A few months passed and the day that Hestia and Demeter dreaded came. The son of Hera and Zeus was born. The couple is happy because they will finally see their child but not Demeter and Hestia. They try to show that they are happy with Hera's birth but their true feelings for their sister is fear and pity. They do not want to Hera to lose her son but they are more afraid of losing Hera.
As the sorcerer said, they named their son Joshua. What the sorcerer said came true and that what makes Hestia afraid. Afraid of what she'll do before the child reaches three years old. They let Hera rest first and they left her room. Hestia went straight to the sorcerer to announce the birth of her sister. Unbeknownst to her, Zeus followed her to know what she's up to.
Hestia first checked the surroundings before entering the sorcerer's house. He caught up with Alexander. The young man was shocked by the sudden arrival of the goddess and just like the first time they met, he admired her beauty again.
"Good day young lady. What can I do for you?"
The day gets better when I see you. If only I could tell you my love.
"You love me now huh?"
Alexander suddenly went silent. He's caught off guard.
"They say sorcerers can read minds, I bet gods and goddesses too."
The sorcerer arrived shortly after. She immediately let Hestia into her room and the goddess started telling about Hera's birth. Zeus brought himself closer to the sorcerer's bedroom window. He wants to know the truth and why Hestia always goes to the sorcerer's house
Zeus could not hear what the two were talking about so he came closer to the window but he stepped on something that created noise. He cursed himself for what he had done and left immediately. Even before he left, the son of sorcerer, Alexander, saw him.
The sorcerer and Hestia came out of the house and saw Alexander that is about to enter the house.
"What's that noise?"
"It's Zeus. He must've followed you here Hestia."
"What? Did he hear anything?"
"I guess not. I was watching him earlier and I saw he brought himself closer to the window because he could not hear what you were talking about."
Hestia felt relieved. As long as she can keep her interaction with the sorcerer, she will do anything to keep her sister alive. She said goodbye to the sorcerer because she needs to go home and talk to her sister, Demeter. Before she left, the sorcerer gave her a potion that can erase any memory and she can also use this to erase Zeus' memory of her going to the sorcerer's house. She thanked the sorcerer and headed home.
"Where have you been?"
Hestia was surprised when Zeus suddenly went out of her room.
"I was out and what are you doing in my room?!"
She's afraid because Zeus might have seen the dagger she's hiding in her drawer.
"Why do you seem scared? Are you hiding something dangerous in your room?"
Hestia remained calm in front of Zeus. Her brother shouldn't know that she's hiding something in her room.
"What do you think?"
Zeus became silent and nervous. Hestia smirked and went inside.
"I swear Hestia. If you're up to something, you better stop it or else—"
"Or else what? You're gonna kill me?"
Zeus looked at her wickedly.
"Try me little brother. Try me."
