It was either a laid back look or indifference that she always displayed.
Being flustered seemed something to be not part of her vocubolary.
When they were gone, she placed her hand on her chest before a real happy smile appeared on her face.
The reality of being apologized to by people who had been insulting you even though you didn't do anything, was seriously a happy feeling.
Whatever she was doing are paying off. People started accepting her again as a different entity than her sister.
"What's wrong? You look so happy?" Hunter who came out first that night noticed her mood.
"Do I?" she asked in return with a laugh.
Hunter squinted his eyes.
She was genuinely happy, he can see that very clearly.
"Did something happen while we were out in the forest?" he asked again.
"Nothing much," was her answer.
"Then there is, so who made you this happy?"
"Is being apologized to something to be so happy about?" she asked.
"If the person is genuine then being apologized to when you have done nothing wrong but was wrongly accused is indeed a happy thing."
She nodded her head before taking a deep breath.
"How was the training?" she asked this time.
Hunter without asking for more details already knew what had happened.
Some people are starting to accept her as Saphira.
As simply Saphira and no body else's sister.
"A bit difficult but I can tell we will surely improve with it," he replied looking back to the forest.
They have a quota for a day of their training.
Getting about ten different demonic beast cores.
"But what if we didn't follow you and still used our abilities?" he asked again.
"That is up to you already. If you really want to improve or not. What I am giving you is something that will help you become stronger," she answered seriously.
Meaning honesty towards their selves is one of the test in this training.
If you can be honest enough then when it comes to battles, if you made a mistake, you won't hide it but speak of it instead.
Because that mistake might lead to a different problem afterwards if you are to keep quiet about it.
Hunter couldn't help but to ruffle her hair, Saphira have truly taken so many things into consideration when it comes to their training.
"Why do you love on messing with my hair," she instantly complained.
Hunter just smiled and the two of them waited for the rest of the squad to come out.
Drake was the one who came out next, he simply handed Hunter the cores before leaving.
But it was obvious that he had difficulties in obtaining them.
He has messed up look and a few scratches here and there.
The other four came after, almost at the same time.
"Are we doing this for the next few days?" Nixon asked her.
"Yes, you will keep on doing it, plus it is part of our mission. You will be able to clean this place up of demonic beasts," was her answer.
"No more, I don't think I can go on," Nixon sat down on the ground.
"So where do you think we should eat?" Stormie asked Saphira.
"My parents want me to eat home today," Saphira replied.
"I still have duties that I need to finish for the day," Hunter added.
"There are specimens I found today that I am looking forward to experimenting," Ridge followed raisinga sack.
"I am also going home," Willo followed when Stormie looked at her.
"Fine, I'll just go back and rest as well," Stormie pouted.
All five of them started walking away when Stormie asked the first question.
They complete ignored the complaints from Nixon.
"You guys are demons. You have no heart," he called out to them before running after them.
The other four didn't ask for Drake because they have seen the demonic cores with Hunter.
It means he had already passed his and left on his own.
And while they were laughing together, some knights who they passed by would bow and sometimes, others would glare at Saphira.
The other six were traumatized because of her sister, but here she is acting as if she didn't do anything, even laughing with them.
Does she have no conscience?
The next day on that same place, Saphira was surrounded by ten knights.
"You really have no conscience, haven't you?" one said.
'Yesterday was a good day yet here we are the very next and I am being glared at once again.'
She didn't reply and simply stood there watching over the forest.
These knights are knights currently on patrol in the walls, they left their duties just to insult her.
Is she really a commander right now?
These knights are really looking down at her.
Her eyes went sharp and they all make a defensive stance.
"If you can have the time to look down on someone then you should focus more in doing your duties properly."
Her remark caused them agitation but whens he suddenly dashed forward, those on her way braced themselves for a fight.
But Saphira didn't attack them instead she jumped past them and rushed to a side.
These walls are about two hour away by horse from the main town.
They are the walls before the main wall of Leonis Kingdom.
They were created because the forest within the outside walls started showing signs of Demonic beasts.
Just like now, a lizard demonic beast have climbed up the wall while these knights are trying to pick a fight with her.
She eassily beheaded the lizard but it was not alone.
There are about twenty of them.
"I wonder what you all had been doing for these demonic beasts to be able to approach the walls this easily," she didn't foget to berate them as they followed her there.
Some took on the lizards but one third of it was already taken down by her when she rushed here first.
