Seeing the holographic window that was showing in front of him. Kayua looks to the nurses around for confirmation if only he was able to see the window.

However, all he saw were the nurses working and asking him how and what he was feel.

He replied still in a trance but managed to get through this stage without too many problems.

After a few minutes of a check, it was confirmed that he was no longer in a dangerous state and they let his family members return to his side.

Only a doctor, a nurse, and the pair of mother and daughter stood by the bed's side.

At that moment, Kayua was starting more aware of what was happening. He conflicted with the whole situation, but he knew that now wasn't the right time to have an internal debate.

Even more so when his mother was giving that dangerous look.

"Why did you do that? Just answer me, how can you do this to us ?! What were you thinking about? " Marta questioned to Kayua reproachfully. Her voice was steady, but the look on her face was bitter and concerned.

The young teenager, Karina, her younger sister, had the same look on her face. however, there was a dangerous gleam in her eyes and she was slowly put a fighting position as if she were a cat preparing to attack.

Looking at this scene, Kayua cannot help but sigh helplessly. He looked at his wrists and saw the old scars.

He felt helpless again.

"So many things are different, why should this have to stay the same?" he thought to himself.

"Madam, the important thing at the moment ..." the doctor present was about to intervene and mediate the situation when he was interrupted by the young man.

"Mom! This is not what you are thinking," he said in a hurry.

She looks at him and was about to say how weak was that excuse, but he didn't give her time to answer and continued his explanation.

"I just wanted to sleep, yesterday I was totally sad and heartbroken, I just wanted it to that day be over soon. I only took one sleeping pill at the begging, but it had no effect, even after waiting for a while the sleep still hadn't come, so I ended up taking 4 more pills while thinking it wasn't working. " He said while expressing disdain for his stupidity.

"Stop to think now with a cooler head, I see how it was a pretty stupid idea." He completed with a resigned smile.

Marta looked at him with a doubtful and firm look, she was trying to figure out if he was telling the truth or not.

Seeing her mother not believe in his version, Kayua cannot help but feel helpless again. Due to his background, his mother had reasons to feel insecure about the truth of the story.

Most tragic of all the thing was...it's really was what happened to Kayua from this parallel universe.

He came home devastated due to the end of his relationship and just wanted to sleep. He just wanted to that day over as soon as possible, but it seems that due to the emotional shock he wasn't thinking straight and ended up taking more pills than he should have.

It would be hilarious if the whole situation weren't so tragic.

"Mom, it's true, think about it... if I wanted to kill myself I wouldn't just take 5 pills. I was just incredibly stupid, I swear! " At this point, he would rather be labeled as an idiot than worry his family about the suicide label.

Seeing her son explain himself so energetically and also seeing that he didn't seem to be suffering from depression at the time, she was more inclined to believe him.

The doctor also seemed to accept his version.

"Any dosage above the recommended is contraindicated. But according to the blood test, he doesn't seem to have taken enough medicine to put his life at risk." Said the doctor as he looked at the file in his hand.

"According to the situation you just reported, it looks like you were under great emotional stress at the time. This type of state usually causes high pressure in many people, and sleep medicine lowers the pressure, and taking into account your state of emotional anxiety, you ended up going into shock. "

"Nothing that a good rest will not solve, but stay away from sleep medications from now on. I just gave a superficial analysis, it could also be that you were suffering from some type of allergy to the medication, it's recommended that you do an allergy test." added the doctor.

Hearing this, Kayua couldn't help looking at her mother with an expression of triumph. "See?!" he said.

Marta let out a relieved sigh. If everything were just an unfortunate accident it would be much better, she wouldn't have to worry about a possible second attempt.

"Don't think you can escape punishment just because it was an accident!" At that moment, a protest came from the youngest in the room.

Karina was on guard in an attack position.

She wouldn't give up on the opportunity to punch her big brother in the face so easily, not after the shock he give them through.

Looking at his younger sister, Kayua can't help thinking that it's really a parallel world.

In his other world, he would have a little sister, but unfortunately, she was passed away due to complications in childbirth. But right now, here she is, lively in front of him.

"You wouldn't hit a bedridden patient, would you ?!" He asked her with a provocative smile.

Karina wrinkled her nose at the provocation, but she couldn't help lowering her fists.

"We will solve this at home." She said trying to get out on top.

Kayua just smiled awkwardly.

After that, everything went smoothly. He was no longer at risk and there was no need to stay in the hospital for further observations, so he was discharged shortly after.

On the way home, he was silent. Despite answering questions slightly, it was clear that he was thinking about other things.

"Son, you don't have to worry so much, we don't blame you for what happened, everyone making dumb thing sometimes," Said Marta trying to comfort him, son. She thought he was feeling down for doing something stupid that put his life on the line.

"Speak for yourself mom, I blame him!" The little sister protested with a fierce expression. She then pinched Kayua's arm that was beside her in the back seat of the car.

As much as she grimaced and pinched him, her accusation didn't seem to be taken seriously, not as she held herself close to kayua like a koala. She seemed to fear that he would run away if she let him go.

"Mom, don't worry, I'm just thinking a little, but I'm fine," Kayua replied as he poked his little sister's cheeks in an innocent counterattack.

In reality, he was quite lost and bitter.

He never imagined that an innocent and silly wish made for a shooting star could come true.

His mother was still here, he was still himself, despite being 10 years younger, he had a new baby sister, he even seemed to have a system in his head, just that ... if he knew that everything comes true he would have asked for something more important.

Kayua looks at the sky through the car window.

"Dad ... I'm sorry for being so selfish! I could have brought you back to our side, but ... I'm sorry." In his head, Kayua constantly apologizes to his father for making such a selfish request to the star and ignoring him.

If nothing had happened, he wouldn't have felt in that way, but now that something so magical has happened, it was as if his heart was being torn to pieces. He tried hard not to cry in the car and not to worry his family.

The pain of losing his father in his old world and know that he wasn't here in that parallel world too, seemed to come together and multiply.

"Sorry, old man! But I promise to bring you pride," he said in his heart.

In the clouds, he seemed to see his old man's face encouraging him.
