The six warriors fall to their knees before me, I turn towards Prince Ying. "Did we do something wrong?" I ask him showing my best innocent expression, "this must be some kind of joke, no one has heard of such a ludacris story. Prince they must be fooling you!" A man came through the crowd of knights. His facial features were quite scary, he glares at me and crosses his arms, "the bitch is definitely trying to trick us." The knights whisper in agreement. But I already knew there would be doubts, so this act was not over. I'm glad that I had a hundred rebirths and my childhood for this day as I force tears to well up.
"Story, what do you mean? What's going on? Why does that scary man think I'm fooling him?" I say trying my best to look pitiful. My six warriors crowd me instantly to make me feel better, I'm more impressed by Castian who doesn't seem like the type to go along with crap like this. He was the one who seems to be engrossed in our act even more than the others, he grabs my shoulder and turns to shoot daggers at this man, "you dare make my Queen cry!" He burst out angrily. If anyone was good at acting, it's this guy. I learn about him more every second, he's only been apart of my Warriors for a month, though to me it's been longer thanks to being reborn.
Prince Ying holds up a hand to quiet his side, they immediately shut up, "Sir Ty, is there a reason to doubt? She has clearly changed and everyone here saw the darkness leave this building. There is no way anyone could make this up." He says. Oh but that was where he was wrong, not that I would tell him that, he turns to me his gaze curious. "fine, so it seems that you were possessed and without mind to control your actions. As of today, we have defeated the Red Demon Queen. If somehow she shows any signs of her previous self I will personally handle it myself." He says.
I sniffle to add effect, it seems we got through this without too much troubles. Prince Ying turns away and walked through his knights to the doors, the army left the Fallen Kingdom, but I knew it wasn't going to be easy to win the world over just with this act alone. "What do we do now, your highness?" Rock asks looking at me. "We must rebuild the Kingdom and become prosperous again. We'll start with finding a way to make money." I say. During my reign we eventually lost money because of our constant spending, thanks to some information gathering in my last life, I know where there's a gold mine. Though getting it means I would have to awaken the Pearl Dragon from its sleep and make it my familiar.
In all my rebirths no one could do it, not even Prince Ying. For now making ourselves wealthy is at the top of my list, money meant more staff and a better
Kingdom. In all my life I never thought I'd finally get to retire from my life as an evil villainess Queen. It's much better to be the good guy. "Is there anything her highness wishes for us to do?" Mangola asks. I smile brightly, "of course, it's high time you guys follow me to check the state of our cities. I'm sure it needs the most attention, once we learn how bad it is we will make more plans on rebuilding the kingdom." I say. There are at least ten small cities in my kingdom that once had a name, though I forgotten what it once was. Seems I need to give it a new name.
"That's right, Your Majesty should I pull out the rcords of all the cities?" Lexor asks stepping forward. "Good idea, looks like we have alot of work to do, once we return make sure you have the financial state of the kingdome ready for me as well." I say. "Oh and call for the rest of the staff, if there are still any to speak of." I add as me and the six warriors leave the palace. "I'll fetch the carriage." Femur says leaving to go get the last carriage we possessed. Once he brought it, I cringe at the state of it, just the two horses were well managed. Gert steps forward, "no worries I got this." he uses his magic to not only grow the carriage a bit but he used time to make it look like it's original state. "It's as much as I can do, sorry your highness." He says.
I shake my head, "this is perfect." I say as we all climbed in and Femur took the drivers seat. "Yah!" He says as we headed out of the palace gates and down the mountain.
