OH MY GODDDD !!!
This familiar-looking girl is KIM SOHEE !!!
I couldn't really deal with the fact that I just had refused to work with the daughter of one of the best biologists of the 21st century. For the first time in my life, God had given me an opportunity right in my hands and I.. had simply shrugged it off ?
No. I won't take this opportunity for granted.
1.. 2.. 3..
And off I went, frantically running in the train at my full speed to look for that girl. Actually, to look for Kim Sohee.
After about half an hour, I gave up as I had looked for her in the whole train but she was nowhere to be found. Exhausted, I returned back to my seat. To my surprise, she was sitting right in front of my seat again.
"Oh! You're here. I just wanted to- "
"Please give me my photograph back" She interrupted.
I handed her the photograph after which she put it in her purse again, this time more attentively.
"I thought you had gone." I said.
"No. Seoul hasn't arrived yet. Has it?" She replied in a rude manner.
Apparently, she was pissed off because of my behaviour towards her. But now, it was my turn to bombard her with questions.
"Kim Sohee. Right?" I asked.
"Yes. How do you know?" She replied, still wearing a frown on her face.
"I and Namjoon hyung used to be very good friends. Though he was quite elder, but he would always treat me as a friend. Such great scientist he was! I've known you since you were 15. I got to know about your dad too. I'm very sorry for him." I said, recalling the sweet memories of the past.
"It's okay. I've cried enough." Her eyes started getting wet but she controlled her emotions, "All I want now is to fulfil my dad's last wish... which was to stop this dreadful virus from spreading anymore. But still, you don't want me to help you in creating the antitode."
"Sorry, I really didn't recognise you at first. But I'm ready to work with you now." I replied apologetically.
"Really?" She asked, her eyes sparkling brighter than ever.
This girl definitely has a problem of mood swings. One minute she's almost teared up remembering her dad and the other minute she's happier than ever.
"Yes, but since I can't show the notes in a public area," I said, looking at the weird people sitting in our the train, "Let's discuss about it at my place tomorrow at 5."
"Yeah! Why not?" She replied, full of excitement.
We got involved in a normal conversation after that. I got to know lot of things about Sohee and so did she get to know about me. Honestly, even I was secretly excited to meet her tomorrow...
