It felt as if the world had suddenly stopped just for them. Two people wrapped into each other, passionately connecting their bodies through their lips, slowly moving in sync. Nothing mattered then.
Daechul could feel his heart beating out of his chest, pulse ringing in his ears, and hands clammy with sweat.
Although completely wasted, Minsoo was a great kisser, moving his plump pink lips with practiced ease.
His hands found their way to Daechul's nape, playing with little hairs as they were making out. Daechul, in turn, gripped Minsoo's lean waist, trying to contain his arousal. Minsoo was too out of it to have sex, and Daechul attempted to keep himself in check.
After a few sultry minutes spent exploring each other's mouths, Minsoo was the first to break the kiss, seemingly in need of fresh air.
Daechul opened his eyes to find the pinkette licking his lips with a small smirk.
"Wow, Chulie, you know how to kiss."
Daechul shrugged. Now that the magic was broken, he didn't know how to behave around Minsoo. He wanted to ask why he initiated the kiss, but felt as if that would be fruitless, with how drunk Minsoo still was. Daechul also felt scared, knowing that relationships weren't the best idea right now. Although, he couldn't deny that the kiss with Minsoo felt almost euphoric. He didn't want to start wondering what he felt for the boy, almost fearing the answer.
"You do too."
Minsoo giggled, falling from Daechul's lap into his king sized bed.
Daechul sighed, getting up.
Minso was rolling around fully clothed, so Daechul thought that he at least could take off his shoes. He took one of his legs in a tight grasp as the boy was still squirming, and untied the laces, letting the shoe unceremoniously fall on the ground. As soon as he was done with the second one, his phone started vibrating. It was Kimoon. Daechul declined the call, deciding that he will head outside and call him himself.
The man turned his head to look at Minsoo, who was already dozing off. He softly smiled. You couldn't deny that the pinkette looked like he belonged in Daechul's bed. He stepped closer and carefully covered him with a soft blanket, before turning around, and heading out in the corridor, closing the door after himself.

As soon Daechul reached the outside, he had to look away if he didn't want to get sick. The precious grass that Maya was so fond of, was littered with womit, used condoms and who knows what other substances. He felt himself shiver and headed further away, refusing to look at that mess any longer.
Daechul fished out his phone and dialed Kimoon's number.
"Daechul, we got one of them."
That instantly got the man's attention.
"What? Where are you?"
"We took one of the cars and are heading straight to the gang building. I notified your men too, letting them go for now."
Daechul started going for one of the available cars, parked just right outside the door. Thankfully, it was unlocked, meaning easy access. He didn't have enough time to go around the house and look for his own vehicle.
"Who's with you?"
"Sunmi, Jongil and Eunsang. Other three took another car."
"Alright, I'm heading there now too. Don't do anything without me. I will deal with it myself."
Kimoon hummed in agreement and ended the call.
The ride through the painfully familiar roads was not that long, but with the anticipation and other unknown feelings swimming in his mind, Daechul felt impatient.
It took another ten minutes or so, before Daechul was parking the car outside of the gang building. He killed the engine and sighed deeply, as if collecting himself. The man tried to shoo all the feelings out, trying to concentrate on the job that was awaiting for him as soon as he stepped through that door.
Daechul opened the car door, hopped outside, and strolled through the headquarters door, eager to deal with whatever was awaiting him.
He found his men huddled in one of the interrogation basements. The space was cold and dimly lit, looking identical with the one used to interrogate Gureum.
Daechul nodded to his people and advanced closer to the centre of the room, where a lone figure was huddled on a metal chair. And when that figure raised his head, Daechul stopped in his tracks.
"What the hell?"
Daechul needed a moment to piece everything together, so he turned to Kimoon, watching both men with a serious expression on his young face.
"That's Hansul, Minsoo's friend, Kimoon. What is he doing here?"
Sunmi, Jongil and all three of his Seoul friends looked shocked at the words that Daechul so calmly spoke, all but Kimoon, whose face hardened into a grimace.
"I know that he's Minsoo' friend. Actually, I know him pretty well, the only thing that this bastard failed to mention, was that he belongs to a gang. Gang, intending to put a bullet through your skull", he sneered, looking straight at Hansul.
Hansul opened his mind to protest.
"It's not like that, please, believe me! Okay, I am in a gang, but it wasn't in my intentions to kill anybody."
Kimoon scoffed.
"Can I kill him, please, Daechul?"
Daechul shook his head.
"We still need him talking, Kimoon. I know that you are angry, and believe me, I am seething too, but emotions in this scenario won't help anybody, so bury them as deep as you can for now", Daechul instructed.
Kimoon took a deep breath and nodded. Daechul nodded, seeing him calm down a bit.
He took another chair from the corner of the room, brought it closer to Hansul and sat down.
"Alright. Talk."
Hansul sighed.
"First things first, I didn't go to Chungee willingly. Actually, I never associated myself doing any illegal things at all. It is kind of a cliche story, but one day I saw my younger brother being bullied by three older boys. I stepped in and beat them to a pulp. One of Chungee's men saw the interaction, he waltzed closer and offered me a high paying job. At that time I didn't know what the exact position was, but agreed, because my family needed money. My mom was sick with cancer, and father was gone from our life. It was just me, my mother and younger brother. I didn't have a choice."
Hansul stopped talking for a moment, as if collecting his thoughts. Daechul urged him to speak up impatiently.
"The next day I met that man and he took me to this abandoned, empty warehouse. Then Chungee arrived. He complimented me on my fighting skills and told me that this job would be very similar to what I did to the three bullies. I didn't think anything much about that at the time, figured they were just a small group, wanting to have some fun. Then, Chungee gave me your photo, Daechul. He said that I have to find you and bring you to him. I didn't know what significance you held exactly. I was new to this gang bullshit so your face didn't ring me any bells. So, once again, I agreed."
Hansul fell silent again. Daechul didn't bother to urge him to talk. His mind was busy swimming after hearing the newfound information. When did someone take a photo of him? How did they find out about him being alive?
"Talk", demanded Kimoon.
"I started looking for you. Chungee said that you must be in Seoul, so I flew there, but the city was enormous, and I wasn't successful. It was only when Gureum was introduced into the gang, that we came a step closer. He found out about you having a company. Chungee thought that the theft would be a pretty good distraction to kidnap your family and contact you through them, but the plan fell short when you flew to Busan sooner than expected. Chungee planned an attack that same night, but half of his men ditched the plan as soon as they figured who you really were, intimidated by the power that you held. So, that too was unsuccessful."
"Chungee was seething after that. So he told us that we will attack again, only this time the plan was executed very carefully, with more thought to your abilities and the amount of the men that were working in your gang. That was when we showed up in your gang headquarters and you got shot. Call me ignorant, but your name still held me no weight. It was only yesterday when Chungee ordered me to infiltrate in this one house, to ask for a job or something, so that I could be a spy for him. Imagine my shock when I knocked, and Minsoo opened the door. He was ecstatic that I decided to visit, but I was freaking out internally. And when I saw you, everything sort of clicked. But it was too late to turn around and leave. I heard about the party from Minsoo. He was so happy, talking my ear off about it. I texted Chungee, told him about your plans-"
Hansul was abruptly silenced when furious Kimoon reached him in two big steps and threw the first punch.
"How dare you?! Does the safety of my brother, your friend, mean nothing to you?"
Hansul cried out when Kimoon went for his stomach.
"My mother matters too! We need money for her treatments!"
Daechul stepped forward, stopping Kimoon from getting violent again.
"That's enough. Eunsang, get him out of there."
The man in question led his protesting friend out of the room.
