Hikari zoned out and stared out the window.
...
As he entered the classroom, he prepared himself for the humans' reactions towards himself. His hair was a shade of dark brown that glistened in the smallest ray of light.
The second he entered the classroom, all eyes were on him and the room went as silent as the night. This wasn't a bad thing in any way, as the general aura of the room was positive, it was clear that they were in a trance after seeing his appearance. His lips curved upwards slightly, parting to show a bright white smile, making him seem thousands more times more attractive than before.
The guys in the room were clearly jealous, yet couldn't take their eyes off him as he had an air about him that made him seem 'cool' and 'awesome'. The girls, well, they stared at him in anticipation, waiting for him to look their way. He was overall pleased with this class and thought to himself 'Heh, this'll be easy, finding the Seeker among the males will be like catching a fish out of water' he continued thinking arrogantly 'Hm, the females seem interested in me, but none of them live up to my standards'. Suddenly, he looked at the right edge of the class and saw that one girl seemed to be completely ignoring him.
In reality however, she was just completely zoned out, staring out at the outside world, feeling as if she had lost something. This was a feeling she had often in her life, but recently this feeling had grown and she couldn't stand her life. Hikari's life was very boring, in her opinion, and had no meaning.
She was snapped back into reality by a cold feeling, she turned, seeing two glowing emerald eyes staring in her direction. She looked at the figure up and down and couldn't help but think 'Damn, he's not bad. Is he new around here? I haven't seen him before'. After she realised what she just said in her mind, she really, really felt like hitting her head against a wall. 'What. The. Heck.' she could feel her face burning red and immediately looked away.
On the other hand, he was also just as stunned. He hadn't expected her to look so- so...beautiful. He felt his heart thump more each second the two stared at each other. However, he was snapped out of this feeling the second she looked away and the teacher soon beckoned for him to introduce himself.
He then clearly stated, in quite a soft voice "My name is Erik Williams, nice to meet you all"
