It's been a week since Luis was charged out from Divine Medicine Pavilion.
The moment that he was charged out, he registered Luna at the beast registry as his companion.
Skyrion regained his energy after three days. He appeared at Luis as he bragged how he saved the young man. He taught Luis some new spells that the young man can use to attack and defend himself, especially if the same circumstance happened.
As usual, the moment that Luis, Luna, Eroditus, and Skyrion was left alone. Eroditus and Skyrion started bickering against each other. Luna was being the mascot of the team as she is the most adorable among them.
The day of the Appointing Ceremony has arrived as the students who passed the examination started to prepare themselves.
Students are lining up as they took a seat and waited for the ceremony to start.
A man in his mid-thirties has come to the stage to open up the ceremony.
He briefed the students on how the ceremony works. First, they will introduce themselves and their family background. Second, their results on the first examination. Third, comprehension accuracy on the second examination. Lastly, their battle results in the third examination.
After that, he introduced the different schools that each student can apply for.
School of Combat, where those students who want to be a Warrior class should enroll. They teach Physical and Magical combat there. They manage the quests from different people or organizations. They also manage the academy's Training Centers and Arena.
School of Medicine, where those students who want to have a Mage class with Alchemist or Physician subclass should enroll. They teach Alchemy and Medicine there. They manage potion and medicine requests from people and organizations. They also manage the Divine Medicine Pavilion and the Spirit Herb Fields.
School of Production, where those students who want to have a Mage or Warrior class with Blacksmith or Enchanter subclass should enroll. They teach Forging and Formation building there. They manage the Black Iron Pavilion and Hall of Trials.
Lastly, in the School of Prophecy, only chosen students who have a Saint-level affinity can enter. They are the so-called, Elite Students, who have the greatest connection with the Gods and have the highest chance to reach Saint-Level class. They manage the Holy Shrine where divinities from Gods are happening.
The selection was made when the student introduced himself or herself in front of the stage then the mentors from different schools will raise their hands when they decided to choose that student as their student or not.
"That's all that you should all remember so, let's start the ceremony!" The man on the stage exclaimed as he walked towards the lectern.
He called the students one by one as he read their examination results after they introduced themselves.
"Achilleas Arion, 17 years old, a descendant of the Arion Clan." Achilleas introduced himself when he stood on the stage.
"First examination results, Steel Element with a peak level of Fire attribute. Second examination results comprehended 80% of the Way of the Molten Fist. Third examination results killed a Level 3 Rock Golem, two Level 2 Forest Treants, and 36 Level 1 Black FireFish." The man stated.
Among the twelve mentors of the School of Combat, ten raised their hands and the other two only has a smug look on their faces as if they're mocking the ones who raised their hands.
The temperature suddenly rose as a bright light suddenly emerged from the stage.
"If you don't put down your hands, I will tear it off one by one." Chisa angrily exclaimed as she emitted a fiery aura.
The other ten immediately put their hands down out of fear that Chisa will burn them.
"Oh looks like Vice Dean Chisa has some interest in you kid!" The man stated.
"Don't say that as if I'm a freaking pedo!" Chisa threatened the man.
The ceremony continued and after a lot of students were called, it was Serion's turn.
"I am Johanne Serion Menazee, 17 years old, a descendant of the Menazee clan." Serion introduced himself.
"First examination result, Air Element with a high level of Illusion attribute. The second examination result comprehended 91% of the Aerial Mirage Techniques. The third examination result killed 2 Level 3 Sawtooth Alligators, 3 Level 2 Crimson Foxes, and 24 Level 1 Bluefin Tiger Fishes." The old man announced.
"I'll take him! Would you like to be my apprentice young lad?" The bald man on the stage offered.
"Yes! Vice Dean Theriud." Serion accepted.
Another batch of students was announced. Three unfortunate students were not chosen this time so they are going to the place called General Studies where they will master a single job class and try their luck again next year.
The man on the stage called the girl sitting beside Luis. She looks elegant but at the same time, she is cold. She has this ferocious aura that is so wild as if someone is looking at a wild beast that is ready to pounce at them anytime.
"Alyssa Vermillion,17 years old, a descendant of Vermillion Clan." She introduced emotionless.
"First examination result, Fire Element with Nature attribute, Saint-Energy was detected through her Fire Element. Second examination result, comprehended 96% of the Flaming Heart Chant, one of the books with high difficulty of comprehending. The third examination result burned a piece of forest. Killed 3 Level 3 Black Scaled Pythons, 5 Level 2 Thunder Beaked Eagles, and 124 Various Level 1 Beasts." The man announced.
The people below the stage gasped when they heard the announcement of the man.
"Isn't she a bit overpowered?"
"What do you expect? She's a descendant of the Vermillion Clan!"
"I guess you're right!" The whispers and gossips intensified as people talked about Alyssa.
"Quiet! You know the procedure. Since you have a Saint-level Energy, you will enter the School of Prophecy!" Fulgur exclaimed.
The lady only nodded and stepped down the stage. She returned to her seat beside Luis as she saw Luis having this stupid look on his face.
"What are you looking at?" Alyssa exclaimed.
"Nothing." Luis simply replied.
Luis stood up as he was the next student who will be standing on the stage. As soon as he stood upon the stage he faced the crowd without hesitation because he was used to facing crowds when he was still on Earth.
"I am Ignacius Luis Delmont, 17 years old, I don't have a family background but I once lived at Eristreas Town with their local Physician." Luis introduced.
"Eristreas? That town is deprived right?"
"Yes, they always cause some diseases and infections spreading throughout the kingdom!"
"Hope this kid doesn't have a serious disease or else, we're doomed!" Gossip intensified but not as same as Alyssa received since these conversations are full of insults.
"First examination result, Neutral Element with a high level of Earth attribute. Second examination result, comprehension array was overloaded but the result was retrieved, comprehended 126% of one of the pedestaled book, information about the book was confidential. The third examination result killed 12 Level 2 Blood Demon Wolves, tamed a Level 3 Snow Wolf pup and the other results were confidential." The man announced with a wide pair of eyes as if he just read the most unbelievable result.
"He tamed a Level 3 beast? Is this real?"
"But killing 12 Blood Demon Wolves? He probably handled a pack if that's the case!"
"Or he hunted the stray members of the pack?"
"Probably?"
"But the most confusing part was, why does his second and third examinations has confidential data?"
"Did the MC said, pedestaled book? The one on the second floor? Aren't those books restricted to students?" Different opinions suddenly emerged once again.
"If he doesn't have a Neutral Energy, he can be a good asset in the School of Combat but his future was limited by his Element." One of the mentors sitting at the area for the School of Combat mentors.
"He can't be of any help with School of Production too." One of the mentors sitting at the area for the School of Production responded.
"I want him!" A deep voice from the stage suddenly exclaimed.

There is a magical underground forest where it looks dark but the whole forest was lit by glowing plants, fireflies, and bio-luminescent beasts. It's so beautiful and magical. The flying bio-luminescent beasts are circling the towering trees that looked like fireflies from afar.
"Elena, Elenor, Elaine! Come here!" Euclepius exclaimed.
"What's happening, dad?" Elaine asked.
"Help me! We need to move the Earthern Shrine away from here as soon as possible!" Euclepius anxiously ordered.
Using their powers, the shrine suddenly sank deeper from the ground.
"What's going on, dad? What's with this sudden movement?" Elenor confusingly asked.
"Eroditus reported that Luis was attacked and some of his memories were devoured. I just need to make sure that the shrine is safe for a weight in the scale of balance lies here.
"What is it, dad?" Elena also asked.
"A piece of the Weight of Life! The three Divine Trees of Life!" Eroditus answered.
The shrine immediately disappeared out of nowhere. No one knows where it was, and no one also knows where it is going.
