Magnus immediately accepted the quest. Though as a Lifestyle Class he couldn't change his main class, his sub-class could still be changed.
In his past life, not only he was an expert infist but also in blades. No one that faced his sword has ever lived to tell the story. However, Magnus is keen on using his fist. But once his sword is out of its scabbard it was always to kill.
Phase 1 : Kill 1,000 swordsman. Phase 2 : Collect 5,000 Blood of True Warriors. Phase 3 : Accept a Blademaster's Judgement. Final Phase : Reach Level 60.> Rewards : -Moogle's Affinity increase -Blademaster Class -Bloodthirst Skill Tome -Blade Wielder Skill Tome -Adamant Swordsman Skill Tome> The first mission was easy, as long as he kills 1,000 sword wielding monster he would progress. The last phase is much easier, or is it? However, the second and the third is somewhat complicated. He has a lot of questions, such as 'What is a True Warrior's Blood?' and 'What's a Blademaster's Judgement?'. But before he could even think about something more, Moonlight interrupted him with a PM, saying "Seems like your quite lucky. However first things first, since your Master is an old one. You should ask him about the Dungeon." He replied with a "Yes, yes I'm sorry I got carried away." He then asked Moogle politely, "Master, I'm also here in search of an answer. May I ask you something?" With chuckle Moogle replied, "Why of course, what is it?" "About the history of the battle between God of Combat and God of Magic." Magnus said with a serious tone. Moonlight on the side, watching intently. As Moogle heard it, he frowned. His expression turned serious as he shouted for a beer. He then took a chair at the other table, and then he sat at it. Still, his expression was serious as he told the whole story. "The God of Combat, at first, was never a God. He was just a villager in the Northern Continent, he doesn't know how to fight nor to use magic. As he was a half Dragon and Demon, his magic resistance was simply high. Resulting on low magic affinity, thus he never learned Magic. His physique on the other hand is extremely great, never was it damage by low level magic spell. This resulted on Miranda, the God of Magic's rage. She did everything to shoo people that doesn't know Magic at all. This included Roznok, as Miranda sees him as a nemesis. A mage always has some kind of hate towards Dragons, this didn't exclude Miranda. The moment she saw him, she immediately ordered people to kill him. But it was all for naught, spells especially low level one's doesn't hurt Roznok a bit. And so, Miranda Herself made her move. She personally went and made Roznok leave her continent. Roznok, on the other hand, didn't took it in heart. Thus he just abided peacefully. He fled to the Eastern Continent with his beautiful fiance. However, Miranda's next move took a huge blow from him. She didn't let his fiance go with him. For a simple reason, Roznok's fiance is a Mage. A powerful one at that. This inflicted a rage from Roznok. He couldn't hold it anymore, he's been bearing this since his birth. And now the only thing that he has, the love from someone, was even taken away from him. But he can't yet do anything about it, since he can't even manage to wound Miranda. Thus he took the rage aside and decided to train. He will come back and redeem his fiance. He went to his race, the Dragons. But, as he's only half a Dragon he was again forced to flee. He went to the Demon race, and again he was forced to flee. Finally, he went to the Mountains. He lived there for 100 years, everyday not single one excluded he trained. Blood, sweat, and tears he endured it all. Then after the hundred year long training, he went to the Demon race. What he did there? He slaughtered everyone using his blades. That blade you got there was once his weapon. Then he went to the Dragon race and slaughtered everyone there. Many others said that he was a traitor for killing his own race, but whenever he heard such thing he would just reply "I rather betray the world than let the world betray me[1]." And after all of that he knew that now he has the power to defeat Miranda and or at least to get his fiance back. He then went to the Northern Continent, slaughtering everything on his way without mercy. The result gave him an ecstasy as he successfully got his fiance back. But this was only because he didn't encounter Miranda. The two of them fled as fast as they could, they headed to the Eastern continents, to be exact to the mountains where Roznok has trained. Unfortunately when they reached the Mountain, Miranda already finished her spell. The spell was called Soul Locking Fireball, a powerful spell that could lock to a target and tail them until it hits. The disadvantage of this skill is its casting time, but once the casting time was done it could lock even on to thousands of souls. At that time, it was locked to Roznok and his fiance. When the spell finally hit them, her fiance cast a magic resistance buff to Roznok. This resulted to her death and Roznok's survival. At this moment, the war between the two faction officially started. After a while then, Roznok ascended as a God." Moogle said with a sigh. Moonlight and Magnus was fully engrossed in the story. They both thought that Miranda is such a heartless b*tch. But unknown to them this was just normal. Miranda is a Royal Elf, so isRoznok's fiance. It would okay if it was a combat type Royal Elf was to marry her, but a Demon Dragon? Hell no. Also, Roznok just broke through her place killing everyone in his sight. Wouldn't it be a disgrace if a God let a puny half breed monster to wreck havoc to her place. She Herself didn't want to engage in battle, as she felt pity for the two. But Roznok went in without even knocking, inheriting the violent nature of both his race a Dragon and a Demon. Then Magnus asked an important thing that shouldn't be forgotten, "Master, what is the Mountain called now?" Moogle answered, "It's now called the Mountain of Origins." As Magnus heard this he silently thought 'Wait a minute, Mountain of Origins? Why does it sound familiar...Oh! I got it, its the mountain near the Orc Village.' He then looked at Moonlight, they nodded at the same time, understanding each other. Magnus then said to Moogle that they have to go. Moogle was not so happy as he still wanted to chat but the two just ignored him. Since Magnus' Affinity to Moogle didn't decrease, that means it was just okay. But as they was about to activate the return stone Moogle gave them an item and said, "Since I can't stop you both, then I will bid you goodbye. I also know why you two ask about that, bring this item to the altar in the center of the Mountain of Origins." --- "Activation Stone, One-time Item(Special Tier) -Can activate any portal, dungeons, and rituals" --- The true key in finding the clue for opening the Dungeon isn't asking about the Dungeon itself, but the history of the War. This isn't what majority of Guilds and players did, instead they searched for places where the entrance could be. They looked for places that existed even before the war started and places that existed during the war. Which is very wrong. All they need to do is ask an elderly about the history of the battle between the two Gods. However, not every NPC could explain it as detailed as a God Servant could do. They tell could things about the mountain, but they didn't know what the mountain is called. But, as long as they asked they would find the right clue. Also, in order to get the Activation Stone one must reach Respect or higher to one of the God's Servant. If one couldn't get an Activation Stone from the NPC, once he approached the altar one would receive a quest to get one. The clue on how to get one is also included in the quest. The two then activated their Return Stone and got teleported to their Guild House. They already set their spawn point inside. After that, the two headed to the top floor meeting room and called for the other Elites. A few minutes later and Magnus started the meeting when everyone finally arrived. The others was quite shocked at the luck of the two. The rewards set for the retrieval of any clue was claimed by the one who set it. Of course, Magnus refused to rreceived any reward but that didn't apply to Moonlight. Then Magnus bring the Activation Stone out and said, "This is the key for activating the Dungeon, and I'm to the who's going to keep this. I want all of you, the Elites to lead our army of 500+ players to the Mountain of Origins in search of the altar. After finding it, don't leave the area until I say so. 100 players and all of you Elites should be patrolling there. Also diguised as if you're all just grinding levels. While the other 400 should get this two items called Red Dragon Leaf and Sunshine flower. I want at least a stack each person. Questions?" ImNeverLate then asked, "Why are we holding back now? Since we got the key, we only need to find the keyhole. I suggest we should just enter after finding the altar." Magnus chuckled, "Haha, indeed we can do that. But first let me ask y'all, do you know what Healing Potions is?" Everyone stared at Magnus, they all said in unison "Yes!" "Do you know anyone from our Continent that can craft one?" "No!" "Well, I can craft one." Magnus said, confidence could be discerned from his voice. He then surveyed them, from the look of his you could say that he was expecting. Expecting that someone could tell what his plan is. Everone was silent. As they meet Magnus' expectant eyes, they knew what those eyes meant. He was expecting an answer. A few awkward seconds has passed and finally Fiery Wing exclaimed, amazement etched on his eyes. "Aha! Guild Master truly is a genius. Since Guild Master already has the key we only need to find the keyhole indeed. But if we choose to use the key immediately we would lose our advantage. Our advantage is simple, its time! We have time! Others would need to find the key and the 'door' it self, while us already has the key and soon would find the door. And once we find the 'door' we would make sure no one else finds it. Then we will stall it until we have made enough preparations. As for what preparations, its both leveling and our Guild Master's Healing Potion. Until Guild Master crafted enough potions for our Guild to take advantage of, we would be smooth sailing in the dungeons. Add our Level advantage when time comes." "Haha, indeed. Now that y'all understand me, move out!" Magnus shouted and left. Leaving everyone in awe. ~\~\~\ [1 - This line is from a character in a game I like, He's called Yu Zhong from Mobile Legends]
