"What the heck are you doing? You just killed a guy in front of me and you fell." Liam grinned. He smiled while he laughed.
The woman stood up and brushed the dust off her. She stared at Liam with a killer stare, sending chills down anyone who had to make eye contact with her.
"You- who are you?! Don't even try to lie.. and don't even dare try to snitch on me!" She yelled to Liam. Then, the door behind them, to one house, opened. It revealed a tall fellow. He wore plaid pants with his shirt tucked into them.
"I heard you yell Aspen, did something happen?" Soo-ah asked in a concerned tone.
"This guy caught me red-handed, I think we have to murder him too," Aspen reported in a serious tone.
"I-, no, please. Let me live!" Liam begged for mercy, "Let me live, PLEASE!"
"Give us a reason I shouldn't murder you?" Aspen demanded. She truly needed an answer or she would have to shoot him. She didn't want to have to do that, but she hated the thought of killing someone innocent.
There was a long pause after this sentence... Liam was thinking of what he could do to make them not kill him.
"I promise I will never tell a soul about what I looked at today!! If I dare to, lightning will strike me 5 times, I swear on my father's grave, that I won't mention this to anyone!" Liam promised to Aspen.
"Fine, but if you threaten to tell anybody, I would not hesitate to kill you!" Aspen added in a serious tone. A loud noise was created, and that caught both Liam's and Aspen's attention. They noticed Soo-ah, he had already cleaned the bloody chaos up.
"Can we continue? The police would be here soon if we don't leave any sooner." Soo-ah said impatiently. Aspen looked at Soo-ah with a an unsettled look, then peered at Liam with her sharp stare.
"Grab that dude over there and let's get out of here." Aspen said as she made eye contact with Soo-ah.
Soo-ah nodded a response.
"WAIT, I have to tell my friend I'm going to be leaving." Liam exclaimed before they started dragging him.
"Why do you need to tell them?" Aspen asked Liam. She announced it in a quick, rushed voice to not waste time.
"If I don't explain to her, she'll become concerned, she might call the cops and say I'm missing or something!" Liam responded as he sprinted inside of his house to inform Marley.
"MARLEY! The commotion was just fireworks, and I have to leave because my mom is calling me for something!" Liam blurted and waved goodbye to Marley as he scurried back outside.
Once Soo-ah saw Liam he picked him up and threw him over his back. "HEY! Put me down! You realize, I can walk by MYSELF!!" Liam yelled as he kept kicking Soo-ah in his leg, he was so short he couldn't even reach the ground.
"Can you be quiet, shortie? Aspen is still skeptical of you running off and never coming back. So I have to carry you, short guy." Soo-ah said in an annoyed tone. Aspen laughed at the fact that Soo-ah called him "shortie." Liam looked at Aspen with puppy eyes, hoping that she would stop being skeptical about him and let him off.
"We have to go to the next target. So be QUIET kiddos." Aspen said as she rolled her eyes. Liam had to ride on Soo-ah's back for a few minutes until he heard Aspen say, "Look! There's our target!"
