Synopsis
Blue Angelite is studying to be a lawyer at Cerulean Academics. Yuno Alpine, known to close family and friends as Coconut, attends Cerulean Arts, playing in the top band of the school. The Arts and Academics have a burning hatred for the other. This is a classic Romeo and Juliet story, except Juliet isn't a girl. When Blue accepts the offer to date a rich boy named Blaize, who goes to Cerulean Arts, he didn't think much of it. However, after being proclaimed the mascot of his boyfriend's school against his will and getting kidnapped by Blaize's handsome brother, he finds himself in quite the mess.

Chapter 1 - Party at Mav's

"This is so stupid." Char was sitting in the passenger seat, leaning against the window with her arms crossed. "Ever since you started dating that douchebag, you've been acting strangely. Going to a party? The Blue I know would never."

Blue was busy staring at his complexion in his car's rear view mirror, his hands running through his freshly dyed blue hair. "Calm down, Char. It's not a big deal," he cleaned his thick black glasses with his shirt before putting them back on and checking his face one last time. "It's not even a school night."

Char huffed and turned her face away from the window. She looked absolutely stunning. A thick braid of her purple hair wound around the back of her head, holding her hair out of the way besides the two long strips she let hang on either side of her face. Her dark black lipstick made her freckles and dark brown eyes pop against her lightly tanned skin. "Blue. We're on enemy territory. I don't think Mav's friends will be too happy when they see faces from the college uptown intruding on their party."

"Exactly. We attend a different college. No one will know who we are." He gave a look that told her she was being ridiculous.

"Right. Because it's not like the top members of our class have been plastered all over school news. Say, aren't we those valedictorians?"

Blue couldn't care less about whatever Char was going on about. "Do I look okay? Will Blaize like it?" He wore a nervous smile.

Char ignored him. "May I remind you the art school hates ours?"

Blue rolled his eyes and stepped out of the car. Char did the same. They walked together up the sidewalk to the house booming a music that strangely came off as alluring to Blue. "If you don't like this idea, why are you even here then?" He pushed his nerves down as they approached the door.

Char suspiciously quieted and Blue wondered why a blush was slowly creeping over her face. "B-Because… I met someone, okay?"

Blue gave her a knowing look and laughed. "You met someone. Someone you're interested in? Are you serious? After all the times you told me dating was a waste of time?"

The door opened at that moment, and Blue's heart stopped dead in his chest. Blaize stood in the doorway looking hotter than ever leaning against the frame while running a hand through his long loose chin-length black hair. He wore a dark green shirt, on it, a gold thread formed the shape of a poised snake with long fangs. He wore a black leather jacket over that and one gold earring dangled from an ear. "Hey, gorgeous…"

Char rolled her eyes.

"And Char."

She shot him a glare.

"What are you two doing hanging around out here? Were you about to knock? This is a party. Walking in unannounced is enough to announce your presence. That's how you enter a Maverick party." He grabbed Blue by the arm and pulled him inside. The music, lights, and people overwhelmed him. "So how do you like it? Have I set this party aBlaize?" He punned, arching a godly eyebrow.

"I wouldn't know, I haven't attended any- many parties." Blue said awkwardly and smiled nervously. He was excited to be there but mostly just wanted to impress Blaize. He wasnt succeeding so far.

Blaize let go of him. rolling his eyes and groaning. "Oh my god, you are so lucky I'm your boyfriend or else you would be living under a rock. Come on, I'll show you how to have a good time."

"Just wait a minute, Blaize." Char stepped between them. "I hope having a good time doesn't involve getting Blue drunk and having your way with him."

"Char!" Blue was afraid she was going to say something offensive, or worse- scare him off- or worse than that- make him think Blue was too lame to spend time with him.

"Absurd!" Blaize dramatically gasped and put a hand on his chest. "I would never. I treat Blue with my utmost respect." He grinned charmingly.

Blue felt a shiver go down his spine. The way Blaize looked at him made him feel like prey.

Char made an unconvinced face. "Whatever you say, but you're not getting rid of me."

Blaize ignored her. "Come on Blue, have fun with me. I'll show you the band."

He grabbed Blue's hand and pulled him through the crowd of dancing bodies, trying to shake Char off their tail, but failing to. Blaize's house was luxurious so the living room was ginormous and that's where the band was located.

All the furniture had been shoved into the basement so there was plenty of room for a dance floor. The band was set up on the leveled stairs leading to the door that opens into the backyard. Blue's view of the people playing instruments was obscured from the crowd of people in front of him.

"What do you think of the band?" Blaize swung his body to the rhythm of the music, pulling Blue closer to him by the arm so he could dance against him.

Blue smiled. "They're amaz-"

Blaize shrugged. "Shitty, I know." Blaize trapped Blue in his arms and swayed with him.

Blue's heart beat fast and then slowed. Chills crept up his neck and a strong gravity pulled at his stomach, making him feel sick. Blue could see Char from the corner of his eye, watching them with her arms folded, she was tapping her foot to the beat of the music as well though and that seemed to distract her. She stood on her toes, struggling to see over the crowd since she's shorter than average. Blaize noticed this and slowly danced with him in his arms. Before Blue knew it, his friend had disappeared in the crowd and Blue was trapped against the wall and Blaize, who was not leaving any personal space between them.

Blue was rethinking all his decisions leading up to this point- coming to the party especially. "M-Mav." Blue didn't like this at all. He stared fearfully into Blaize's dull green eyes, his eyelids lowered in a hazy look. "I-I don't." Blaize wasn't listening to him. He grabbed the back of Blue's neck and turned his head up to his face and closed in for a kiss.

Just then, the band music cut to silence. The song ended. Blaize was pulled off of Blue by a panicked looking Char. "Hey."

Blaize was clearly upset. "What the h-"

"Introduce us to the band." She grabbed Blue's hand and pulled him through the crowd toward where the band was set up. She had her eyes set on the girl with dark hair.

---

"Ugh…" Jackie groaned as they threw their head back in boredom, their pitch black, neck length hair getting all messy in the movement. "This is gonna suck."

Cripton scoffed. "You think? I can't believe you accepted his offer, Coconut," the black drummer growled at the singer with ash brown hair in a curly undercut.

"Come on guys, it's not that bad. You must have something that you want to do here. Blaize is an asshole, but he knows how to fucking party," Coconut smirked at his two bandmates, running his hand through his hair and mischief twinkling in his unique, silver eyes. "Plus, Jackie, didn't you snag that one girl at the mall?"

Jackie rolled their eyes. "I guess, yeah. She said she'd be here, so I'll probably see her after our performance."

"And Winx is gonna show up in a little bit, right, Crip?"

Cripton huffed and crossed his arms. "Yeah? And?" He asked aggressively.

Coconut smirked at his aggravated band member. "Just teasing."

"Hey, gang," Alex greeted as he walked into the room backstage with the rest of his band. He was the "leader" of the band, though he didn't really act like one. "Are we gonna meet up after the party? 'Cause I'm hanging out with Rivet and I don't think I can stop myself from ravishing him if we're alone."

"You can't stop from ravishing him when you aren't alone," Jackie said, rolling their eyes and ignoring Coconut, who bursted out laughing at the retort. "Do you know how many looks we get when we're with you two in public because of your gross PDA?"

"That's mean, Jackie," Alex whined childishly. "I don't feel like doing the performance anymore."

"Oh, you're doing the performance, whether you like it or not," Jackie growled. Alex just whined again.

"Get over it, Alex. We start in five," Coconut informed the rest of the band. "Get ready, guys."

--- (skip to after performance)

After rescuing Blue, Char made a beeline for the band, since the only other person she knew here besides her roommate and his boyfriend was Jackie. They had met at the mall only a few hours ago, but Char felt compelled to see her again. She hated herself for falling so hard for someone she barely met. She had made an effort- secretly without Blue knowing or realizing by the looks of it- to dress her best. She did her make up and hair and wore one of her cutest outfits. A purple short sleeved shirt with her zodiac sign's constellation and short short overalls that revealed too much if she leaned over. She wasn't even the type to show much skin, but Char had never been so attracted to someone before. As they approached the band and the members who had just stopped playing, Char could feel her heart beat faster and her palms sweating. Oh my god, did I try too hard? Is it obvious I'm trying to impress them? They'll see right through me and then they'll think I'm annoying. I should have listened to myself and not have come here. But at the same time, Char thought, well, I'm here so I might as well go through with my plan of talking to them again.

Blue was grateful for Char swooping in like that and literally pulling him out of that situation. He and Blaize had only been dating for a month but to be honest, they hadn't had any real dates. Blue was believing what Char said more and more these days. Blaize only wanted to be in his pants. Blue was seeing the signs and growing sadly disappointed. But to tell the truth, he hadn't really liked Blaize to begin with. When Blaize asked him out in the parking lot on campus, Blue looked at his expensive car, his handsome looks, and said "why not?" Now that he was looking past his money and features, Blue wanted out. Unfortunately, he didn't know how he was going to tell him that considering his lack of temper control.

"Thanks, Char." He breathed next to her ear.

"No problem. That's why I'm here." She reminded herself. Once she saw Jackie, she let go of Blue's hand immediately. Hoping Jackie hadn't seen and gotten any wrong ideas.

Blue noticed Char staring at them and smiled teasingly. "Oooh, is that why you wanted to be introduced to the band?"

"Blue, I swear. If you say anything to embarrass me, I'll-"

---

"Ah, Char, you came," Jackie said with a lazy smile. Coconut snickered behind their back, saying something to Alex about winning a bet.

---

Char stopped in her tracks and stared at Jackie, stricken from the heart stopping sight approaching her. "Uuuh, yeah." She shrugged like it was no big deal and shoved her thumbs in her jean overall pockets. "It's my roommate's boyfriend's party and he invited me. I would have been here whether or not you were here or-" she let the sentence hang because she didn't know how to finish it and frankly hated herself for sounding so stupid.

Blue had never seen Char so flustered before. He took a step toward Jackie. "Hey, I'm that roommate she mentioned. Blue." He pointed to his hair, smiling. "Obviously."

Char felt a storm brewing within her. She knew Blue thought he was helping her out but he didn't realize he was making her even more self-conscious and angry toward him. Blue was doing that thing where he was being adorable without realizing it.

---

Jackie chuckled. "Nice to meet ya, I'm Jackie." They looked over at Char and then back at Blue with a smile. "Thanks for inviting her, I don't know if she would have shown up or not, with how flustered she looks," Jackie teased with a smirk, winking at Char.

Coconut shoved past Jackie with a smile and greeted the two roommates. "Hey! I'm Yuno, and I really like your guys' hair," he flirted with the both of them.

Jackie rolled their eyes and slapped the back of Coconut's head, making him whine in pain. "Shut up, Coconut. Know your place."

Coconut straightened his back again and smirked, scooting closer to Blue and throwing an arm around his shoulder. "I do know my place, right next to this cutie." He gave a charming smile.

Alex snorted at Coconut's lame retort, staring at his phone and only half listening.

---

Char blushed. "F-Flustered?" She laughed in shock. "I am not flustered." She crossed her arms. Completely forgetting to be protective over Blue at the moment, her eyes locked on Jackie's.

Blue pulled the stranger's arm off of him. "Thanks…" he kept his distance, though blushing profusely.

---

Coconut winked. "No problem, sweetheart."

Jackie sighed. "Damnit Coconut, do you always have to flirt with everyone?"

Coconut shrugged. "Only the ones I like."

Jackie shook their head and moved their gaze back to Char and smiled. "I'm only teasing. I'm glad you came, either way."

---

Char felt like jumping up and down but she played it cool and looked away, chewing her lip. "I'm glad I came too, you guys were amazing." And then she turned back and crept closer to her, twirling one of her strands of hair. "How many songs are you playing tonight?"

Meanwhile, Blue was struggling to keep Coconut off of him. "Coconut? Wait a minute is that your name?" His flattery Blue assumed was false, echoed in his head. Only the ones I like.

---

Jackie smiled. "Thanks, we try. We're gonna have one more song before we call it a night."

Coconut deadpanned. "It's my middle name. My friends call me it to piss me off. My first name is Yuno, but no one actually calls me that." Coconut scowled and shook his head.

---

Blue laughed. "That's hilarious. Definitely depletes your scare factor score." He smiled at him with flirting eyes.

Just then Crypt loomed behind Coconut. "Has anyone seen Winx? That poor kid could get lost in this place."

---

Coconut froze. "Shit. You're right, lamp post."

Alex looked up from his phone. "Did we lose Winx again?"

"I think so," Jackie sighed. "Call Rivet, get him over here and the rest of us need to split up and get to him before some other creep does and before our next performance."

Alex nodded and called Rivet. The rest of the band looked around for a moment and acted as if this was a normal occurrence.

---

"Is this yours?" Blaize had Winx by the collar and pulled him into the group, pushing him as if he were tossing an object.

Cripter caught Winx in a hug. "What the hell, Blaize?" He growled, and then realizing he had his arms around Winx, he let go of him, but still glared at Blaize.

"Damn weasel wandered into the bedroom hall. Thought I'd return him." He looked like he was complaining about cleaning up after a mess they made or something. Noticing the small space between Coconut and Blue, he weaved his way between them and draped his arms over Blue's shoulders with a big smile. "Sorry I left you. I know how boring things can be without me around." He leaned in for a kiss but Blue turned away.

Blue saw the slightest bit of annoyance flicker in Blaize's angry eyes and was about to respond with a clammy apology but Blaize smiled again and pulled off him.

 "Shy again?

Nervously, Blue looked down and away. "Yeah."

---

Coconut snorted. "Shy, my ass… You were just fine before this asshole showed up." Then he glared and crossed his arms. "And I swear, if you ever touch Winx again, you'll have to spend all your money on medical bills."

The three band members behind him nodded in agreement. The group was like a pack of wolves protecting a pup from an asshole bear.

---

Blaize deadpanned at all of them while the drunk crowd behind was yelling for music. He slipped an arm around Blue's waist who looked at Char- but she was busy talking to Jackie again, twirling her hair and fluttering her eyelashes like a twitterpated bambi.

"I'd suggest you shut up and play another song if you want full pay for your gig. Come on, Blue" he nuzzled his ear while smiling greedily. "I'll show you where the booze is at and then we can play a little...uh, pool."

Blue blushed, knowing full well what he meant and not all for it. He looked at Char again for help and then at his last resort- Coconut- before being pulled away and into another room where boys with cigars and beers cultivated as they played pool.

Blaize opened a mini-fridge as Blue watched Blaize's friends cheer and slap someone's back. He must have been on a winning streak. Blaize took a swig of beer, running a hand through his hair again and leaning a hand against the wall, blocking his exit from the room. Then he offered it to Blue.

"Um...Char wouldn't want me to."

Blaize rolled his eyes- this time furiously annoyed. "So is she like your mom now or something?"

Before Blue could respond, one of the guys called to them. "Ay, Mav. Did you switch schools? Seriously man, quit inviting lawyers like him to our parties." The vest wearing bonehead prodded Blue in the ass with the end of his pool stick, his friends laughing.

Blue whipped around, shooting them all glares. Then he turned back on Blaize, whose irritated gaze hadn't moved from Blue. Now it was his turn to be irritated- though he was more confused. "Am I not the only...lawyer kid you've hung out with?"

Blaize knew what he was getting at. "Fine."

He put the beer down and grabbed Blue by the arm with a steely grip and pulled him out of the room. "You don't have to drink."

"Ouch! You're bruising me!" Blaize was either ignoring him or he couldn't hear him as they moved through the crowd and into an empty hallway. Blaize threw Blue against the wall and trapped him there. Blue's heart rate picked up speed and his skin prickled from the fear of Blaize's intensity.

Blaize was gripping Blue's arms, shoving him against the wall. "Kiss me, Blue."

"No."

Blaize wouldn't take no for an answer. He smashed his lips onto Blue's, roughly grabbing his head and holding it in place.

Blue couldn't move and felt like he was suffocating.

---

Coconut walked backwards into the hallway, yelling a thanks to someone. He started turning around, "Hey, Blaize-" he paused when he saw what was happening. "... What song do you want us to play?"

---

Blaize pulled his face from Blue's and glared at Coconut. "Play whatever the hell you want." He growled, disheveled, and then as Blue was trying to slip away, Blaize picked him up by his collar and pressed him against the wall, biting Blue's neck.

"Stop." Blue squeaked and looked away, meeting Coconut's eyes.

---

Coconut furrowed his eyebrows. "Blaize, he said stop."

---

Blaize was too deep in his own lustful greed to hear him. His hands wrapped around the base of Blue's head and he shoved his tongue into his mouth as he kissed him.

Blue made disagreeable noises and , pushed on Blaize's arms, but they wouldn't budge.

---

"Blaize! Stop it, dude!" Coconut said, walking closer with a face that screamed warning.

---

Without looking up, he shoved Coconut away. He paused from kissing to say, "Fuck off." And then he was back at it.

Blue summoned the strength to push him away. "Get off!" But that made his case worse. Blaize grabbed Blue's hands and twisted them behind his back and continued to molest him.

---

"Blaize. Fight me, you little bitch," Coconut taunted, knowing Blaize couldn't stand people insulting him.

---

Blaize slowly looked up at him with a glare as menacing as the poised cobra on his shirt. Blue still couldn't move, he was being pushed against the wall still. "What is your problem, Yuno?" He let go of Blue, who backed away. Blaize took an angry step toward Coconut, wiping saliva from his lips. "Since when do you care about my boyfriend's wellbeing?"

---

"Maybe since I met him?" Coconut retorted, holding his ground.

---

"I caught that by the way," he jerked his head upward as he said it and now they were standing so close that Blue saw how close in height they were. "Don't think I didn't see you hanging on him earlier." Then his eyes became malicious as he thought of something downright nasty to spit at him. "Blue is off limits, Coconut. Don't want you infecting him with your curse. We all know what happened to Maven. Can't have history repeat itself this time."

---

Coconut snarled. "I don't think you really want to go there, Blaize. We both know you've never won against me in anything."

---

Blaize's smile disappeared. He death-stared Coconut long and hard. "Take your friends and leave."

---

"If I'm leaving, your little boyfriend's coming with me."

---

Caught up in his rage, Blaize grabbed Blue and threw him at Coconut. "Take him. He doesn't kiss back."

---

Coconut caught the smaller boy easily and glared at Blaize. "If I were him, I wouldn't kiss back either." Coconut grabbed Blue's wrist and tugged him away before Blaize could take his anger out on his boyfriend.

---

Blue was getting sick of being tossed around like a rag doll. He couldn't believe he didn't see how much of a toxic creep his boyfriend was before tonight. Coconut took him away, leaving Blaize hollering insults and curses at them which Blue blocked out.

---

After they were far enough away from Blaize, he asked with care, "Are you okay?" Coconut was bringing Blue back to his band.

---

Blue flung his arms out, knocking off Coconut's comforting hands. "Am I okay? Of course I'm not okay!" He was hyperventilating. "That was...scary and unexpected...I don't know what i'm supposed to do in those situations-" he quit blathering and then looked gratefully into Coconut's eyes as his breathing calmed. "Thank you."

---

Coconut smiled. "No problem. Blaize is an asshole, I don't know why you agreed to dating him." Coconut spotted his band and started leading Blue over to them.

---

"I was an idiot. Thats why."

---

Coconut waved to his friends. "You should break up with him."

---

"Uh...working on it. That may be a little difficult…" Blue followed Coconut's gaze, looking for Char.

---

"Hey, guys!" Coconut called to his bandmates. "I just totally pissed off Blaize so just to make him ever more mad, I want to play one more song and make the party want us to stay. And yeah, he told me to take my friends and leave. But too bad for him!" Coconut cackled evilly.

Alex looked over at Coconut, completely disheveled, and smiled goofily. "Nice job, dude!"

"Yeah, I gotta say, well done," Rivet complimented. He was Alex's boyfriend, and the reason why the band member  was so disheveled.

---

Blue was yanked from behind by a trio of football players. "Yeah, this is him." One of them was the guy from the pool table that poked him.

They sprang into action. Blue was picked up and carried into the pool room again, all the while thrashing and yelling: "Hey! What the hell is this?!"

Once in the pool room, they set him on the pool table and held him down. "What's happening? What are you doing?!" Then he saw Blaize standing across from him leaning against the wall with his arms crossed, an evil smile stretched on his face. "Blaize?"

Blue's captors wound Blue's limbs with ropes and tied together. "This is a really good idea, Blaize." One of his captors snickered as Blue wriggled beneath him.

"Take off his shirt too." Blaize said casually.

The boys wrestling him were just as confused as Blue was when he said that, but they did so anyway. "Let go of me! Blaize, what are you doing?"

"You'll see, Blue." He applied a thick slab of duct tape over Blue's mouth.

Blue was carried out by the group and then raised in the air once they entered the dance floor.

Blaize stepped through the band's set up, ignoring Cripter when he told him not to touch their stuff. He grabbed the microphone.

"My good people of Cerulean Arts, I give you our hostage Blue Angelite!"

The crowd cheered, throwing cups and chips. Char stepped away from Jackie and off the band's set up, staring in shocked horror. "Blue?"

"This will teach those stuck up brats whose boss!" Blaize continued.

"They don't mess with the arts!" The pool guy hollered.

---

Coconut frowned as Blaize brought Blue up on stage, tied up and shirtless. He rolled his eyes at Blaize's immaturity and walked up to him, shoving him away roughly.

Alex and Rivet came up behind Coconut and glared at the boys holding Blue.

Coconut stepped forward, yanking Blue from his captors and scowling at them. "This is ours now. Just try and take it back." He then turned around and gave a cocky smirk to the crowd. "This hostage belongs to the Pirates now! He is our mascot, the Sea Dragon of Cerulean Arts!" he shouted, raising the school spirit. The crowd went wild and they screamed in excitement.

---

Infuriated, Blaize shoved the microphone into Coconut's chest and then stormed off.

Char ran toward Blue to try to help him.

---

Jackie immediately grabbed her arm and ripped her from her course. "Stop, you're from the same school, they'll just do the same to you," they whispered the warning into her ear so no one else would hear.

---

Char's eyes were pleading. "But that's Blue! They've tied up my best friend and I was supposed to make sure this kind of thing didn't happen to him!"

---

Jackie shook their head. "No. Coconut will get him out of here. Nothing bad will happen to him, I promise."

Coconut laughed into the microphone. "This is how we do it in Cerulean!" he pushed Blue towards Rivet, who caught him and dragged him off the stage into the backroom. "The Pirates will do one more song before we turn in for the night!" The crowd made sounds of displeasure but Coconut just chuckled and gestured for his bandmates to join him.

---

Blue was humiliated. He felt that everytime he met someone new, as soon as he began to trust them, they backstabbed him. Blue made an attempt to kick Rivet and run, but he ended up falling onto the bed of the room he brought him in. It looked like a guest bedroom the band was using to store a few of their spare instruments in. Blue knew because there were extra drums, cymbals, and guitars with a sign that said "just in case Crypt breaks something again." Blue scrambled into a sitting position and yelled as loud as he could into the duct tape on his mouth, glaring intensely at Rivet.

(Back to Char)

"Then what do I do? I can't just leave without him and even if I tried to, how would I sneak out of here alive?" Char panicked.

---

Jackie stayed indifferent, but with a soft voice, they said, "Just come with me, I'll bring you to Blue." They grabbed Char's hand and led to the guest bedroom their band was using. After they opened the door they smiled at Char and gestured for her to go in. "I have to go do the performance, I'll come back in a few minutes," they said and shut the door.

"Welcome to the subs club." Rivet deadpanned as Blue thrashed and yelled in his binds.

Winx sat next to Blue and was staring at him curiously. "Hey Rivet, why is he tied up? And why isn't he wearing a shirt?"

"Because," was Rivet's short answer.

---

Char called just as Jackie was leaving. "You better or else I'll assume this is a trap!" Then she turned around and gasped, running to Blue. "Blue! I am so so so so so so sorry!" She fumbled with the knots, trying to untie his binds. "I am such a bad friend!" Her voice was wavering as she struggled to choke back her tears. Then she angrily thought about Jackie and how stupid Char was for letting herself be distracted by them.

Once Blue's feet were free he yelled into the duct tape again.

"Oh, sorry." She reached to take it off but Winx's bizarre questions stopped her.

---

"Who are you?" Winx asked, getting all up in Char's face. "Jackie seems to like you. Are you their girlfriend?"

Rivet snorted. "As if. Jackie doesn't move that fast. They're a fucking sloth."

---

Char's face tomato-ed and she stopped everything she was doing to look at Winx. "What? No! I-I just came because-" then she turned on Rivet, suddenly angry, a fire burning in her eyes. "And what are you saying?" She stepped off the bed and angrily approached him. "Jackie and I are moving at our own pace. The best relationships start slowly, you should remember that advice before immediately springing on your boytoy whenever you want."

Blue groaned in irritation. His mouth was still taped and his hands were still bound.

---

Rivet only scoffed, his feathers not ruffled at all. "Please, I don't spring on him, he springs on me. And I'll have you know that our relationship is amazing. He isn't my boytoy. I love him, he loves me. And the sex is great-" he cut himself off glancing quickly at Winx, who seemed to be more interested in one of the paintings on the wall. Rivet let out a relieved sigh.

---

Char didn't notice his glancing. She gagged. "Ugh, save it. I do not want to hear about that."

Blue shouted a muffled cry through the tape, reminding her of his state.

Char looked at Blue and then back at Rivet. "And why doesn't he have a shirt?"

---

Rivet shrugged and looked back down at his phone. "How should I know? I'm not the one who tied him up."

Winx jumped in. "I think he might have been hot with his shirt on!" he said innocently with a shining smile.

Rivet chuckled at the poor naive boy. "Sure, Winx."

---

It was Blue's turn to blush. Now he was scowling at Char, and he gave her an irritated look.

"Oh, sorry Blue." She peeled off the duct tape and when she started to untie his hands, he was already talking a mile a minute.

"Char! Blaize is more than just a douchebag like you said, he's a monster! He attacked me in the hall and then that guy Yuno saved me but then I was captured by these football jocks and tied up and then- but THEN I was taken prisoner by who I thought was my rescuer and now-"

Char stopped him. "Blue, Blue, Blue. I know. I was there." The knots were especially tight on his hands.

As Char fumbled with the rope, Blue grumbled death threats while he stared hard into space. "I'm gonna kill him. I swear I'm gonna kill him."

Char sighed. "I warned you about Blaize."

"No, not Maverick. Yuno."

"Huh?"

---

"Why Coconut?" Rivet asked. "He totally saved you."

---

"He didn't save me, he stole me!" As soon as Blue's hands were free he made his way to the door.

---

"I wouldn't do that. I mean, unless you want to be tied up again," Rivet said with an emotionless tone. "And Coconut didn't steal you, he was protecting you."

Winx smiled brightly. "Yeah! Big bro is so kind and brave!"

Rivet gestured to the small boy. "See, even he knows it."

---

Blue ignored him and rattled the door knob. "It's locked!" He yanked at the knob.

"What?" Char was confused and then in disappointment thought of Jackie. "Geez, how untrusting can you get?"

---

Rivet rolled his eyes. "Damn, you lawyers really are uptight." Rivet shook his head. "I'll take the liberty of explaining everything to you. Coconut claimed you so that no one else in the college would bother you. No one messes with the Pirates. And Jackie locked the door not to keep you in, but keep them out." Rivet pointed outside, referring to the wild animals which were the students of his college.

"We wouldn't want you to get mauled!" Winx said with another grin, his words contrasting his innocent tone.

---

Blue's hand slipped off the doorknob. "Claimed?" His face scrunched in confusion. That was the word that struck out to him.

The song playing outside ended followed by cheers.

---

"Yeah, claimed. Coconut basically owns you now, and I suggest you let it stay that way if you want to survive here," Rivet shrugged and stood up from his seat.

Just then, the door unlocked and was slammed open. "Hey everyone!" Alex yelled.

"Hey babe," Rivet said with a smirk, grabbing Alex's neck and tugging him into a rough kiss.

As the two began to make out, Cripton shoved them out of the doorway with an annoyed huff. "Get a room. Ugh." The two didn't respond, too busy eating each other's faces off. Cripton made his way over to Winx and ignored the two.

Jackie walked in next, a bored expression on their face. They started walking over to Char, letting a smile grace their features.

Coconut entered last and closed the door behind them. "Great performance guys! Everyone loved us!" he said with a cute smile.

---

Crypt noticed Winx's shoe was untied and so he crouched without saying anything and tied his shoes.

When Char saw Jackie, her face flushed, but to hide her feelings she crossed her arms and raised an eyebrow. Then she cleared her throat. "Well, thanks for uh- not lying when you said you would come back. Also, I hope you aren't considering taking me as another prisoner because I wouldn't make a cute mascot."

Blue huffed angrily and stepped into Coconut's space as he yelled at him. Which was sort of funny considering their difference in height with Blue standing 5'9 and Coconut being 6'6. Blue had to tilt his head up slightly or he'd be talking to Coconut's chin. "Mascot? Hostage?" Blue glared. And then he gestured to Rivet- who was still kissing Alex- and "you claimed me? What is all this supposed to mean? I doubt any of you are serious about this, right?" His nervousness was showing in his voice now.

---

"Nope. We're completely serious. Cerulean Arts is a fucking mess," Coconut said, pushing past Blue and walking over to an acoustic guitar.

Jackie chuckled and rubbed the back of their neck. "Yeah… even the teachers act like students here." Then they looked at Char and said, "But I'm afraid we will have to keep you here. You won't be a mascot, just a hostage, I guess. Though you would make an adorable mascot, like your friend over there."

---

Blue shook his head. "This is ridiculous. Come on, Char, let's get out of here. Blue opened the door muttering, "Better find my shirt first."

---

Coconut shook his head and strides over to Blue, grabbing his wrist in a tight hold. "You aren't leaving," he said in a firm tone.

Jackie sighed and nodded at Char. "Yeah, I'm sorry, Char, but… you shouldn't leave. I mean, you could, but Blue can't go with you," they informed her regretfully. "He has to stay here."

---

Blue glared at Coconut and ripped his arms from Coconut's grasp. "Watch me." And then he turned around to leave again.

Char crossed her arms. "Well, I'm not leaving without Blue."

---

Coconut wrapped his arms around Blue's waist and rested his chin on his shoulder. "I'm afraid I can't just let you waltz out of here."

Jackie looked at Coconut. "Well, I'm sorry. Really. But we're completely serious when we say he can't leave. Our group has to retain our respect around here and if we just let the new mascot go, we'll definitely lose it."

Coconut hummed. "Sorry, Angel, you'll have to stay here with me." He unwrapped his arms before the boy could get angry at him and closed the door to the room, locking it with a key and shoving it in his pocket. "There are groups at this college, kind of like teams and we all compete against each other for dominance I guess. This is our group, the Pirates. We're the alphas, basically, and everyone respects us, hence why I claimed you. If I didn't, Blaize would have done whatever he wanted with you, but now that you're with us, he can't do anything about it. We hold the power here."

---

Cripter stretched and then tiredly groaned. "It's late and I have a wrestling match tomorrow so we should probably head ba- wait, Winx! Don't you have a big competition tomorrow? We have to get back to the dorms." Cripter began loading up their stuff to carry it into the camper.

Char raised her eyebrows sceptically. "Groups. Geez. Glad to know our size of the school isn't as inhumane as yours." She raised her arms and pretended to be sipping from a cup of tea, "We are far more civilized than you commonfolk," she smiled humorously.

Blue grumbled but obliged and didn't try to run away again. For now.

---

Noticing Blue's reluctant compliance, Coconut unlocked the door and grabbed his guitar case before taking hold of his hand and leading him to their vehicle.

Jackie chuckled at Char's joke, "You definitely are. Cerulean Arts is like a pack of wolves. A huge, violent pack of wolves."

---

Blue's pale cheeks rosened quickly at the gentle touch of Coconut's hand. "Um. I doubt a hostage has ever been treated like this before...as a kidnapper, you're not supposed to- nevermind." He wasn't complaining.

Char fell out of the love charm Jackie seemed to have spelled on her. "Your friend- Crypt I think- is right. It's late I should go. Thanks for inviting me." Char made her way to the door. "I'll just inform the school about this in the morning and they'll bust your asses before you know it."

---

"I'm not supposed to what?" Coconut asked with a smirk. "I'm not kidnapping you, I'm keeping you safe, even if you don't realize it."

Jackie let out a nervous laugh. "Yeah… about that…" they grabbed Char's wrist and stopped her from leaving. "If you're going to tell your school, then… you can't leave either. Sorry."

Alex finally managed to stop kissing Rivet. "Jackie, go ahead take her back to your room. Don't want her snitchin'." As soon as he finished talking, Rivet pulled him back into their long session of PDA.

---

"Uuuh, what?" Char regretted saying anything. If she had managed to sneak away, Blue might have had a chance of rescue. Thanks to Char and her big mouth, that wasn't gonna happen and now she was involved in this mess. "Really? You're going to kid-kidnap me too?" She nervously laughed and backed away slowly from Jackie. "Wait, did he say your room?" She blushed.

Blue scoffed and rolled his eyes. Blue avoided the mean stares and jeering thrown his way as they made their way to the front door. "Keeping me safe? Sure, if that's what you want to call it." Coconut opened the door and Blue broke away from his hold, making a mad dash toward his car. Blue reached into his jean pocket and fumbled with his car keys, he carefully inserted the key into his car-

---

"Nope." Coconut grabbed Blue's hands and twisted them behind his back, holding his wrists with one hand as he used the other to snatch both Blue's keys and phone out of his pocket. "You won't be needing either of these, Angel."

Jackie nodded their head. "Yeah, he did. You'll have to sleep in my room, we only have a limited number."

---

Blue's heart rate quickened at how close the handsome stranger was. "Don't call me that…" he snapped sharply and glared so hard at Coconut that he reminded himself of a hissing cat.

Char barked a shaky laugh. "That's funny. I'm sorry, but I don't think so- I'm just gonna go-"

---

Coconut shrugged, unaffected by the glare. "I like calling you that, so unless you have a good reason for me to drop the nickname, you're out of luck, Angel."

Jackie sighed and kept their hold on Char's wrist. "I'm not joking, but I am tired. Can we just go to my room so we can sleep?"

---

To be honest, Blue liked his new pet name, but he couldn't let that show. Blue's face was hot and prickly from his mix of irritation and attraction. "I think there's a perfectly good reason to drop the nickname, and that reason is actually my boyfriend who I'm sure won't be too happy about the fact you're hitting on me. So please just call me by my real name. And you know my last name isn't just Angel. It's Angelite."

Char's face was so red she was afraid Jackie would point it out. "Um...s-sleep with you?" She knew she shouldn't say yes but she wanted to.

Meanwhile, Crypt was transporting the drums to the camper with Winx following behind and insisting he help him carry it, but Crypt wouldn't let him. "Coconut! Quit flirting and help us! Or at least tell Alex and Rivet to."

---

Coconut hummed and ignored Crypt. "Didn't you say you were working on breaking up with him?" Coconut purred into Blue's ear. "I see no problem with my nickname for you… Angel."

"Yuno~!" Winx whined childishly at Coconut. "Stop talking to your boyfriend and come help us pack up."

Jackie pulled Char to the band's camper. "Yes. Sleep with me. I'm tired," they said in a deadpan voice.

---

Blue stomped on Coconut's foot as hard as he could and then shouted in his ear, even though he was talking to Winx- "I AM NOT. HIS. BOYFRIEND."

Char willingly let herself by pulled into the camper- too lost in dumb glee to pay any attention to all of Blue's yelling. "S-sleep with you?" she blathered. Hung up on those words.

---

Coconut winced in pain, lifting his foot. "That was mean," he said in a hurt voice, not fazed at all by the yelling in his ear, as he was used to loud noises from the band. And Rivet and Alex.

Winx flinched at the words thrown his way. "O-Oh… so-sorry… I-I didn't kn-know…" the short boy said, his eyes becoming glossy as he struggled to hold back the waterworks that were his overreacting emotions.

Jackie looked at Char weirdly. "Yeah…?" they answered, though it sounded more like a question. "... are you okay?"

---

Crypt appeared behind him and ruffled his hair with his large hand. "Don't let his words hurt you, he's battling himself against his feelings for Coconut...so, he didn't mean it."

Blue heard Winx and Crypt talking and wriggled in Coconut's grasp and against the car. "I DO NOT HAVE FEELINGS FOR HIM." Then he continued the conversation. "No, Coconut. What's mean is you kidnapping me. Get off and let me go!"

Char gaped at the camper. "Wow this place is kinda cool."

----

"Stop wiggling," Coconut commanded, moving Blue and shoving him against the hood of his car like the police would a criminal. "We aren't kidnapping you. Just think of it as… switching schools for a bit."

Winx turned around and hugged Crypt, his arms only being able to barely wrap around the giant's waist due to his own height. "S-So he does like him?" he asked with a small sniffle, trying to get his feelings back in control so he wouldn't cry.

---

Crypt chuckled. "Definitely. He's just pretending he doesn't." And then when Crypt saw Alex and Rivet step out of the house, he plucked Winx off of him. "Come on, let's go home." He turned around to board the camper.

Blue gasped sharply at the cold contact of the car hood on his chest. And then his face flushed, growing aroused when he realized how erotic their position was. His growl turned into a groan, "Alright, I get it. So what do you want me to do for you while I'm captive? Comply to your sexual harassment?"

---

Coconut scoffed at Blue's implied actions. "Where'd you get that from?" he asked with a laugh, shaking his head. "No, we're just going to keep you around. You're the new mascot! Therefore, we just have to show you off."

Alex and Rivet held hands as they stepped out of the house with the rest of their instruments. "Hey, Coconut, you should get the new kid into the camper! You look like you're raping him!" Alex called, both him and his boyfriend snickering at the look Coconut gave them as they got into the camper.

Coconut rolled his eyes and turned back to Blue."So… you gonna behave?" he asked with a smirk, leaning over Blue and pushing his chest against his back.

---

Blue squirmed, humiliated. "Yeah right, I'm your new pet." He twisted his head to the side. "Get your crotch off my ass first and we'll see about it." He hoped Coconut wouldn't catch on to the excitement pulsing through him.

---

"Good enough for me." Coconut let go of Blue's hands, making sure he wouldn't be able to run again, and started pulling his hoodie off.

---

Blue twisted around immediately. "What are you doing?" He asked, afraid.

---

"What do you think?" he asked in amusement, fully removing his shirt and revealing his bare chest covered in dozens of scars.

---

Blue looked shocked, his gaze glued to his chest.

---

Coconut took a step back from Blue, keeping an eye on his movements so he wouldn't run away. "Here." Coconut held his hoodie out to Blue.

---

"Oh," Blue blinked, shaking himself out of his trance. He took the hoodie and slipped it on, blushing.

---

Coconut took Blue's hand in his own and tugged him toward the camper. "Come on, everyone is waiting for us."

---

Blue raised a suspicious eyebrow and then looked at Coconut's pocket which he had shoved his phone and keys in. "Damn it." Blue blushed a strong color of red before taking a big breath and pulling his hand away. "No." He glared defiantly. "This is a crime. Give me my phone and car keys before I report you to the police. So help me I will walk back into that house-" he pointed, "and call the police. Now give me my keys." Blue reached for Coconut's pocket.

---

"Haha. No." Coconut laughed dryly, grabbing Blue's wrist and stopping his action. "You think you would actually be able to get to a phone."

---

Blue's hand twisted in his grip as he tried to yank away from him. "Let go of me!"

---

"Please stop struggling. I'd rather not bruise you like Blaize probably has," Coconut said with a bit of pity, not knowing how right on his words were.

---

Blue's struggling lessened for a second, thinking about the grip marks on his neck he had to cover with makeup. "He isn't like that...just..." Blue grabbed Coconut's wrist. "Was that a threat?" He managed to yank himself away and sprint back toward the house.

---

Coconut ran after him and easily got to him before he reached the door. "Hey! Stop!" Coconut wrenched Blue backwards once he regained his hold on the boy's wrist. "Do you really want to go back in there after last time?"

---

Blue scrunched his face. "At least I'll have a chance of finding help in there. I can ask someone for their phone." He turned to go. Just as he did, the door slammed open and a drunken Blaize staggered onto the porch taking a swig from a bottle.

Blue froze. "B-Blaize."

"Give him back, Coconut." He dropped the bottle and it rolled in a circle off the porch and into the bushes.

---

Without any hesitation, Coconut shoved Blue behind him. "Why should I? You made him the mascot. Now I have to clean up your mess. Again."

---

Blue stepped around Coconut. "Blaize, can I use your phone, please? Or can you get my car keys back from him? He's holding me hostage-" Blue was infuriated with Blaize at the moment but he really needed a way to get out of this situation.

Blaize wobbled angrily toward Blue. "Get inside, Blue."

"What?" He meekly squeaked.

---

Coconut shook his head and backed up, pulling Blue with him. "Blaize, get your drunk ass out of my sight, you good for nothing brat."

---

With an enraged yell Blaize charged Coconut and shoved him to the ground.

"Blaize!" Blue yelled.

"I said get inside, Blue!"

"No." He shook his head and backed away, scared like hell.

Blaize grabbed his arms. "Don't make me do this the hard way."

---

Coconut got up and moved behind Blaize, easily grabbing the drunken boy and pulling him into a chokehold. "I told you to leave us alone, Maverick!"

---

Blaize managed a choked shout, "Let go of me Yuno or I swear I'll kill you!"

---

"Yeah, right!" Coconut laughed. "You? Kill me? Pfft!" Coconut nearly lost his composure but regained it and tightened his hold on Blaize. He whispered into Blaize's ear dangerously, "you'd better forget it, Blaize. I doubt you want a repeat of what happened last time you got on the Pirates' nerves."

---

Blaize struggled silently for a moment, and then went limp. "Fine. You can keep him for now."

---

Coconut narrowed his eyes and reluctantly let Blaize go. "Go back inside," he growled, shoving him towards the house.

---

Blaize stumbled but did as he said, turning and pointing at him before going in, "You don't know what you've started, Coconut!" And he was gone.

---

"Whatever." Coconut turned back to Blue and held out his hand for him to take. "Come on."

---

Blue felt like he should deny him and run away again but after what just happened, he couldn't resist doing whatever Coconut told him to. But then he reminded himself Coconut only saved him from Blaize because Blue was his mascot or whatever they were calling him. "I guess I don't have a choice, do I?" He looked at Coconut's outstretched hand but turned away, walking toward the camper himself with his arms crossed. He was still shaking from the intensity of Blaize's anger. Coconut's hoodie was comforting.

---

Coconut chuckled at Blue's defiant personality, but then noticed the slight shivering of his form. He jogged to catch up and put his hand on his shoulder. "Hey, are you okay?"

---

Blue shrugged his hand off and didn't answer.

---

Coconut frowned. "Angel?"

---

Blue gave him a massive eye roll.

Crypt opened the door of the camper. "Hey I saw what happened. What was wrong with Blaize?"

---

"The idiot was drunk. Being a massive fuckface like usual," Coconut scoffed. He glanced at Blue again and grabbed his arm gently. "Hey, Crypt, can you give us a sec?"

---

Crypt closed the door in their faces and walked away.

Blue grumbled in frustration. "Do you want to kidnap me or not? Make up your mind."

---

Coconut chuckled softly. "Nah, you're still coming with us, I just…" he trailed off and sighed, looking down. He moved his gaze back to Blue and smiled comfortingly. "I just wanted to make sure you're okay. That was probably pretty frightening for you."

---

"Hah. Totally not falling for that." He pulled the hood of Coconut's hoodie over his head, hid his face.

---

"Falling for what?" Coconut asked cluelessly.

---

He pulled the hoodie off quickly with an angry look. "You're pretending to care about my feelings so i'll trust you and then you'll backstab me later." He hid behind the hood again.

---

"What made you think that?" He asked in confusion, kind of hurt from the assumption but shaking it off, knowing that it was probably caused by something else.

---

Blue mumbled something from in the hood.

---

"What was that?"

---

Blue huffed and took off the hood. "Blaize pretended to care about my feelings."

---

Coconut looked at him with sympathy. "Yeah. But, you shouldn't compare everyone you meet… with… him…" he trailed off, sounding a little guilty at the end.

---

Blue swallowed everything he wanted to shout in his face about him taking him against his will. "You're right. Sorry." He said curtly. "Um, and yeah, I was a little...shaken up."

---

"Don't worry, it's fine. Now, come on, let's go. You'll probably want some sleep after all this," Coconut said with a kind smile.

---

Strangely enough, Blue hadn't felt this happy in a long time. His fondness for Coconut was only growing stronger. "Yeah, okay."

---
