*Taylor's POV*
As I got up I tried getting up but realized I had a heavy arm across my stomach holding me down, I looked over to see that Xavier stayed with me all night so I smiled while I attempted to move his arm in order for me to use the bathroom with no luck seeming he just held me tighter. I shook him trying to wake him up again with no luck. I just laughed and decided to stay still for a few more minutes, well at least until he moved his arm so it was putting more pressure on my already full bladder then I kissed him to wake him up which thankfully woke him up enough where he had a smile on his face & told me that was the best wake up call before I hurried to get out from under him for me to be able to rush to the bathroom.
After I finished my business and walked back in the room Xavier was now sitting on the edge of my bed, he turned to me smiled & asked how I was doing this morning at which I told him I was feeling much better then thanked him for staying before he responded with an even bigger smile telling me he was glad to hear it and said anytime. He looked at the clock to remind us we need to start getting ready for school & that he would be waiting for me so we can have breakfast before leaving me to get ready.
I went into my closet trying to figure out what to wear so I just grabbed a pair of black skinny jeans that are ripped at the knee, a long sleeve navy blue flowy shirt, a light blue hoodie, underwear, bra & my converse, brought them to the bathroom with me then took my shower. Once done getting dressed I blew dried my hair but just left it cascading down my back and added a little bit of mascara before heading downstairs for breakfast, his parents were in the dining room waiting to let me good luck on my first day at the new school, Xavier said not to worry he'll be there with me in all my classes but said he had a surprise while giving me a smirk but wouldn't tell me anything else about it then with that his parents gave us a hug before left.
On the way I tried getting a hint out of him about the surprise where he just laughed saying I had to wait so I just gave up trying to figure it out. When we pulled up to school I started getting really nervous looking at the foreboding building since it's much larger than my other school, Xavier just grabbed to squeeze my hand for reassurance noticing my unease before getting out of the car to walk through the front door.
As we got to the doors all of a sudden I heard a familiar voice saying "awe you didn't forget me, did you?" so I turned around seeing Sam with a huge smile on his face walking up to us, "what are you doing here, I thought you had school?" I asked him then he told me that he was attending this school, I looked over at Xavier completely shocked he just gave me a large smile & nodded his head yes at which point I happily yelled "OMG, I can't believe I'm gonna have both of my best friends here with me!" while giving both a huge hug, I was soo very happy that I didn't even care that some kids stopped to stare curious as to what was going on most likely thinking I'm crazy or something.
We walked into school where Xavier told me that this was my surprise telling me that he had called Sam to ask if he could knowing how I would most likely feel going to a new school especially after what happened at the other one, he lead us to our lockers since he had already grabbed my schedule for me & Sam had stopped by on Friday to grab his so after putting our things away only taking out what we needed then went to our first class. As we were heading down the hall everyone said hi to Xavier while giving me a curious look wondering who I am & what I'm doing with him but I didn't pay any mind seeing as this is my first day.
When we entered our English class I started getting nervous again the teacher acknowledged Xavier saying "we're glad to have you back alpha", he just smiled letting him know of the new students and took his seat so I gave him the paper from the office when he smiled said his name is Mr. Price then asked me to introduce myself which I did before taking a seat near Xavier while Sam went through the same process. At one point Xavier whispered to me asking how was it going where I told him I rather enjoyed it & that I didn't feel so out of place here which he smiled saying he was glad before paying attention to the lesson.
I have to say the rest of the day went by rather quickly and I liked all my classes as well as the teachers although it'll be awhile before I really get used to this treatment since pretty much most of the school along with the teachers hated me at my previous one so it's definitely different but in a good way, well at least for now anyway. After the bell rang we put our things away to make our way to the cafeteria for lunch, I started getting nervous again seeing how many kids were here but thankfully Xavier stayed right by me & squeezed my hand which made me feel a little better so we got our lunch then some kids waved Xavier over to sit with them so we all went where he introduced us.
There was Kyle his beta, Cameron his gamma at this they said "it's nice to see you again Taylor" before introducing us to the rest that consisted of Amy (Kyle's mate) is shy but sweet, Mackenzie or Mac (Cameron's mate) is outspoken with a calm demeanor, Flora (who hasn't found her mate yet) is a girly girl that loves to shop, Kim (Alec's mate) is more of a tomboy, Alec (Kim's mate) is very outgoing, Dex (who hasn't found his mate yet either) is a charmer or tries to be, Ty who's training to be a warrior & his mate Annie is very blunt about everything.
It felt good getting to know them, they were all very nice & it was definitely a change to get along with others although Sam never really had a problem with that anyway and when Xavier told them that I was his mate they all congratulated us before the bell rang as we parted ways to get what we needed from our lockers for the last two classes. I guess news travels really fast here seeing as soon as we got to the Math class everyone congratulated him & smiled at me, except for a couple girls that were glaring giving me the dirtiest looks which I just ignored for now figuring I would ask Xavier about it later.
Once the day was done we went to our lockers where I got shoved by someone hitting me with their shoulder, when I looked up it just happened to be one of the girls that had been glaring at me but again I wasn't gonna let it bother me so I grabbed my stuff before we headed out to the car and gave Sam a hug while thanking him again for being here then told him we'd see him tomorrow where we got in the car for the drive home.
As soon as we walked in the door his parents bombarded me with questions asking "how'd your first day go, did you make any new friends? Did you like your classes?" but before she could ask me anything else Xavier told her "calm down mom give her a minute to at least walk in the door first ok ha ha", I answered them all while they gave me a big smile that looks like that they may be proud of me although I'm not entirely sure.
