The morning had begun and many were up and awake. The curtain in the bedroom had light peaking out on it. Nathan groaned feeling a bright light hitting his closed eyes.
He slowly opened them and cover the light using his hand. While the other hand pushed away the hair that cover his face. He still felt extremely tired but he knew he had to wake up.
Today's meeting was something he couldn't miss and worst of all he be leaving the country for awhile.
It made home feel a little sad and upset since he had to take over both Matthews and Aaron's work in another place. But it also meant that he won't be seeing Katelyn for another 10 days.
Nathan finally got up from mopping around in bed and went to go take a shower. He had to catch a flight and rushed the whole morning and headed to the airport.
He sighed as he sat in the first class seat that Kai had booked for him. He looked at his tablet and cursed.
'There's no time for even a break.'
Even if he would call Katelyn it would probably be after 11 o'clock in the night. And from past observations, she would most likely be overworking herself to finishes dress or maybe even asleep by the time he calls her.
He should text her every hour.
That idea was a great one, but soon he felt dejected. He would miss her even more if he texted her, but he still went along with that idea.
It's would ease him knowing that even if they were far apart they would still remember each other.
Nathan put down the papers and looked out the plane window in deep thought.
He suddenly had a bad feeling fall on him and for some reason he felt his heart beating faster for no reason.
'What's wrong with me?' He felt a sort of nervousness not for himself but when thinking about Katelyn.
'Katelyn... I hope you doing fine.'

Splash! The cup of water flew straight to her face and the people around the table gasped. The were clearly stupefied by the scene in front of them.
The person even had the audacity to pick up another cup and pour it once again. This made the people at the table mad and they blocked the person from the viscous woman that was in front of them.
Katelyn felt her brain freeze by the sudden scene as well. She immediately got up and immediately poured water on the attacker who screamed feeling the cold water fall on her.
"How dare you?!" She said furiously. "Just who the hell do you think you are to pour a glass on her head?! Huh?!"
Katelyn high pitch voice attracted many onlookers but who cares? This was way more important than a bunch of on lookers!
The woman who was splashed at recovered from her shock and looked at Katelyn angrily
"How dare you!?! Do you know how I am??" She screeched.
"Does it look like we care how you look like?" Lavi snapped and continued, "But if you want a opinion then. You look like shit!! Check the mirror you can see for yourself!!"
Lavi strong aura made the woman shiver for a second before she returned back hearing another insult.
"What did you say-"
"Look here, 'Ms. Lost'. I'm giving you a warning. Get lost and it will all be peaceful!" Lavi said.
Serena calmly looked at the woman and tried remembering the person. Just who did she offend now?
"But she started it first!!! She was seducing my boyfriend!!" She woman yelled and now the people around them started whispering about Serena even more.
"Eh? Who knew?"
"Seriously, she wasn't innocent?"
"Tch! A third party, again! It's will never get old!"
The situation took a turn for a dip. But they just sneered at the woman who was making a scene.
"Where you proof?" Carmel came out and spoke. Some people even recognized her, as she was a well know lawyer in the field.
"Here look!! She bluntly seduce my boyfriend in the jewelry store. See look!!!" She pointed out to the crowd and them.
The picture was of both Serena and the 'boyfriend'. Serena who holding a piece of jewelry in her hand was showing it to the man. She had put the ring on her finger and smiled at him. Clearly being as seductive as she was, many really believed that they would be something going on between them.
Serena saw the picture and remembered the customer that wanted an opinion for wedding rings a few days ago.
'Tch! Your marriage life is gonna be hell!!' Serena sneered.
"Haha! That they most funniest thing I've saw so far!!" Carmel laughed as she mocked the woman in front of her.
Who was exactly seducing who? They knew clearly that Serena would never date and most importantly, why would she even seduce him?. Serena said it herself that she would never date.
And another point...
"Why would she seduce him in the first place and in her office outfit?" Carmel smiled.
Serena owned a string of jewelry stores that manifested because of her own hard work. Serena was most likely showing the man a new piece of jewelry and was now in this problem because of this loud lady.
"Well look here lady did you even ask your boyfriend what he was doing a the jewelry store? Or even ask who the ring was for?"
"He's obviously buying a ring for her!!" She snorted and looked at them angrily.
"What the hell?! He bought the damn ring for you?! How the fuck, did you say that I'm seducing him?!?" Serena exploded and walked up to the woman and looked down in her.
The crowd looked shocked by her statement and even the woman in front of them was shocked hearing her remarks.
"That boyfriend you spoke of came to get a damn ring for his future wife?!? I was only there helping him as a normal person who wanted an opinion!!!!" Serena continued pressuring her with her deep stare.
"Lady, I don't know why you accused me but first off your rude and second what made you think you could pour water in my head like a flower? Your out of line and I'm definitely suing you for not acting as a citizen!!!" Serena growled and didn't care about how others looked at her.
"I'm Lillian Smith! How could a mere employee get me arrested?" Lillian continued arrogantly.
There was no way she was apologizing!! They spilled water on her and humiliated her!!! Just wait and see how she will retaliate!!
"Mr. Smith's daughter, Huh? Such a shame that your father came a few months ago to close a deal with 'Noir In Limelight' to close a deal with ME!" She sneered, "To bad his efforts will be wasted."
Serena picked up the purse by her chair and said arrogantly, "Tell Mr. Smith, that Serena Williams will take extra care in their proposal." And the group walked away.
"She just said Serena Williams!! The famous jewelry designer!!"
"OMG?! That person was her?! Then don't tell me that group of ladies was-"
"Yes!! That group of ladies are top girl on the ladder!!"
Lillian who was froze in shock looked at the departing figure of the women. No way!! She couldn't believe that she offend someone from the William family and even worst it was the President of NLL!!!
"Oh no!! What should I do?!" She anxiously thought but nothin came into her brain.

The group of six headed out of the restaurant and started walking down the busy streets that fill up at this time. Serena didn't care that water splashed in her. She simply answered that it will dry off as they walk towards the bar.
