Now, you would think anyone with common sense, would panic and scream when waking up in a weird, mysterious, unknown place. However, this didn't even seem to go through young Miss Kurayami's mind. As she just seemed calm and relaxed as if nothing was wrong and she woke up in this way every day.
[A few minutes before]
A gentle warmth heated a girl's long, golden hair, making it look like a flowing cascade of seething hot melted gold. The room was bare, and was constructed completely by natural coloured wood. It gave off rustic or even woodland vibes. There was one gap in the wood, this being the source of the gentle warmth on Hikari's head. It was like the rest of the room: plain and wooden. There was no glass pane, it was just a hole. By the side of this 'window' lies a shutter, probably used to close the 'window'.
The girl stirred in her sleep, and before long was already sat up and awake. She had been lying on the wooden ground ,with a soft dark green blanket of sorts, and couldn't help but stretch lazily, her joints aching from lying on the hard flooring. Only then did she realise she wasn't in her room at home. Feeling delirious Hikari let out a soft "Hm?" and violently rubbed at her eyes, the way one does when they believe they don't quite see something right.
'Is this a dream? Am I in a film?' she questioned herself curiously, gaining no answer. Memories of what had happened flashed back to her. Blood. Golden light. Carried away. 'Oh sh*t'. Feeling very weary of her environment, she bolted up and sneaked towards the 'window'. And her suspicions were now close to being proven. This was indeed a dream. I mean it had to be. Where else do you see elves, jumping skilfully from tree to tree around a weird tree village, that seemed to be overflowing with green and trees? Lots and lots of trees and greens. There were at least trees every 2-5 metres for over 1000 metres, at least that's what it looked like.
