Again and again they ran and hid only to be found. They ended up right back at the museum in the end. "This is just nuts." Doctor An complains. it's true that it didn't make sense, but Kila had a feeling that this was the whole plan from the beginning. She still had no clue who was behind all this but it became clear that her and Jero was indeed correct. Someone among them was controlling everything, and it was only a matter of time before things get even more out of hand. Before that happens she need to expose the traitor among them, but how? Is the question. Kila kept an eye out for any suspicious movements from anyone they were with. This was a bit annoying, the faster she could get out of this situation the faster she could use the Jewel to cure her burns.
"I agree, what are we going to do if we can't get out of this situation?" Shea ask tears pouring from her eyes. Kila glance over at the brother who was the least panicky. She then looked over at the two muscular guys who looked scared for big guys. Something stuck out to her then, the older lady that traveled with them. Not once had she noticed this woman not even at the beginning. Was she always traveling with them? Perhaps she was thinking too much? That's right she was always with them....no...that's not right. it's her! She must have been doing something with their memories just now. Because Kila now remembers everything from meeting this group to now. This woman took them by surprise when they met her on the way to the muesum.
But before she could say anything to the others it was too late. Once again they were surrounded by the citizens, "anyone else feel that this is not going well?" Doctor An ask. Jero clenches his fist to keep from taking them out with his magic power. It seems this time they were stuck with no where to run to this time. The old woman begins ti shapeshift before their very eyes. She became taller and her fi gyu re more curvy, once done she was a beauty with an evil gaze. "Finally, I can stretch." The woman says raising her arms above her head.
"Who are you?" Princess Ara snaps angrily. The woman smiles, showing unnaturally sharp teeth, "well...I guess I can say since you'll die anyways." She says with a chuckle. Doctor An turns to Kila, "why is it that everytime I'm with you these things happen?" He asked sarcastically. It does seem that way doesn't it? Even she was beginning to wonder why these things keep happening to them. "After this O feel we should go our separate ways." He grumbles. The woman suddenly pulls out a whip with a thorn, back to me. Like I was saying before interrupted. I'm Inora and you guys are these people meal." Inora says with a glare.
"Before we die, where is the mayor?" Shang asked. Inora touched her chin as if to think about it, "that guy? He's still alive. Here let me prove it to you." Inora snaps her fingers as a short stocky man appears before them. What the hell is with him? He was spacing out and did not seem as though he had control of himself. "Don't worry too much, I'm taking very good care of him. He's just completely absorbed into using the powers that he was blessed with. To be able to control anyone despite the distance. I'm so impressed that I want to keep him as my toy." She says happily.
Is this person for real? To go and treat a human being like that... this means this woman was no where near human. Could it be....a demon? That was the only explanation to this woman's actions. If that's th case then once they save the mayor and citizens theres no reason to let this Inora live. "You...I like that look of hatred in your gaze. Do you wish to kill me?" Inora turned her gaze to Jero. Sure enough he looked as though his mana will overflow if not released at this very moment. Let's hope he can keep himself in check for now, the last thing they wanted was to harm innocent people.
The only way they were going to get out of this mess was working together. This means that someone was going to have to distract Inora, while someone else tries to wake the mayor from his mind control, that's gonna be the hard part. Kila doesn't mind the hard stuff, she looks over at Shea who stood out of sight from Inora's watchful gaze. This was the perfect opportunity to relay a message while Inora was teasing Jero. Shea finally got her message and swallows, "um excuse me?" She says as she begins to dance about wildly.
Inora turns away from Jero and finally looks at them as though remembering they were there in the first place. "Hm? Why do you dance like this? Are you a jester?" She asked walking over to a very scared Shea. "I really have to pee, but is it possible to get you to come with me?" She asked as innocently as possible. Inora state at Shea for a few seconds as if trying to figure her out. She smiles then and uses her magic to create clones of herself, "why not, come." She says leading Shea inside the museum. "So, what now?" Shang whispers. Kila studies the clones, "we will have to take them down quickly." She points out.
"Great, that makes so much sense." Doctor An says sarcastically.
