"Did you really think you could get away with everything?" Kila asked as two of the servants grabbed Fan'er by her arms. "No, let go of me. This has got to be some kind of mistake." She says. Why is this bitch still living? Shouldn't she be dead by now? She can't let them arrest her, she didn't get what she wanted. "Mistake you say. I don't think so." Kila waved her away then the two servants proceed to drag her out, "father, how are you after taking the cure I made for you a month ago?" She asked him as she helped him to his feet. "Thanks to you, I feel much better." He says.
"No need to thank me. All you have to do is make sure you're healthy for now on." Kila tells him. "How about that friend of yours? She still out there waiting?" Her father asked. Kila was glad that he was doing better, "yes, I should take her to my courtyard." Kila answers as she and her father leaves the area. After they took their separate ways Ara came up to her with a curious expression on her face. "It's a long story. Come on let's go settle in." She tells her as they make their way to her courtyard.
"By the way that girl being dragged out, she the one who tried to kill you?" Ara asked as she plopped onto Kila's bed. "Yeah, that was her." She admits. "Oh wow. I didn't think she'd be that easy to take down. Why didn't you do it this way to start?" Ara asked. Kila paused for only a second. That's right; no one knew that the real owner of this body was in fact dead. It never occurred to her to actually tell anyone the truth. If she did they would either throw her in a crazy house or kill her for being an imposter. "I guess at the time it never crossed my mind to think that way." Kila says not making any eye contact.
Ara turned to look at her, "what's this? Did my question upset you?" She asked. Kila couldn't get upset about something that had nothing to do with her to begin with. She glanced over towards Ara who chose to cahnce into her adult body, it also looked as if she enhanced a few body parts. "Oh, do you like them? I had to do it. I really hate my childish form." She says with a proud smile. It seems that not even a girls chest could make her feel better, she's been a woman for way too long it seems. Ara notices that she seemed to not be paying attention and came over to lean against her arm, "you seem distracted." She says. Kila sighs and turns to look at Ara, "It's nothing, just shooing away some bad thoughts." She says as she pries Ara off her arm.
Let's get this day over with, tomorrow she will start taking back everything that belonged to her. Fan'er was not the only person she had to take down, it was damn near the entire Ruong Family. With her father out of commission because the medicine she provided him will only make him better and will not return his meridians to how they used to be. She will have to take things into her own hands until she's able to restore her father back to his glorious self. She'll start with that evil concubine he has by his side. Now that woman won't be so easy. If she was able to kill her birth mother without a single evidence or trace left then she was a ferocious and evil woman.
After unpacking and finally being able to lay down, her thoughts strayed to thoughts of Jero. Once she's able to get access to the Black Market, then she would have an even bigger range of information to get a hold of. Finding Jero would definitely be at the top of her list if she weren't so weak. She needed to cultivate, she needed money. And with how unworried Ara seemed about Jero. Kila wondered if she should waste her time being worried. Perhaps there's something Ara knew that she didn't and that's what bothers Kila who hardly knew these two faires that traveled with her. She may know their identities but she doesn't know them in particular.
