Chapter 29 - Chapter iii

Outside the town, the Scholar Alexander sat with his disciples Juno and Hermiadies around a small camp site.

"What are we doing here?" Juno asked looking to Alexander.

"Exactly we should go back and kill that stupid mortal!" Hermiadies said looking vengeful.

"Go back! Are you nuts? We need to go home, that man was a monster!" Juno snapped

"Quiet both of you!" Alexander yelled.

"What's the problem?" Hermiadies asked slowly looking at his professor.

"No problem child I just don't want you speaking poorly about my next apprentice." The Scholar said looking back at the town.

Soon as the sun was setting a boy came walking out from the distance.

"Master is that Tovuo? The boy from the town!" Juno asked half scared sitting up attentively.

"Of course," he responded looking gleeful.

"Why is he coming here?" She asked pressingly.

"To find a teacher. Children what do you know about Titans?" Alexander questioned.

"What do Titans have to do with that mortal?" Hermiadies rudely questioned.

"Gods are like children of immortals but Titans are immortals that a birthed in nature," Alexander stood up and turned to face Tovuo; "they are different than us."

As Tovuo approached, Alexander fell to one knee; "I the Great Philosopher Alexander would love to lead this young Titian through the immortal world."

Tovuo walked up, bundled with a large satchel. He reached in and around, pulling out a gourd. He took a drink and tossed it to the man. Again, he reached into his bag and pulled out and apple. Again, he took a bite and tossed it over to Alexander.

Alexander took a bite of the apple and a drink from the gourd. He handed it off to Juno and she did the same.
