Chapter 13 - 13 - Platinum Strength

Thanks to Lilac's Damage boost, Magnus's insane true damage, and the Boss's weakness which multiplies the damage taken, the fight went real smooth.

"Dungeon Completed! All players inside will forcefully transported outside after 5 minutes."

Finally the Dungeon is now finished. Magnus lied on the ground, exhausted. The healers also sat on the ground sighing in relief. Fiery Wing and company can now be resurrected, then they approached Magnus. Flattering him nonstop.

"Guild Master! That's freaking awesome." exclaimed Connor.

"Yeah, that really is cool." said the usually quiet warrior named 'Lonely Man Amidst the War'.

"Guild Master can I look at your Battle Log?" asked the Fiery Wing, curious about how the heck his damage unflated.

Magnus nodded and showed them his battle log.

---

"Woah! That's really insane." All of them yelled in unison.

Damage increase! Flame of Vigor truly is OP. Luckily they 3 Elemental Druids, which is very rare to find. Especially this early in game.

"Guild Master loot the treasure chest, it already dropped." Lilac said.

"Nah, you guys loot it. I'm mentally exhausted." Magnus said, still on the ground.

Moonlight took the initiative, she touched the Chest and it opened revealing only miscellaneous items. Its not that she has a Trash Hand, but this a quest dungeon and the only reward is that the Guild House will instantly be done. Means after they leave the Dungeon, there would be a Guild House waiting for them. Having miscellaneous items is already generous of the system.

After talking for a minute, they decided to just give the items to Magnus. Since its no use to them, and of course its because Magnus did most of the job. They didn't even talk about splitting the gains if Magnus would sell the items.

Unknown to them, Magnus was really happy in the inside. Not because they killed the boss, but because the miscellaneous items is composed of different kind of minerals. Specifically the Mythril, which is an item that has insane Magic defense.

A few weeks before, while Magnus is fishing he would sometimes go to the forums and look for ways or items that could boost his Forgery in a much faster pace. One of the ways is to forge using high level metals, though it would be a waste. Low level Blacksmiths has low success rate on creating items with high level metals, but the exp given would be great.

...

"Woah! Its so huge, its quite old-style but it fits the city's design well. Is it a system generated design?" asked Lilac, amazed.

"Haha, actually its not. I designed it myself." Magnus boasted a bit.

"Really?" Violet doubted.

"Yeah, anyway lets head inside. I would be waiting on the top floor, the meeting room. In an hour we'll have a meeting, go and take a look inside." Magnus said.

"Understood." said them in unison. Though Lonely Man Amidst the War is older than him, he didn't even feel hesitation on commanding him. In his past life, everyone who hear a word from him would need to bow, even old, young, pregnant, or disabled. No exceptions. This is called the power of hierarchy.

Of course the old man, Lonely Man Amidst the War, also didn't hesitate nor frown a bit. In military, he served people younger than him. It doesn't really matter since he's here for fun. What would a little obeying affects them having fun?

...

An hour later the ten of them assembled in the meeting room.

"Hear me out, now that the guild is now officially opened, we need to recruit more members. The recruitment before is just me looking for foundations, the ten of us will be the pillar of this guild. We're the Elite group of this guild.

The first thing we would need to do is, again, recruit members. And now I won't interfere, anyone could join. But we would have rankings. Fiery Wing knows what to do.

Next is Reputation. we would need to grind for reputation. After recruiting the new members, assign them to do at least one quest in a week. In-game week.

Next is funds, recruit Intermediate level Lifestyle Class. Only accept Intermediate level, no more no less. Recruit as many as you can, offer them protection and stuffs, we'll nourish them. And also Dungeons, two weeks from now on the game would release public dungeon. We'll earn money for the guild using Dungeon runs. Each run, we would have 5% gains for the guild.

For now that's it. I'll be gone for a week or two, just message me if there's something urgent. We'll meet again after the release of the dungeons. Dismiss!" Magnus exclaimed.

A few them is shocked and enthusiastic. They knew Magnus is a great leader, but they still didn't think that highly for him. He's usually kind, gentle, and easy to approach. Yet now, from the voice alone, he seems like a General commanding an army. While the Lonely Man Amidst the War felt nostalgic. As if he was back in the days, listening to his commander's order.

All of them headed outside and did what they are told to. Even the old men helped. Not even a single one exempted.

Well, Magnus is exempted. Magnus planned to level up his Forgery. He's already Beginner Level, that means he has a higher chance of crafting Iron Tier items. If he has the items with him we would be long gone in a 'seclusion' just leveling up his Forging Skill.

After dismissing the party, he immediately went to the their Forgery. He then checked his newly obtained metals from the boss a while ago.

---

-Mythril Ingot (32x)

-Platinum Bars (64x)

- Obsidian Ores (128x)

---

Only three of them are worth mentioning, the others are too low level and it would not give much exp. They're mainly composed of Iron, Brass, Copper, Bronze, and etc. Though they're in large quantities they don't have much value as one could only craft low level items with them.

Lifestyle class is just like other classes, they all can learn Skills. The only difference is that lifestyle class's skills are not for fighting. Such as Forging Skill, Fishing Skill, Apothecary Skill, Tailoring Skill, and etc. While other classes could also learn this they would be limited to three skills only, while Lifestyle Class can learn as many as they want to.

Lifestyle Classes has this things called sub-class, for Magnus its Pugilist. A sub-class is unique to Lifestyle Class, this is there main way of defending themselves. Though Lifestyle Class is very hard to develop and is a very time consuming class, it has the brightest future of all class.

Well that actually talks about the future, in early game it was tough. In order to prosper you would need to level up your Lifestyle Skills and at the same time you'll need to level up your fighting skills. Unless you have someone to provide materials or money to buy materials, leveling your fighting skills would be recommended. Magnus is part of the latter, he doesn't have money nor friends or subordinates to help him. Though he have a guild, people their won't obey him just because his the Guild Master. He has power to some certain extent, but he can't just order them to do menial tasks for him.

His Forging skills is at Level 1 Beginner, In order to level it up he has to forge weapons or equipments. To reach Advance Level he needs to level it up to Level 100, which isn't easy at all. When he was with the Old man Victor, his levelling speed was more than double so he reached Level 4 Master on his Fishing Skill.

Forging Skill is a type of crafting skills, which requires blueprints in order to craft certain special items. Though without a blueprint a Blacksmith could still craft basic stuff, such as knives, daggers, swords, shields, spears, and even armors.

Magnus wasn't new in forging, in his past life he has crafted a few weapons himself. But in-game is still a new experience so he didn't dare to be reckless. He first get low a level level metal, an Iron. He then put three ingots in the foundry.

After a few minutes, he took the bright yellow version of the iron and put it a mold, making a much bigger ingot. Using tongs, he placed the still hot ingot on an anvil and with his other hand he started hammering it. Flattening the sides and making it longer. There, he hammered it for ten minutes straight. When the ingot started to harden, he would bring it to the foundry to soften it a bit. Until he finishes the dagger.

"Iron Dagger (Bronze Tier)

+5 STR

P - Damage - 10-20

[Note : This item is man-made.]

---

As he was looking to his fine Dagger, he felt bliss. Though the attributes isn't something to be proud of, the possibility of crafting a better item in the future made him expectant.

His level panel also increased by 30% and was 70% from Level 2 Intermediate. Then went to forge another item, he was now using Platinum to craft a pole. Crafting a pole is much easier than crafting a sword. A pole can be crafted using a mold doesn't require much hammering. But using a mid tier metal is much stressful, its hard, really hard.

Melting it took around 30 minutes, and even when he was hammering it, it would sometimes hardened and has to be put back in the foundry. So he decided to just make a pole for himself.

---

"Platinum Core Pole (Iron Tier)

+25 STR

+10 AGI

P-Damage - 150-180

[Special Skill - Platinum Strength, 30% chance to trigger stun effect (1s). Cooldown every three hits.]

[Note : This item is Man-made]

---

'D*mn, the stun effect. Hahaha.' chuckled Magnus as he was checking the stats.

Using platinum, a mid tier metal, in crafting weapons has a certain chance of having the Platinum Strength. It has a special trait that trigger stun effects, which is very OP to be honest. Even when you use platinum as main ingredient in crafting high tier items such as Platinum Tiers and above, it has no guarantee on getting Platinum Strength as effect.

What's more shocking than that is the cooldown for this skill is only three hits. THREE HITS! How insane is that? It even have 30% trigger chance. If one has extreme speed and luck he could actually make his opponent motionless and wait for their death.

This item would sell like pancakes when seen in the Trading Hall. This is the power of Platinum Strength. Every item that has this special trait would be gone the moment it appear in the market.
