Chapter 11 - Mentally Insane

Dahlia looked directly at him and thought that her ability to feel the space around her was quite useful.

"Oh well actually... I do have some contacts and some money stored away." Dahlia casually said, though she wasn't sure if those contacts were still valid.

"Well, since you took the trouble of sending me back to the hospital you can leave and do whatever you want to do. I mean, you're probably busy. Right?" Dahlia sensed that Hei Bohai seemed unconvinced.

"But look! I'm strapped to the bed and I can't really move. Plus, you have your people to look after me, so you can just go." Dahlia waved her fingers at him to shop him away.

"You're not going to devise a scheme are you? To escape? Well if you do, I'll just catch you and strap you to my bed!" Hei Bohai lifted the corner of his lips as he looked at her one last time and walked away.

Dahlia looked bewildered. But she shrugged the feeling off, it wasn't like she was actually going to see him again. She couldn't help but shiver and feel disgusted when he said he was going to strap her to his bed if he were to ever find her again.

"Tch, shameless." Dahlia muttered under her breath.

Hei Bohai who had sensitive hearing turned around and smirked.

"What was that Dah-li-a?" He uttered every word with precise pronunciation.

Dahlia instantly closed her eyes and tried to look her best to fall asleep. Within the few minutes of pretending, she actually fell asleep exhausted from the fact that she was still recovering from her wounds.

Hei Bohai stared at her as he walked off again, pushing his diamond encrusted spectacles to the bridge of his sharp nose.

Dahlia did at one point wonder why he would even think of strapping her to his bed. It was absolutely ridiculous. She was covered in scars and wounds, added in to the fact that she was also blind. That strange man would be mentally insane to be romantically interested in her.

Therefore, she deemed him mentally insane.

Butler Wang elegantly approached Ziona Long who was clicking away on her phone.

"Second Madam, the photos of erm..." Butler Wang coughed and adjusted his tie before speaking, "The photos of Dahlia Long's corpse is nowhere to be seen." Butler Wang reported as he handed the pictures to Ziona.

Ziona stared at the photos and laughed a bit, she even had tears at the corners of her eyes.

"Haaaaaah, that's the best laugh I've ever had Butler Wang. Don't worry, don't worry. That's nothing to worry about." Butler Wang didn't know if she was convincing herself, or him.

Suddenly, Ziona stopped muttering to herself and smiling and said, "Butler Wang, I feel like I need to practice my carving skills with my new knife. Bring the slaves over." Ziona waved at Butler Wang as if to tell him to hurry up.

"Yes Madam." Was the only response Butler Wang would muster given the current situation.

If others were to look at this situation, it would look as if Ziona was quietly discussing the joys of life with her Butler, the perfect madam of the house.

Ziona had back shiny lustrous hair that flowed and danced around her thin waist. Her blue eyes that looked as deep as the ocean, and changed color tones from time to time. Her thin but curvy figure with clothes that fit her like a puzzle piece. Ziona Long was like a fairy and a demon.

What made her a demon?

Ziona and Arisa's mother.
