"No reply?" Kane sighed placing his phone back into his pocket. "Kane!! There you are dude, where the fuck did you run off to?!" A pink-haired male ran to him, latching onto his back "Ahg! Goddamn it! Itsuki what do you fucking want!?" Kane yelled as he twirled trying to get his friend off of him. "Ah! Kane~ stop twirling I'm gonna get sick!" He screamed, "Then get the fuck off!" The pink male slid down his back, huffing as he fell. "Your so mean Kane, I just wanted to say hello!" Itsuki said as he crossed his arms, rolling his eyes, Kane scoffed " No you didn't, you wanted to piss me off. Congrats you managed to do that." Itsuki lifted his lips into a small smile, he's extra aggravated tonight. Bet it has something to do with his Chīsai. Itsuki snickered, he loved messing with Kane, and recently Chīsai has become a touchy subject. "Oh~ someone's upset, does it have something to do with a little green boy? Huh, ~?" Kane flushed a bright red, trying to hide his face by looking away from his friend as he muttered "Shut up" under his breath, letting Itsuki giddily clap his hands "Oh it does!~ You have it bad for him don't you?" Itsuki pointed up and down Kane's body, trying to show his body language as a dead give away. "No! I don't. We're just friends." He huffed, Itsuki crossed his arms pressing his lips into a thin line. "Yeah right, I can tell how bad you have it for him, it's so goddamn obvious!" Itsuki threw his hands up in frustration "I don't know why you don't talk to him about it." Kane shook his head, he opened his mouth for a second, before quickly shutting it. Kane ran his hands through his freshly styled hair pulling at it in aggravation "I didn't even know I was into guys until I met him! How am I supposed to go about it, huh?! It's not like it is with girls! It's another guy, I don't know how I could ask him about me, him or even us. It's so confusing!" Itsuki chuckled "It's not that hard honey, you know he's at least bisexual from what you've heard around campus. And to be honest, he's a little feminine, he might be wooed like a girl Kane, all you have to do is ask." Itsuki shrugged his shoulders as his arms were still crossed. Kane shook his head slowly, "No. I don't know for sure if he's bisexual or gay. It's just what I heard and I am not one to listen to rumors, especially after what I deal with, ya know the bullshit rumors about me. So I'm not going to assume, and he's so shy I can't just come right out and ask him. He'd get flustered!" Kane started pacing, Itsuki didn't do anything for the moment, he let Kane have his slight panic attack. From years of experience, you don't stop Kane from having a panic attack until he's at least halfway through. As Kane's hyperventilating started, Itsuki put his hands in the middle of his biceps to pull him towards his eye level, "Kane, breath. You're okay. Everything will be okay, you're at a party, pull your shit together, okay?" Itsuki breathed in sync with Kane, as he rubbed his slender hands up and down his arms. "There, are you okay now?" Kane nodded his head, "I'm okay, but I think I still need some air. You wanna walk with me outside?" Itsuki waved his hand at Kane, "No, no you go. You need some alone time, and I need to get drunk as hell! I'll see you later Kae!" Itsuki waved as he walked away towards the kitchen. Kane smirked nodding his head as he made his way to the back door. The front door was much closer, but there was a beautiful gazebo outside, one he always liked to sit in when he needed some time to himself. They always had these perfect fairy lights hanging gracefully around the top of the gazebo reflecting the glossy black paint, it was a decent size with hanging benches around the inside of it. Sitting on the benches he could lean back on the railing and look at the sky, while the fairy light dangled near his face giving the sky an extra amount of beauty it never required. There always seemed to be couples here making out, he couldn't blame them, it was a beautiful spot. One to definitely share with someone you loved, though he ignored them, taking in his own beautiful sight. The stars, he never found anything as bright as the stars, he always admired how they could glow so beautifully in a pitch-black sky. I would love to show this to Chīsai. I'm sure he'd love it. A bright smile crept its way onto his face, like thinking of Chīsai always did. Kane admitted to his close friends and older sister that he was actually interested in a guy, he received nothing but love and support from both parties, but, it was still confusing. He never used to look at anyone romantically, ever. Not girls and especially not guys. And, he never questioned it. Did he find girls attractive? Of course but he never thought of being in a relationship with them, though girls threw themselves at him, leading and letting that turn into one night stands, but nothing more. Yet here came his Chīsai, he doesn't even know his real name, he doubts anyone actually did. Everyone called him a different name, but he always knew who to respond to with each name said, So strange., He chuckled leaning his head back up, staring at the vast amount of trees surrounding the gazebo. Taking in a deep breath as he closed his eyes, for just a second, before he heard running, the sole of shoes hitting the pavement, and a scream coming towards him "Kane! Kane! Get the fuck up! Now!" Itsuki came running out towards him, jumping onto the gazebo gripping his arm as he pulled him out of his seat "Itsuki! What the fuck!" Itsuki was panting, Out of breath placing a hand on his chest in hopes to steady his breathing "Mazuko- Chīsai- help-" Itsuki panted out, Kane's expression changed from confused to pure white-hot anger. Gripping his hands tightly as his arms shook from the pressure he was putting on them. "Where.." Itsuki shook from the sudden drop in an octave of his voice. "I-uh living room, where everyone is dancing." He pointed to the door, Kane set off towards the house, pushing past everyone from the kitchen to the living room. Seeing them, Mazuko, pushing Chīsai into him, gripping his hips so tightly he could see Chīsai's face twisting in anguish as he tried pushing him off. Glancing at the crowd, no one was helping. Some were too drunk, some were still dancing unaware of what was happening and there we're some staring directly at the assault and doing nothing about it. Rushing towards the two, Kane pulled Mazuko off by his collar, not hesitating this time and releasing punch after punch to his face and abdomen. "I thought I told you to fucking stay away from him!?" His voice booming, Itsuki grabbing his shoulders to pull him away from Mazuko, some of the audience in shock as others were protesting tell him to stop and let go. Nothing worked, Kane saw red, the instant his eye landed on the two and seen no one helping him, he lost it. "Kai... Stop. Please. You'll kill him." A soft small hand placed on his back, pulling him out of his anger-filled trance, he dropped the unconscious male before turning around and hugging him tightly, unloading apologizes to him, as they were shut down from Chīsai and returned apologizes from Chīsai, why is he apologizing? He's done nothing wrong. Lifting his eyes around the room, but never letting his head leave the comfort of his shoulder, he could see the judging eyes staring at both of them, making him uncomfortable. He grabbed his hand as he led him towards the back door, he was walking a little faster then he meant to, he could tell Chīsai couldn't keep up with him, but he was scared that if he slowed down, he would notice the eyes on him. "Kai. Where are we going?" Gripping his wrist just a little tighter, he was making sure he didn't lose him in the crowd, "Outside, I just wanna get you away from these people." Reaching the gazebo he yelled at the couples in the gazebo telling them to get lost, as he sat on the bench and pulled Chīsai down with him. Kane was silent, he didn't know what to say just yet, and he was too busy watching the greenette stare at the gazebo in awe, I wish I brought him here under better circumstances. Kane couldn't bring himself to break his eyes away from the beautiful scene in front of him. His neon green crop, brought out the color of his eyes beautifully, his black jeans gripped his body just right and the make up he wore, brought out two of his best features, the eyeliner making his eyes bigger and brighter and the lipgloss made his already plump lips look fuller. The fairy light completing the scene of pure awe, letting the soft glow of the lights and stars caress his dark green hair giving a soft ombré around him. Holy shit how is he single? And how did he think anything was more beautiful than this man right here? His eyes alone rival the night sky entirely. Staring at him for as long as he could, before he let out a frustrating sigh, who is that Mazuko fucker?, Closing his eyes, and breathing deeply he wasn't sure if could ask this, was he even allowed? Chīsai is so reserved it's hard to get anything out of him and he doesn't want to pry too much. Though the thought wouldn't stop, he needs to ask, if he gets an answer will be entirely up to the greenette but he has to ask for his own sanity. "Hey, Chīsai... I was wondering.." he glanced over at him, waiting for those beautiful emerald eyes to look his direction. "Yeah, Kai? What is it?" Emerald met Crimson this time, turning his body fully to meet his eyes politely "Well I-I've been wondering who he is, Mazuko, who he is to you?" Watching his emerald eyes grow wide with fear, Kane panicking internally. Oh shit, what do I do? Fuck, "D-Do I have to tell you?" He whispered out, Kane putting his hands up shaking them profusely "No! Not if you don't want to. I was just wondering. He seems hell-bent on hurting you. So. I was just curious." The greenette softly giggled, "Yeah well, he's pretty set on trying to hurt me, that you are right about. But.." he trailed off, looking at the blonde sitting next to him, he shakily reached his hands to Kane's placing them on his arm, "H-He is my ex... Mazuko is my ex-boyfriend." Kane's eyes lit up slightly, so he is into men. Before shaking his head to come back to reality, "Your ex?" He asked, the greenette nodded letting his eyes break away and landing on the black floorboards below them, "We dated for quite a while. But it ended badly. And he was so intent on getting me back, I turned him down so many times, he finally got the hint when I broke the ring he gave me. I-I didn't even know I still had it, but when I found it, later on, that day he tried to prom proposal me in front of my school, embarrassingly." He chuckled, bringing his eyes back up to Kane, his lip trembling as he spoke "I threw his ring into a wood chipper that was outside the school. I never would have done something like that ever! But he just kept pushing and pushing and never quit. I told him no so many times, I just snapped." Kane placed his hand on his shoulder, rubbing softly, "It's okay Chīsai, I am not judging you for that. It sounds rather annoying and too frank with you? I would have done much worse." He chuckled, Bringing a smile to his lips he stared at Kane, tilting his head to the side "Thank you, Kai, you're so amazing. I can't thank you enough." He smiled, that breathtaking smile Kane loved to see him wear. Smiling back he pulled him into another hug, whispering into his ear "Please, don't thank me at all, I want to be here for you, there is never any reason to thank me." Kane felt cold tears hit his shoulder as the smaller male let out sobs onto his shoulder, he wasn't going to stop him, he needed to let it all out. And, if he could be that person for him, then he would do that. Pulling his smaller 'friend' into a tighter hug, he rubbed his back in soothing circles "Breathe Chīsai, your okay. I'm here. I'm not leaving I promise."
