As soon as he got close enough for more sober people to recognize him, those dancing together with Minsoo scampered away, intimidated by his stone-like facial expression and all black clothing. None of the guests knew his true identity, but his looks were threatening enough. That, Daechul mussed, was one of the perks for his love for dark clothing. He refused to wear even a bit of colour, preferring his choice of style. Or lack, thereof. Either way, it suited him just enough.
During the next verse of some kind of pop song that Daechul did not know the title of, the pink haired boy started twirling, rolling his hips with the beat of the music, and Daechul's mouth suddenly felt as dry as a desert. He wet his lips and took Minsoo's hand to alert him of his appearance.
The man turned to face him, and recognition flashed on his youthful face. Minsoo grinned, and tugged on his hand for Daechul to get closer. The man stumbled on his feet, surprised that even while being completely drunk, he was still quite strong. He steadied his body moving his hands around the boy's lean waist.
"Chulie! You came again!"he leaned forward for Daechul to hear him, as the music was extremely loud.
Daechul smiled, nodding, but couldn't find what to say to that. His heart felt weird.
"Dance with me", asked Minsoo, making Daechul frown. He did not plan to stay there any longer, initially planning just to collect the pinkette and go home. But Minsoo started pouting, and Daechul sighed, resigning to his fate.
"One song."
Minsoo squealed, jumping up and down, obviously overjoyed. Daechul couldn't deny that happiness was attractive on his charming face.
The next song that started playing, contrary to the previous ones, was a sensual one, with a slow beat and deep male voice.
Minsoo took the initiative, placing his small palms on Daechul's broad shoulders and starting to slowly move his hips, coming right into the taller man's personal space. He danced as if he wanted to seduce him, with a sexy, mischievous smirk playing on his pink lips. Daechul stood still as a statue, unsure of how to move and what to do, enamoured with the display Minsoo was creating right before his eyes.
"Don't just stand there, move your body", he stepped on his toes and whispered right into Daechul's right ear, innocently smiling right after the bold gesture.
The brunette gripped his waist more firmly, suddenly feeling determined to fluster Minsoo just as much as he flustered him. He began rubbing their fronts together, trying to feel the rhythm and do it in timed movements.
Minsoo smirked, returning the gesture even more enthusiastically. And, when the song reached its peak, Minsoo got on his tip toes again, and connected their lips.
The kiss was hungry and fast-paced, with Daechul using his tongue to explore the pinkett's wet and hot mouth. He tasted alcohol and cigarettes on his lips which were getting slick with the mix of their spit. Minsoo's throat rumbled, and Daechul assumed it was his moan, which he wasn't able to hear due to the brassiness of the music. Suddenly the gang leader desired to hear his pretty sounds. His pants felt too tight.
When Minsoo stepped away, he was openly panting, licking his swollen lips.
"Take me home", whispered, and Daechul was able to read his lips.
As much as he wanted to, the man felt as if doing that while Minsoo was completely wasted, wouldn't be fair to Minsoo. They also had to talk about this. That was, if Minsoo ever remembered this when he woke up.
So, he smiled, and gently shook his head.
The song ended, and as promised, Daechul took Minsoo's hand and started tugging him towards the exit.

As soon as they stepped outside, Daechul remembered that Minsoo was barefooted this whole time. He wanted to hit himself by forgetting to bring him his shoes.
He absolutely refused to let the pinkette walk on that littered and soiled ground, so he hoisted him up, and carried him to the car bridal style.
Minsoo squealed again, loudly laughing and swinging his naked feet around.
"Where are we going?" asked, when Daechul sat him on the passenger's seat and fastened his seat belt.
Daechul pushed the ignition button and the car roared to life.
"Home."
Then Daechul gripped the shift stick, put it in drive and the car started moving.
"Oooh, such a bummer. I wanted to dance some more", whined Minsoo.
"You danced enough already. Drunk, barefoot and alone? Surely not a good mix", reasoned Daechul, with his eyes never straining from the road. The rain was starting to pick up its pace, with big droplets catching on the mirrors.
"Wait, I was supposed to be with Hansul! Oh God, Daechul we forgot him!" Minsoo drunkenly shouted, eyes comically wide and that teasing mouth open in a perfect "o" shape.
Daechul cleared his throat.
"He told me that he has to go. That was even before you fell asleep. Don't worry, we didn't leave him behind", the man assured Minsoo briefly checking his face.
Minsoo nodded, already looking as he didn't understand half the things that Daechul told him, but feeling relieved by his soothing tone. He turned his head to watch the scenery, and was out like a light in the next few minutes. Daechul took a look at his smashed face and his heart fluttered again, making him curse himself.
Damn you, heart.

When Daechul parked outside the Won house, it was raining cats and dogs and Minsoo was still asleep. While Daechul pondered whether to wait until it stops raining, or wake Minsoo right away, the main doors opened, and out stepped Kimoon, with a massive umbrella over his head, griping another one with his spare hand.
When he reached them, Daechul lowered the window a centimetre or two.
"Hey, you need some help? I can carry him."
Even if the logical part of his brain told him to agree, the emotional one got the upper hand and he suddenly blurted "No".
Kimoon weirdly stared at him and Daechul internally cursed.
"I mean, it's okay, it's no trouble. I got him."
Kimoon's suspicious and curious gaze didn't leave his face, but the man nodded anyway.
"Well, okay. I'm going inside then", Kimoon turned around and ran up the stairs, shielding himself from the cold droplets.
Daechul banged his head on the steering wheel, feeling like a fool. Why did he have to say that? He had no right over Minsoo, and yet he made it look like he did. If he was lucky, Kimoon wouldn't think anything about that, and forget it the next morning. Nonetheless, it made Daechul feel frustrated, being unable to keep himself in check. Kimoon did not have to know about their make outs, at least not anytime soon. They had bigger problems, which needed to be solved as soon as possible. Daechul couldn't lose his focus.

After the rain got less strong, Daechul gently woke up Minsoo. The boy was frowning in annoyance, obviously feeling very hungover and still wanting to sleep. Daechul felt sympathetic, watching his bleary eyes and flushed cheeks. He was rubbing his eyes with his tiny fists, trying to gain recognition of his surroundings. Daechul doubted he was capable of doing that fully, taking into account that he still looked a bit drunk and out of it.
"We're home already?", he rasped.
"Yeah, actually we've been for quite a while, I was just waiting for the rain to stop", Daechul informed him.
Minsoo nodded in understanding.
"Alright, well, I still wanna sleep", he whimpered, turning to look at Daechul with that overly done sad expression.
The man in question chuckled, abruptly feeling enamoured.
"Okay you big baby," he opened his car door,"wait", instructed and rounded the passenger door.
When he reached him, Daechul opened the door, grabbing him by the waist and lifting him out of the vehicle. He was mindful of Minsoo's naked feet, and shifted the body until Minsoo was safely nestled in his grip once again.
Daechul closed the door, locked the car and both were on the way to the inside of the spacious house.
When Daechul put a foot inside, he thoughtfully turned to the kitchen area, figuring that after all that drinking and dancing the pinkette must be feeling quite dehydrated. He sat the boy on a bar stool and went to fetch him a big glass of cold water.
"Here, drink this".
Minsoo obediently took some sips, humming at the pleasant sensation.
Daechul monitored him until the boy was completely done, leaving not a drop inside, rinsed the glass and turned to Minsoo again.
"Let's get you to bed. Can you walk?", asked.
Minsoo immediately pouted, stubbornly crossing his arms.
"Nooo."
Daechul sighed, expecting this answer and hoisting him in his strong arms for a numerous time that evening. Although the weight of his warm body felt really nice in his grasp, that Daechul could admit.
