I place a hand on Luke's shoulder calmly. "I told you that I'd handle them myself. I don't want to bring any danger to your family because of us, okay?" I say. The king and queen came outside to see what was going on. "Son, what's going on?" the king asked. "These are the abusive ex-boyfriends. Destiny and Tiffany decided to release them from jail yesterday morning and they brought them here," Prince Chris says. I faced Prince Chris to see him staring at me. "My dear, are you alright? What happened to your neck?" the queen asked Traci worried. "We'll talk about everything inside later. Now, we have to deal with this situation," Prince Luke says. Charles glares at Traci and tries to get to her, but I stand in his way, but he shoved me out of the way but Prince Chris rushed to catch me.
Prince Luke then blocked his path to Traci. "Charles, leave her alone! She doesn't want you!" I yelled. He pulls a gun on me, shutting me up. "Put the gun away, Charles. You don't want to do this," I say, walking towards him. Traci tries to come, but Prince Luke holds her back. "Charles, put the gun down. Let's make deal, okay?" I say. "What's the deal?" he asked, angrily. "I'll go with you and Michael and you leave her alone, okay?" I say. "Deal. Let's go," Michael says quickly getting up. "Let me go get my stuff and say bye to Traci, okay?" I say. They nodded and I head inside. I have to go with them to protect Traci from getting hurt.
Prince Chris follows me and closes the door behind him. "What do you think you're doing? I'm not letting you go with them," he says. "Look, Your Highness, I will be fine. I have to do this to protect Traci from being hurt," I say. ~Knock on the door~ Chris opens the door and everyone comes inside the room. They locked the door behind them. "Um, what is going on? Why did you all come here?" I ask, shocked. "Because you're not going with them, dear," the king said. "I have too. I'm doing this to protect Traci and keep you all out of danger," I say. "No, you aren't leaving with them because they are being dealt with by our prison guards. They are putting them in the dungeon at the moment," the king says. I almost passed out. "You are not serious. They are going to be kept locked up here in the palace dungeon?" I asked.
"We have a tight and solitary confinement - type dungeon for them. We only have the code, meaning my wife and I," the king says. Traci runs to hug me tightly. "Don't ever try anything like that," she cried out. I sighed. The queen comes to us and says, "Okay, everyone. What happened? Why is there a big cut on her neck?" "I saved Prince Luke from being hit with glass at our job in the club we used to work at. They had gotten into a fight but I made sure to push him out the way to keep him safe," Traci says. Prince Luke seems to be staring at Traci with a look of love and genuine care. Someday I will have someone look at me like that. "Oh my. Thank you, my dear. But, my son can protect himself," the queen says. "Don't worry. I did it because I love him," Traci says. She gasps. "Uh... I mean, I did it because he's needed here, more than me," Traci says, trying to recover from what she had just said. "Traci, what are you saying? What would I do without you here with me? The both of you are needed," I say, shocked.
Prince Luke was just smirking as if he had expected Traci to say that. "May we be excused? Please," I ask, bringing Traci to another room. "What's wrong, Alisa?" she asked. "Did you actually say you love Prince Luke? Do you mean it?" I ask. "Oh, that. It came out wrong, but he told me he had feelings for me earlier when we were speaking alone. It must have accidentally slipped out," she says. I say, "But, tell me the truth. How do you really feel about Prince Luke? Do you have feelings for him? I'm the only one here, you know?"
"Well, I do have feelings for him, but I can't let him know that," she says. "I see it in your eyes, that's why I'm truly asking you now," I say, smiling slightly. To reassure her that it's okay to have feelings for someone. "But, we're completely different and you also know it," she cries out sadly. I hugged her. "What Michael and Charles did to us, don't define us as people. We deserve to be loved and love other people too," I say. ~Knock on the door~ "Dinner is served, girls," Prince Luke calls out. We head to the dining room to sit down and eat together. I see Prince Chris looking at me, with an odd look. I cleared my throat. "Thanks for dinner," I say, after we finish eating. Everyone heads to the living room to watch a movie that was on. I start cleaning up the plates and Traci helps me and we take them to the sink to wash them.
"Excuse me, misses. This is my job," we hear a lady behind us say. "Oh, we don't mind. Go and take a break. You already do so much for us," I say. She shakes her head No. "I insist. We can handle it," I say, guiding her to the living room where everyone is sitting. "Is it alright for her to sit and watch with you all?" I asked. The queen looks at me and says, "Of course, if the cleaning is done in the kitchen." I sit her down and say, "Don't worry. Traci and I are cleaning up the kitchen. She needs a break from all she has been doing for us." The queen gasped. "My dear, that's not necessary," she says. "We insist. You have done so much for us. It's the least we can do," I say, slightly bowing to head back into the kitchen. Traci smiles at me and we finish up the cleaning. We see them having a good family bonding time.
"Alisa, we need to talk. Come along," Traci says, as we head to our bedroom. "We need to leave. They have helped us out too much," she says. "I agree. We have to leave when they go to bed tonight, so we don't disturb or worry them," I say. I sit down and begin writing a letter showcasing our gratitude for all they've done for us, but we feel that we have to leave now. ~Signed, Traci and Alisa~
We pack our bags quickly and dress in quiet shoes. We head to find all the lights and TV off. We head to the door, but the light turns on. We stop in our tracks. "What is the meaning of this? The letter and you two leaving?" Prince Chris asked. We turned around and see Prince Chris and Prince Luke standing there with only shorts on. "Oh. Um, we are eternally grateful, but we feel we've overstayed our welcome," I say. Both Prince Luke and Prince Chris come to us and pull us into a passionate kiss. Our bags fall out of our hands and they take our hands in theirs and we melt against them as they deepen the kiss. After a long couple of minutes later, we break the kiss and see their eyes darkened.
"You are not allowed to leave. Ever and that is final," Prince Chris warns. They pick up our bags and leave us standing there, holding our lips where they kissed us and looking at each other.
