The various panels popped up and disappeared. Julian opened his eyes and stared at the system log illuminating the dark cave. He stood up and stretched his arms while reading the information on his screen.
After about 10 minutes Julian finished reading the popups and instead focused on his status window.
' That's a lot of stat points! '
Seeing the 1.4 million points into strength he was confused. None of the cultivation novels or manga he had read about used stat points like this. Instead they just used the various stages and described their strength at that stage But now he could tell exactly how powerful he was at each stage.
' My stats are so unbalanced, My strength is 1.4 mil but my endurance is barely 11k. '
It was odd but it made sense, his regular cultivation was more advanced than his body cultivation by 2 stages, hence the large gap.
He brought the missions up on his screen and read through them.
' Kill 10 people? '
Out of all the missions he had this one made him uncomfortable. He was still shaken up after killing that bandit so even thinking of killing another human made him sick. In the novels the main characters made it look so easy and careless but reality was a whole different story.
" Can i have a different quest? "
He spoke in the air to see if the system had a voice but he was met with eerie silence.

He closed the mission window and looked at the others and mumbled to himself.
" 50 mil M.V, fabricator, 100 kills. "
" fabricator huh? i think i can do that one pretty easy but these other 2 are going to take some time. "
He opened the build menu and browsed through the various building materials until he found the fabricator. Once he clicked on it a blue outline appeared on front of him on the cave floor. After moving to the side of the cave he activated it and watched in wonder as it was created from nothing in front of him.
" amazing! "
a couple minutes passed and the fabricator was built right in front of him.

With the mission completed Julian browsed what the fabricator could build. He saw a long list of weapons and tools but all of them besides some basic iron tools were greyed out and locked. IN the upper right hand corner of the menu he saw a little box that said ' Unlock tokens 2 '.
' 2 unlock tokens huh? '
He scrolled down until he found the machine gun category where he found several hundred weapon types from his world and other fictional worlds. Many of the more advanced looking guns that shot lasers and plasma were dark red instead of grey signaling that he possesses insufficient technology to create them. Out of all of the weapons he focused on two of them, an m249 and a Warhammer style Bolter which was absolutely massive. He looked at it with glee and excited eyes as he hurriedly unlocked it. Once unlocked he pressed the create button and watched as a mechanical crane rose from the fabricator and began to shoot a transparent blue beam at the table filling a black outline. in less than a minute the bolter was created and it sat on the table in all of its majestic glory.

He picked it up expecting it to be heavy but it was incredibly light for him as he had incredible strength incomparable to any Warhammer Marine. Holding it in his hand he felt extremely excited and began to imagine how powerful he would be in the Warhammer universe with his nascent soul stage cultivation.
"HAHAHA "
He laughed thinking about how bad ass it would be and in his excitement he accidentally pulled the trigger of the bolter firing a shot into then limestone wall blocking the entrance of the cave shattering it into pieces.
He looked at the wall then back to the gun and a grin appeared on his face. To be honest Julian was terrified of this new world as he had absolutely no fighting experience whatsoever so he was afraid that if he fought someone who actually trained to get to the nascent soul stage he would lose easily. Now at least he had something familiar to protect himself.

Looking at the expense pop up he realized he had no ammo in the gun but he was able to fire anyway.
' So as long as i have M.V i can basically have infinite ammo? '
This thought struck him and he became even more excited.
" An infinite ammo Bolter! This is Crazy!
As he was in thought he heard a loud bang outside the cave followed by a loud scream. The hair on his back stood up and he equipped the Heavenly Knight armor without a second thought. He quietly walked outside the cave and looked at the town in the distance where the scream came from and stood deathly still. In his sight was the nice and quaint town but right out side of it was a large dog looking beast at least 20 feet tall. On the ground in front of it was a woman who looked to be in her teens crying and screaming for help. He was about to move but then a old man with a sword flew down from the towns walls and landed on the beast back plunging his sword into its back. Enraged the Beast grabbed the man with its mouth and crushed his body before swallowing him whole.
With the Mans death the town became deathly quiet and even the lady who was crying went silent. The Beast roared in the air before turning back to the woman on the floor. Seeing this Julian Pulled the bolter up and ran towards the beast firing his bolter like crazy. The huge Bolter shots crashed into the beasts head exploding and killing it almost instantaneously. As the beast fell over dead the woman and many of the people on the wall looked over at where the strange attack came from and saw Julian running to them in his Heavenly Knight armor.

Julian arrived Next to the wolf corpse and extended his hand to the woman on the ground. Still shocked the woman slowly put out her hand and stood up.
" Are you Alright? " Julian asked the woman
She looked at him with mixed emotions before she began to cry tears of joy.
" Thank you For saving me Mighty Cultivator! "
As she cried in glee a man in his forties with a large frame and Long Grey hair came outside the town and approached Julian. Once he got close the old man Cupped his hands and bowed while speaking emotionally.
" I thank Sir Cultivator for saving my niece and this town! Please allow me to show my sincerity by offering you a meal and warm bed. Its Not much but it is all i can offer Sir cultivator at this time. "
Julian looked at the man and replied
" That sounds nice, lead the way. "
The young girl hugged the old man and they walked into the town together. Entering the town Julian noticed the citizens were malnourished and many had broken bones or other painful injuries. As they walked he saw all kinds of sad sights. A mom who was so skinny her bones could be seen sat on the floor spoon feeding her son who looked to be around 8 or so. Like his mom the son was skinny but he was better of than his mother. He looked into the bowl and found it was little more than flavored water with one or two leaves to add flavor.
Julian stopped in place which caught the attention of the old man who turned around and asked what was wrong. Looking at Julian's gaze he turned and saw the woman feeding her child and sighed deeply.
" It's painful to see my people starve like this but last month our towns hunters never returned home so we've had to survive on the scraps we have left. "
The man spoke more telling of his peoples troubles while Julian browsed the building menu again. He opened the machine category and found a large grill. He walked to the center of the town and placed it. The old man watching him felt stupefied watching the particles flow out of Julian's hand and asked in shock " what is Happening! "
Julian ignored the man for a moment and once the grill was placed he opened his Ring and pulled out a large piece of meat before placing it on the grill. Next he moved his hand to the on switch and pressed it.
[ Warning " grill " has no power source, it will consume 10 M.V an hour to supply the needed electricity or the user can inject his own electricity ]

He spoke and a flame appeared in the grill and began to cook the piece of meat. With this done he looked around at the towns people and noticed they had converged on him and were staring at him with eyes full of hope and hunger. The old man next to him spoke shocked and confused but full of joy.
" T-This is spiritual beast meat! "
While the man was shocked Julian began to place another Grill down. soon 5 minutes passed and he had 6 Grills cooking meat. Satisfied Julian looked to the old man and spoke again.
" Do you have any cups and plates? "
The man nodded quickly and Julian spoke again.
" bring me them. "
Hearing this the old man ran to a run down building. When he returned he had box full of clay cups and plates in his hands. He placed them down on the floor in front of Julian and stood aside waiting to see what this man would do.
Julian picked up a cup with left hand and pulled a bottle of wine out of his ring with his right hand

He opened the wine bottle and poured a glass before walking over to the mom he had seen on the ground.
" Drink this "
The woman raised her trembling hands and grasped the cup tightly before looking up at Julian with endless emotion in her eyes. She raised the cup to her mouth and took a sip and at that moment her entire body began to heal at a speed visible to the naked eye. in a matter of seconds her body healed completely and she looked like a whole new person. Looking at herself fully healed she looked back at the empty cup then at her son and fell to her knees crying.
" Thank you Great Immortal for saving me! I have no right to ask this of you but please give some to my son. "
As she was begging Julian bent over and helped her up while speaking in a kind voice.
" Don't worry, Don't worry i have enough for the entire town. "
Hearing this the townspeople gathered around all began to cry tears of joy and the old man fell to his knees full of emotion. Julian filled glass after glass and handed them out to the people watching as they went from the grips of death to as healthy as a horse.
