"Marley, meet Aspen and Soo-ah, they are my new friends," Liam said while smiling. Aspen waved with a smile on her face, Soo-ah waved at Marley.
Marley waved at Aspen and Soo-ah, "My name is Marley and I'm 28 years old, how about you guys?" Marley asked.
"Hello my name is, Aspen and I'm 26 years old, and that is Soo-ah, he doesn't talk much, he is 22 years old." Aspen replied.
"Why don't we spend the night at Aspen's house? Because Marley's home is not very big, as you can see," Liam said as he looked at Aspen and Soo-ah's face for a reaction, of course, Aspen's face turned from a cheerful face to a death glare at Liam. Aspen's glare made it feel like knives were slicing right through him.
"No, our home is not available." Soo-ah reply with a dry answer. Liam just smirked and lazily leaned on the car and said,
"I guess I have to call the police then." Liam mumbled the last parts, but it was still clear enough for Soo-ah and Aspen to hear.
"Hey! Hey! Hey! I mean, of course you fellows can spend the night!" Aspen said, annoyed, but still kept a smile on her face. Her smile was vicious, and she looked like she was going to kill someone. "Come on! Get in the car, I'll drive you guys there," Aspen said with a broken smile, Liam and Marley got into the backseat to go drive to the house. They were driving in the dark. It was dark at night Marley didn't enjoy driving at night, because it was dark and scary outside. They passed trees that looked like their branches were hands extending towards them. They crossed some houses with people looking at them, their eyes were sharp like eagles watching their every movement. A loud scream appeared. It was a madwoman in the middle of the road. She had lost all her sanity. The mad woman peered at them with her ugly eyes.
"W-what.. d-o we d-o g-g-guys?" Marley stuttered while trying to spit her words out. Aspen looked at her, then looked back.
"Let's drive around her," Soo-ah said as he looked at the crazy woman. Liam was trying to think of an Idea.
The woman beamed at them with an insane smile, then she started running towards them with a creepy limp.
Marley screamed, as she stared at the horrible looking woman.
"Should we run her over?" Aspen asked.
"NO! WHAT THE HECK!? WHY WOULD YOU RUN HER OVER!" Liam argued back.
"How about we just back away?" Soo-ah asked.
The woman was near the car already. "Have you seen my CHILD?" The crazy woman urged.
"Ma'am, sorry but we haven't seen your child." Aspen said calmly.
Soo-ah got out of the car and went up to the woman, "We haven't seen your child so please get the heck out of the road," Soo-ah said, really annoyed, like he was about to throw hands.
"Oh yes, I forgot. They're in the lake, the lake a few blocks away." the woman laughed like a psycho, she has completely lost her sanity. "DEAD!" The woman yelled as she laughed uncontrollably.
Soo-ah felt an urge of anger. His fists formed into a ball shape. BAM! A punch landed on the woman's face. Soo-ah's actions shocked Aspen and everyone else in the car. BAM! Another punch landed on the woman's face. After punches and punches, Soo-ah stopped punching her. The woman's face was beaten and bruised. She dropped to the ground, as she held her face in her hands. Everyone could tell that the punches Soo-ah gave weren't light. The woman's nose was bleeding, she most likely had a broken nose. Soo-ah wiped his hands with a tissue he brought along and threw it at the woman.
Soo-ah moved the woman to the side of the road so she wasn't blocking the way. He got into the car. "Woah, sick moves dude." Aspen said as she nudged him a bit.
"Gotta do what you gotta do." Soo-ah said, as he flexed his muscles.
Aspen drove for about an hour, they finally arrived at their house. The house looked like a normal house, but it was raining outside and the tree in the house's front made it look haunted. They got into the house. Marley looked pale, she didn't look well, "Are you okay, Marley?" Liam asked worriedly.
"I'm fine, I guess I'm just still a little spooked up about that woman," Marley said while trying to calm herself down.
"You all better take your shoes off before stepping into the house," Aspen said with a deadly tone. They all took off their shoes.
Aspen ran and jumped. She landed on the couch.
"It's late, so I'm going to sleep, don't enter my room without knocking," Soo-ah said tiredly, but with a hint of a dangerous tone. Soo-ah walked up the stairs and he went to his room.
"Well, what should we do? Since Soo-ah's sleeping," Aspen asked as she looked up at the ceiling.
"Board games?" Liam suggested. Aspen shook her head as in no.
"Video games?" Marley suggested. Aspen shook her head again as a no.
"Maybe a Movie?" Liam suggested again with a new idea. Aspen shook her head again.
"I don't know, but I need to use the bathroom really bad, so can you tell me where it is?" Liam asked in a hurry.
"Second floor, you walk straight till the end of the hallway, it should be on the right," Aspen said, continuing looking up at the ceiling. Liam rushed up the stairs and went straight down the hallway. After Liam used the bathroom, he came out of the bathroom and he looked up to see that the lights were flickering on and off.
Out of fear, Liam ran into one room. There, Liam saw Soo-ah sleeping, Liam closed the door that he just opened and dashed down the hallway and down the stairs. He ran down and sat on a chair, "I walked into Soo-ah's room by accident, is he going to kill me?" Liam said looking at Aspen.
"Nah, he's a big softie unless you make him super mad. But if you did that, he'll just be annoyed and maybe eat your food as revenge." Aspen said to Liam. There was silence for a moment.
"Oh yeah, you guys should get your lights fixed. It was flickering on and off in your bathroom earlier." Liam said to break the silence.
"What do you mean the lights are flickering? We just replaced them 2 days ago." Aspen said as she sat up and looked at Liam in the eyes. Liam shrugged as he grabbed out his phone to read a novel. Aspen rolled her eyes and laid back down on the couch. She continued looking up at the ceiling.
"We should sleep, it's already late." Marley said while looking around, Aspen nodded, "I'll show you guys where you guys will sleep." Aspen said as she got up and made her way up the stairs. "This is Marley's room, it's right next to mine and Liam's, you're going to sleep in that room next to Liam's." Aspen said as she pointed at the rooms. They all made their way to their rooms. Aspen jumped onto her bed. She sunk into the covers.
A few minutes later, there was a small child crying. She was sitting next to a dead body, the little kid cried looking at the dead body of her mother. A small boy who was younger than her approached her. "What's wrong Aspen?" the little boy asked, Aspen looked up at him with her teary eyes, "Soo-ah, someone killed my mom," Aspen said with her teary eyes. Her eyes were red and puffy. Soo-ah patted Aspen's head, "Don't worry, Aspen, we will get revenge on those people who did that to your mother." Aspen nodded as she continued to cry, Soo-ah hugged her just as someone fired a gun shot. "SOO-AH!" Aspen yelled as she got up from her bed. She looked terrified. Aspen looked on the side where the clock displayed 3:00 am. Aspen laid back down, she was shaking at the thought of her best friend dying. The last thing she saw was her alarm clock at 5:00AM as she drifted off into a deep sleep.
"Soo-ah, Soo-ah wake up, you don't want to be late for school, do you?" A sweet, gentle voice whispered.
Soo-ah opened his eyes to see his mother. "Mom? I don't want to go to school!" Soo-ah mumbled as he got up, rubbing his eyes. "Sweetheart you have to work hard so we can live a better life," Soo-ah's mother said as she patted Soo-ah's head. Soo-ah's mother went out of his room, Soo-ah got dressed and went downstairs. He ate his breakfast, and he went to his school like usual. But something was off during recess. It was a sunny day, now the sky suddenly turned gray. In a flash, a woman with a wicked smile appeared right in front of Soo-ah. He backed up and hit his back on the tree.
"You know you can't escape from me." The woman said angrily, "You helped her kill my husband, now I WILL TAKE YOU LIFE!" the woman ran to Soo-ah with a knife in her hand.
"He killed innocent people! He even raped people, so why should he live!" Soo-ah argued back. The woman stabbed him. Soo-ah sat up on his bed, Soo-ah looked around his room.
"Oh my gosh, that was..." Soo-ah was left speechless as he ran his fingers through his hair. Soo-ah looked at the time, it was 5:00. Soo-ah thought to himself, I can't go back to sleep after that so might as well get up. Soo-ah got out his phone and watched videos on it.
"PLEASE LET ME GO!" The little girl begged as she tried to move her arm. Liam held his knife carefully. He placed the icy blade on the little girl's skin. Gently slicing her skin, making a bunch of cuts. Her arm was covered in cuts, blood dripped down from her arm, she screamed in terror as Liam laughed like a psychic/maniac. He stabbed her arm, repeatedly. She screamed and begged for him to stop. He slowly made his way to stabbing her abdomen, where her screams became even louder. The little girl was now covered in blood, her left arm was a blood pool. While a sea of dark red blood sat on her stomach. As the floor had little specks of blood everywhere, he stopped and stared at her. Her arm was lying on the floor, while little vines of her veins splattered everywhere. Right when the girl died, Liam woke up and shot his eyes open. He started crying. He sat up with his hands buried in his face. Liam cried, he had the horrible memory of his past self.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" He yelled into his hands. Liam couldn't stop crying, the brutal and terrifying memory struck his heart. For the rest of the night, he didn't get much sleep.
