After we had finished breakfast, Talor said "You remember our Little chat outside, right?"
I lowered my head, and I started thinking 'I don't like hiding anything from someone who I'm working with, but I don't know them that very well to talk about my life. Carl and Talor might use my past as my weakness as They did, my crew. Can I really trust them?'
'Can I trust anyone anymore?'
'Should I take the risk?'
I looked at Talor, he smiled back. At the end I decided to take the risk. Trust would be a big issue here. I guessed I should take the risk at the end.
I lowered my head, again and said "Alright then."
"Angle" I said in a deep calm voice.
"Yeah?" she said.
"Please get out of this room." I said in the same deep voice.
"Bu-But..." she was trying to say something, but I interrupted her and said in an even deeper voice "Please get out."
She got up and walked to the gate, I looked at her as she glanced at me, she must had wanted to know about my past too, but at the moment it's better not to tell her.
As she got out of the room I got up and closed the door.
I explained "She had went through a lot of trauma, stories like my life isn't great for her. You two understand that right?"
"Yeah" They said together.
I sat down and lowered my head again. I closed my eyes to recall my own life.
I told them about the bus accident and how it reassembled the accident that Angle suffered.
I told them how I got to the town of riches. and how I took care of my sister.
I told them how major found me and tried to adopt me, and how I refused his offer.
I told them, how I got into military by the help of the major.
I told them about the first war, of which I was a part of.
I told them about the terrorist attack on my block and how I almost killed all of them.
I stopped. My head was lowered, my eyes were closed but, it was still hard for me hold my tears.
After a moment of silence I started again "When I got back home and was gonna open the door, I heard a window shattering, gun shot and my sister scream."
"I ran towards the room from where the sound came... It was already too late."
"She was looking towards the door, towards me. She must have tried to run. Her eyes were as deep and as blue as the ocean, and even more dead, than they usually looked."
"Her sky blue hair was flowing like a river, because of the wind coming through the broken window. Her white skin was almost glowing in the dark room...."
"She collapsed on the floor, her hair slowly turned blood red and her blood spread through the floor."
"I couldn't think properly, my head was spinning. Then I looked at the killer who had just started laughing maniacally, he had nothing but a pistol on his hand, he was laughing at the despair of a brother, who lost his sister."
"I can't remember what emotions I felt other than anger at that moment. At that moment I could feel my blood racing through my veins, my body heat increasing, my vision was fading.... After that, I couldn't remember much. I only remember opening my eyes and seeing a blood red room, my sister lying near me, her hair was a mixture of crimson and blue, major and some other military, major was saying something, I couldn't hear him, and I also remember I wanted to say.... something, but nothing came out."
"After that I woke up at the hospital, I was lying on a bed, I tried but I couldn't move my body, I just asked the nurse who was sitting besides me, writing notes, 'Where is my sister?' She bowed her head and answered 'She is no more."
"I closed my eyes, I didn't knew what to do, what to think, as if my body was breaking apart one by one. I wanted to believe I'll meet with her again. I was lying there for a time which felt like an eternity, didn't wanted to believe the truth."
"After that when I opened my eyes, I heard major from outside, who was talking to a doctor, I couldn't make out what they were saying. As the doctor came in she noticed that I was awake. She asked me how I felt when I got back to my house. I explained everything I remember to her."
"She explained that what I felt could be adrenaline rush, though the doctor's can't be sure. She explained further that adrenaline is a rare occurrence, and has only been documented by one scientist, though most of the documentation is now gone."
"She explained that it is mostly caused by a feeling of insecurity or, a strong feeling of anger or, a strong desire to kill or save someone. At the end she said it mostly just let's the person use more of his power but it may inflict damage on the person."
"She then said, 'And one more thing, sorry, we couldn't save your little sister. We know how much you cared for her and she was your only family. We are very sorry for your lost.' After that she told me to rest as that was what best for my health. Then she left."
"After several hours, when it was most likely 5pm Major came and sat at the chair near my bed, his face was pale. He explained 'I am really sorry about your lost, the news about that attack reached me too late. I know how you may feel loosing someone you swore to protect, I know that feeling too well.' He stoped for moment and looked up towards the seeling."
"Then he continued 'Well anyways, that was the past, we should think about and get ready for the future. And one more thing, you should never think you don't have a family anymore, I am your family too, you should remember that. Anyways, you still remember that proposal, to get to the submarine department, consider it, you still don't need to agree, just consider it and let me know when you are fine. Ohh, one more thing I shouldn't see you running before the doctor says you are all fit and fine, or you know my punishment. Well then I gotta go now, or the doctor would be angry. sleep well and don't think about your sister too much, or it will take longer for you to recover. Just think about getting back on your feet, nothing else. I will be visiting you regularly.' Then he left."
Afterwards I told them how, at the end I went to submarine department. And how I became the captain right away. How half of them despised me and half of them admired me.
I told them about my first fault and how it led to my abandonment from my own submarine.
Afterwards I said "And the rest? You know already."
They had this very usually serious look and they had their heads lowered. They said "I see, so that's why you didn't wanted to tell us about yourself, and why you told her she shouldn't hear this. We are sorry about your lost, so do you think your major is still alive?"
"I can't say for sure" I answered, they replied "Well don't stress yourself over it. We would go to our business, just do whatever you want, there's not much to do for you, you could walk a while or play with angel, anything that you like."
"Yeah" I said. They got up and went out. I started thinking what to do.
