Adan felt like getting mad but would that help? There was just nothing he could do about this woman and worst was that he couldn't even retort her words since he knew they were true.
'Grandfather, your so annoying.' He lamented.
Seeing that she wasn't going to talk to him anymore, made him feel bored. But the talk between the three was interesting. He even grabbed a chair for it.
"Start" she said and leaned against desk.
"Yes Ma'am! We were tasked to get all citizens out so that our team can catch the group swiftly. Me and Liam had been tasked to take care of citizens. Anderson and Bruce were in charge of tying up the group and making sure there weapons were taken away. Charles was helping a citizen out so he wasn't in the room at the time. Only us 8 were there. But what happen afterwards was the leader of the group had taken Bruce's gun and held Bruce hostage..." Jeffery stopped and then looked at the Major who was having the time of his life in Lavi's chair.
'Is he purposely distracting us?' The boys thought.
"Continue... don't mind the old man over there." She pointed to Adan who was casually sitting on her chair. She breathed out in frustration.
She will definitely throw away that chair!
"I'm not old, I'm only 29! Lavi!! Your old too!!" Adan snarled back.
She ignored his rude comment and continued listening to the boys.
"After Bruce was taken hostage, the team decided that we should try talking him out of it. But me and Liam made the plan off secretly approaching him from behind. Me and Liam had decided that we would get the gun away from him. So we- we-"
"We-, what? Don't stutter!!" She strictly said.
"We completely rush in and some how kicked the gun away when we tackled him. After that the leader was successfully subdue by Dan and the others."
"Liam! Is your story the same as his or do you have something to add." Lavi looked at the boy.
"No Ma'am. What he said completely true." Liam said.
"Now tell me what you did wrong?"
"They should have handle it with not their emotions but what was important. You boys have indeed made reckless choice in rushing in. Emotions are somethings we have to control on the battlefield and impulsive decisions can lead to death." Adan interrupted, "But their are a few good points. One, that you guys had quick thinking. Two, the hostage had successfully been saved. Three, had subdued the man right away. Those are indeed good points."
"That was well done." Adan praised and boys felt their mood get a little better hearing his praise.
Lavi could see the boys eyes sparkled and she glared at Adan when she turned back. This man really... she had no words.
"Go, Major had voiced out my words. Well done! But Dan was furious so go run 20 laps and then rest!" She shooed the boys out and then turned to the man.
"Major, can you please leave now? I'm busy and don't have time to spare." She picked up the papers on her desk and looked at him. But clearly the man was not budging.
Her eye twitched as she looked at him. She heard the sound of her walkie talkie buzz as the message was heard loud and clear to them, "Lavi have you scene Major Sanders anywhere by chance?"
"He's—" her mouth was covered by Adan who anxiously covered it. He successfully wrapped one arm behind her while the other cover her mouth.
"I order you not tell anyone my position." Adan seriously said and she glared at him which made him tighten his hold on her.
That really hurts!!! She glared again.
"Lavi? Sergeant are you there?"
"Yes Sir... I didn't see him at all." She felt like dying and she felt like punching the man who was holding her down by the arm.
Seriously an order?!! But what could she do when it seemed like her only way out.
Adan cut of the commission and sighed in relief. That was close! He really didn't want to see his grandfather, it was seriously becoming a pain as he gets older. But he looked down on the woman and sighed.
"Sergeant, I own you one. But it seems that if I let you go you would give them a call. Your trying that hard to get me out?" He said by her ear.
"Yes, I want you to leave! Dammit!! Let go!!" She gave up being nice and struggled.
But since when did her strength match his? Adan was amused.
"Look here Major! I said let go! It's really simple!!" She got her arm free but suddenly found herself being pulled back and she fell onto of her chair like that.
"Major!!" She snarled at him and moved to punch him with out holding back! This man was even more annoying than her brothers who also worked with him.
"Easy there" he grabbed her hands and pulled them behind her and cuffed her. He had a smiling face that meant he was having fun at the moment.
"Dammit!! Why do I have such bad luck!!" She groaned in frustration.
"If you weren't their sister then I would have probably thrown you out by now. Lavi you should chill and enjoy some coffee, it's quite good during this time of year." Adan said.
"I might as well rest here since it's safe and don't try anything funny— Or I might throw away this useful thing." He took the key and slipped it into his pocket and then pointed to the window.
She sighed and closed her eyes and ignored the man. Right now she really couldn't do anything.
He sat down on the chair and smiled at her as he casually roamed her office and took a book out from her shelf. It was indeed and amazing office.
Seeing the quite girl made him even more happy as he finally had secretly hiding place that he could forcibly hide.
Adan knew it was late and made sure to text Lavi's tow brothers saying that she will be staying at the complex tonight.

The solider who lost Adan was currently reporting it to General Sanders who also sighed at the news.
"Since he didn't leave he's definitely hiding. Anyway just leaving him be I'll find the brat another time."
Adan had successfully avoided the General at the end of the day.
