Chapter 51 - CHAPTER 51: Her Drive Was Even Higher

Reginald squinted his eyes not believing her at all.

"Trust me I really am okay now. She was able to pull me out again, helping me."

Reginal sighed.

He knew that when Felissa keeps something from him, it is because she didn't want to increase his burden.

Sometimes he worries about this.

Hearing that Saphira was once again able to help her, Reginald was glad that they have already returned.

On the other hand, Felissa didn't wnat to tell him because the pressure applied to him was greater than what was applied to her.

She wouldn't want for him to carry everything on his own.

"Well, I think she has that part. Where she answers your question as if giving you the right answer but in reality, she simply answered in a way that you subconsciously accepts it as the right answer. Especially when she has no desire of speaking about it."

Felissa nodded her head, "She helps out other people but will she really be fine being like that?"

"She will, because she knew when she could no longer hold it in. If not then she wouldn't have spoken with me before I sent her away back then," Reginald replied.

"As long as she won't be eaten by what she is keeping then I will give my trust to her, that she will take care of herself no matter what," Felissa said.

Reginald just smiled.

Felissa knew that he was keeping a secret for Saphira.

That they talked back then, Felissa was just aware of that fact but she didn't know what was the content of what they talked about.

When Saphira entered the training ground the next day, people still have something to gossip about.

Especially of what she had displayed a day before.

But she wasn't there to listen about that.

She was there to train herself with other people.

She noticed some captains yesterday have the look of wanting to test her after she had shown her strength yesterday.

So without delay, she went over to where some captains are training.

"What do we owe the commander of the newest order for her to come to us specifically?" one asked.

Some openly ignored her.

Well, even if they had the look of wanting to spar with her, their contempt will not disappear.

"I was thinking of asking for a spar with you," she replied with respect.

The one who asked her has a tone of sarcasm.

Even her demeanor and aura didn't show any disrespect for their age.

The captains glanced at one another because of how serious she looks.

"Well, since it is a commander who wants to spar with us. Her strength must be high, why don't we challenge her in threes?" one recommended.

From those who can hear it, some scoffed, others chuckled while the rest remained indifferent.

It was an obvious show of bullying.

"Then it will be my honor," Saphira didn't backdown.

Instead her drive was even higher.

The stronger the opponents the better.

And with additional numbers, then her training would be better.

The fire within her eyes actually shocked those who were trying to openly bully her despite all the ranks that she has.

The one who suggested a one on three battle gritted his teeth.

"Fine, if that is what you want," he glared at her before gesturing to his companions.

They went into an open spot and surrounded her.

Her friends had just came in for her order when they saw her being surrounded.

After asking around, Nixon, Ridge and Stormie were filled with worry.

Drake scoffed while Willow has no reaction.

But since she had asked for this herself, they didn't butt in and instead started looking for people to train with them.

"We are going to use our ability, I think you want it that way right?" they asked Saphira.

"I couldn't ask for more," was her answer.

She pulled out the sword she had just bought the day before and brandsihed it.

It was a normal one.

Though Asherton did speak to her of taking their family sword, she had declined.

Each of the seven families have a family sword that was embedded with the spirituality of the mythological beasts they hold.

The rest of the Order, already received this sword.

Raynisha received it back then as well but somehow for some odd reason she didn't bring it with her on the day of the tragedy.

But if one without a mythological beast were to hold it, it will remain as a normal sword.

Thinking about this, Asherton didn't push in giving it to her.

If it remains as a normal sword then he'd better make a sword that fits her well instead.

And so he had his son, accompany their swordsmith in making the sword with Saphira in mind.

Archie, of course, wouldn't decline this.

A battle more dangerous that what they faced, why would he not want for his child to have the best protection?

Their sparring started and Saphira had to heighten her senses in order to battle against the three of them.

They were all captains, all strong with their respective abilities and obviously strong with their physical capability.

When Nixon and the rest tried to check on her after an hour, she was already battling another set of three.

The first three were sitting on the side obviously tired and confused.

They gave it their all but all they were able to give were a few scratches. They were able to land some solid attacks but even so, they were bewildered at the fact that they may not be injured but she can still stand.

She can still fight another group of three.

Nixon and the rest were even more shock.

They were thinking what she will do with the training she had tasked them to do.

They didn't expect she would do the same and even battle against more people and higher rankers.

They were fighting a while ago with some captains as well and their strength were visible but it was not the same as hers.
