamp, one last time making sure that it was full. When he was satisfied, everyone stepped out into the chilly, damp air. The rain was steadily picking pace, starting to rain in larger droplets.
"Come on. We will use the back door", said Daechul, and all three started moving.
As it was planned, the backdoor was unlocked, meaning an easy entrance.
When Jongil closed the door after himself, the music in the house was so loud that it was practically impossible to hear each other, so Daechul only motioned that the pair go straight upstairs. He figured that this way they would be exposed to less danger, as Chungee will most likely use the front door to enter the mansion.
After the pair was gone, Daechul decided to go and find Kimoon.
Unfortunately, the task was easier said than done.
Dozens of people occupied the whole first floor of the house, sensually dancing to the club music playing from the huge speakers. Sweaty bodies and skimpy clothes, drunk and intoxicated teenagers rubbing their fronts on the other people, maybe in mind for it to turn into another, steamier activity.
Because of the dim lightning and laser illumination, similar to that used in clubs, the field of Daechul's vision was short and hard to see through. About twenty minutes passed by, and Daechul was starting to get annoyed. He fished his phone from his signature black leather jacket front pocket, intending to call Kimoon, when his eyes caught a familiar pair of people enjoying themselves right in front of him, and it made him halt in his actions.
Minsoo and Hansul were dancing to some electronic dance music, both clearly being intoxicated. It would look innocent, only if Daechul didn't describe the view as condescending and inappropriate. Minsoo and Hansul were full on grinding onto each other. The pinkette turned, so that Hansul could have better access to his backside, and that was the last straw for Daechul.
He could not describe that ugly, nasty feeling that suddenly dominated his senses. The only thing that he knew, was to go to the pair and separate the two.
As if his body was on the autopilot, Daechul stepped forward, careful to avoid people around him.
Minsoo was fast to notice him. His whole, drunk demeanor didn't change much, apart from a silly, huge smile slipping onto his pink, plump lips.
He was wearing impossibly tight skinny black jeans and a flowy, almost see through white top that looked soft. Daechul wanted to touch. His hair was artistically styled to reveal his forehead. Minsoo was also wearing long, silver earrings and a bit of makeup. Daechul found his mouth drying.
"You're drunk, Minsoo'', was all that he could utter. And even though the music was way too loud to guarantee that the drunk man heard him, Minsoo seemingly read his lips, as he shook his head and started laughing. Hansul turned to look at him and started laughing too, not even stopping to ask what was so funny. He looked less under the influence, but Minsoo's state worried Daechul. He didn't want him carelessly wandering around with Chungee's treat being so prominent.
"Come on, let's get out of there", he coaxed, stepping closer.
Minsoo was a giggly mess, winking at Daechul, and then disappearing in the crowd. Daechul cursed, and was after him in an instant, leaving puzzled Hansul behind. Although the pink haired man was quick, alcohol slowed him down, and Daechul found him a few minutes later, surrounded by young, horny men.
"Come with us, darling. I promise, we will show you such a good time", crooned one of them, inching closer. However, no matter the drunken state that Minsoo was in, he clearly felt uncomfortable. Daechul felt a fire, simmering low in his gut, pleading to get out. He didn't waste another second, reaching the group at a fast pace.
Minsoo saw him first, and Daechul could detect a relief, painting his pretty face.
"Step away. He's clearly uninterested", calmly said Daechul when the songs were changing and it was quiet for a few seconds.
All five of the men snapped their heads into his direction. Realisation dawned on their faces, and they were quick to scatter, leaving Daechul and Minsoo alone.
"Thank you, Chulie", smiled the pinkette. Then, a new song started playing in the background. Daechul's heart swooped because of the nickname. He nodded, trying not to show his feelings, and took Minsoo's hand, intending to find him a room to sober a bit.
Minsoo was pliant, following Daechul no questions asked.
It took another few minutes twisting around the drunk mass of people, until they reached the stairs. Which soon proved to be mission impossible for Minsoo. His legs were shaky and unstable, so Daechul did what he had to: in one swift motion he had Minsoo on his shoulder with a tight grip.
Minsoo made a surprised sound and then started giggling, while Daechul carefully carried them upstairs. There was a time or two when Minsoo kicked so hard that it almost sent them both tumbling down, but other than that the trek was successful.
When he reached his room, Daechul opened the door, hoping that it was not occupied by some drunk couple fucking on his own bed. Thankfully, the room was empty. The man deposited Minsoo on the bed.
He couldn't stop his gaze roaming on the lying down man, looking so captivating with his see through blouse, showing way more than Daechul could take.
Minsoo quietly laughed.
"Gosh, I'm so wasted right now."
Daechul sat down on the bed, keeping a safe and sane distance from the giggly man.
"That's why I brought you to my room. You need to rest and sober up a bit."
Minsoo sat down, suddenly intrigued.
"Oooh, so this is the famous Hyun Daechul's room?", he scanned the room.
Daechul shook his head, amused.
"You are ridiculous."
Their eyes met, and Minsoo's gaze was so intense that Daechul forgot to breathe.
He sat closer to the mafia leader, still looking right in his eyes, as if trying to say something.
"No, Daechul, it's you who is completely ridiculous. You make me go mad sometimes", whispered Minsoo.
Daechul frowned, puzzled and confused.
"What do you mean?"
Minsoo bravely, albeit a bit clumsily leapt into his lap, making Daechul's pulse skyrocket.
"This."
One second Minsoo was staring at his thin lips, and the next, he was kissing him.
