The battle was good but midnight has come but Luis didn't get a notification from Mufar, so he heads back to his accommodation and took a rest.
The next morning, Luis woke up with his mark on his hand glowing and a message suddenly appeared in front of him.
'Sorry for not informing you yesterday, we discussed about a certain threat but no need to concern yourself about this. Meet me at the School of Medicine at exactly 9 am. Don't be late!'
The content of the letter. Luis looked at his magical hourglass and it displayed 7:38 am.
"It's still early so I should prepare myself now," Luis muttered to himself.
He does his daily routine and wore the new robe that the school gave him after his robe was tattered during the third examination.
He walked towards the academy.
"I don't know where is the School of Medicine but, I think I know where I should inquire!" Luis thought and head to the very first place that came to his mind. Divine Medicine Pavilion.
He heads towards the pavilion as he looked for a person to ask.
A man on the same robe suddenly approached him.
"Are you the rumored Elite Student of Vice Dean Mufar?" The man asked.
"Yes, I am Ignacius Luis Delmont, you can call me Luis!" Luis smiled as he handed out his hand.
"Francis." The man simply said and touched his hand but the man immediately removed his hand.
"Can I ask where is the School of Medicine?" Luis politely asked Francis.
"I know where it is! Head behind this building and from there you can find the entrance towards the School of Medicine. Come! I'll show you the way." Francis grinned as he leads the way.
Luis thought that the man was suspicious but he decided to ignore his suspicions and followed the man.
When they reached the back of the building, Luis didn't see any entrance but instead, they reached a dead end.
"Go out boys!" Francis shouted.
From behind the bushes, five more men emerged and circled Luis.
"Let's see how strong was Vice Dean's Elite student!" One of the men said.
They cracked their knuckles as they approached Luis.
"Ice Buff: Glacier Knuckle!" One of the men chanted as the knuckles of all of the members of their group turned into glossy ice.
As soon as Luis saw this, a memory emerged inside his mind as the vibrant look in his eyes suddenly dimmed and blank.
Meanwhile, inside Luis's consciousness. Eroditus and Skyrion were bickering inside the independent space they made and suddenly Skyrion noticed that something is odd. Luis's consciousness suddenly dimmed.
"I know this! Damn! Why does that memory never gets destroyed!" Eroditus exclaimed as he rushed towards Luis's subconsciousness and Skyrion followed.
The sound of glasses bumping against each other can slowly be heard as they approached his subconsciousness.
"What's happening Cow-man?" Skyrion confusingly asked.
"He's being controlled by his childhood trauma! Look!" Eroditus exclaimed as he points towards a shard slowly getting in shape.
As soon as the shard was completed, every bad thing that happened to Luis suddenly played through that shard and his consciousness became dark.
"What's going on?" Skyrion was still confused about what's happening.
"When his trauma emerged, even if he's in extreme danger, his body won't listen to his thoughts as the trauma took over his whole reasoning! The kid is in danger again!" Eroditus exclaimed as the shard that depicted Luis's trauma glowed brighter than his desire.
At the same time, the men who surrounded Luis simultaneously beat him but he didn't utter a single noise as his mind was still blank from everything that's happening.
Luis's face was swollen and he received a lot of bruises and wounds as his white robe was stained by his blood.
"Air Manipulation: Gale Barrier!" A voice suddenly came from behind the men as they saw Serion chanting some spells.
"Aerial Mirage: Bamboo Maze!" Serion chanted as he suddenly disappeared behind the bamboos that suddenly emerged out of nowhere.
The men suddenly have this look of confusion on their faces as they blindly roamed around the area where they brought Luis.
Serion carried Luis which still has the blank look on his face.
"Luis! Are you okay?" Serion asked.
"Serion?" Luis asked still with a blank look on his eyes and then he passed out.
Serion immediately brought Luis to the Divine Medicine Pavilion. Luis was attended by a physician and he discovered something unusual from what Serion told him.
"Did you say that he didn't utter a single noise nor fight back but instead he just stood there with a blank look?" The physician asked Serion which was answered by the young man with a nod.
"I need to talk to Vice Dean Mufar about this, would you mind if I ask you to fetch him for me?" The physician asked Serion.
After a few minutes, Mufar saw Luis lying on the bed with some bruises and wounds but not that bad like before because the physician already treated him.
"Vice Dean, we need to talk about this kid." The physician asked. Mufar nodded as they entered the office of the physician.
"Serion, thanks for informing me, I already reported this incident to Theriud so you can go back now," Mufar instructed before stepping inside the office.
"What's happening Physician Joe?" Mufar immediately asked as soon as he took a sit.
"First, your student was beaten by some students behind the pavilion. Serion told me everything that he saw and I think that your apprentice has a Mental Scar or what we usually called Trauma." Physician Joe stated.
"What should I do to let him overcome his trauma?"
"We first need to find out what causes his trauma and then I can tell you what we can do about it."
"So, I need to investigate this matter first, I will handle this case after Luis recovered." Mufar seriously said as he walked out of the room.
After some time, Luis woke up with a little bruise, and his wounds are fully recovered.
"Are you okay now young man?" Physician Joe asked.
"Where am I?" Luis asked as he sat up and looked around the room.
"You are at the Divine Medicine Pavilion, wait here, I'll just notify Mufar." Joe instructed as he walked inside the office and took a talisman.
Minutes passed and Mufar entered the room. Luis quickly tried to stand up.
"I'm sorry bro if I didn't come at the time you asked me to come!" Luis apologized as he approached Mufar.
"You lil kid! I'm not mad but you should help yourself when something is going on with you. Don't be reckless, ever again!" Mufar sermon as he gently pushed Luis back to bed.
Mufar brought a chair and sat in front of Luis while Physician Joe sat beside Luis.
"Now, tell me everything that happened before!" Mufar started as he looked intently towards Luis.
Luis told everything but he didn't divulge a specific name and just go on with the story.
"Okay, I understood. Rest for another hour and I'll fetch you again to bring you to your official dorm at the School of Medicine." Mufar instructed as he head outside the room.
The time quickly passed and Mufar brought Luis to the School of Medicine grounds which was a portal on the basement of the Divine Medicine Pavilion.
They appeared in a big place with some houses built at the side of the mountain and a very large field full of different plants and herbs and some has an aura and some looked strange.
"As you can see, those houses are the residential area and that field is the Spirit Herb Fields. You can ask the local farmers for herbs that you need for your concoction but the beast related ingredients like blood. You will need to gather them yourself." Mufar explained.
They head towards the residential area and stopped inside a small house. Mufar entered the house and Luis followed.
"This is your house, I won't be biased to give you a good house from the start, you need to work for a better house. This house already has everything, from the living room to kitchen, then bedroom and comfort room, and your Alchemy room." Mufar introduced as they roamed around the house.
"Can I make this bigger in the future?" Luis asked intently.
"Yes, as long as you have the budget to upgrade it, just talk to the elder of the residential area at the center," Mufar answered.
"Now take a rest and your day will start tomorrow, prepare yourself for some exams. A friendly warning lil bro!" Mufar chuckled as he walked out of the house.
----------
"Mufar told us that a crisis is coming to our academy! We need to prepare the students for this event or else a lot of casualties will be recorded when this happened!" Chisa seriously said as he looked at Theriud and Fulgur while waiting for Mufar to come.
"How come Mufar know this but we didn't? And the Gods and Goddesses didn't give a prophecy about impending doom for the academy!" Theriud refused to believe Chisa.
"I also don't know but it's better to be prepared than do nothing at all." Chisa urged.
"This might cause panic towards the students if this thing spreads." Fulgur straightforwardly commented.
Mufar suddenly appeared inside the room.
"I can't be wrong for I have seen how the daughter of the Duke died yesterday." Mufar seriously informed as he sat on a chair.
"What? You mean the daughter who was chosen by the Goddess of Fate?" Chisa asked to clarify.
"Yes, and here's the last Prophecy from the Goddess of Fate," Mufar confirmed and lay down a scroll on the table.
'The moment that the Child of Fate awakens the slumbering power within him.
The Scale of Destiny where the fate of the world will be judged for its sin.
Elements will be in chaos as the attributes will be dispersed.
The Monarch of the Destruction slowly arrived as the Gods and Goddesses will be endangered.
The fear inside the Child can be the trigger. Never mess with one's fear for it might be his weakness or the source of his strength.
Life and death will be in disarray as the Harmony was asleep so the Destruction will take rampage as it will rise on its crypt!'
