(Elsewhere by a village, Kitara exits from a portal & begins to walk through a town.)
Kitara: This place is where her magic essence is the strongest, so she must be close by. If what Dante said is true, then I should hurry. I think a locator spell that's centered around Marcy's Magic Essence should do the trick.
(As Kitara says this, she continues to walk through the town as she does the spell. While she is doing this, people are shocked to see a Witch doing magic.)
Kitara: I forgot that Magicians & Witches aren't all that frequent here. I guess it's fine that they are shocked.
(As Kitara says this, her spell begins to form an aura that quickly turns into an arrow pointing her in Marcy's direction.)
Kitara: Good. It worked. I really am a genius. I wonder if Dante is back already? Hopefully, he didn't do anything that he'll later regret. Sigh.....That Dante. He's still the same since I first met him back at Crow's Perch.
Flashback Begins....
(It's a dark rainy night, as Kitara walks out her room only to see Dante laying on the ground, beaten & bloodied after sparing against Lenneth out in the rain.)
Lenneth: You've gotten very good at an accelerated rate. Your proficiency with a sword is outstanding as well. You are becoming my top pupil.
(As Lenneth says this, Dante jumps up for a punch, only for Lenneth to knee him in the gut.)
Lenneth: Although your anger is still going unchecked. If you don't control yourself, it'll get you killed. Just like the first time.
(As Lenneth says this, she begins to walk away.)
Lenneth: Go and clean yourself up. Come tomorrow I will have a task for you.
(As Lenneth says this, she burst into crows. After this, Dante tries to get up, but his body gives out on him. After his attempt, he gives up & rolls over onto his back.)
Dante: Damn it! I lost to her again. I can't even move my body. She's too strong.
(As Dante says this, Kitara walks up.)
Kitara: It's about time you realized that you can't beat her.
Dante: I don't need any lip from you, Kitara.
Kitara: That's the first time you've called me by my name. Did Lenneth hit you too hard?
Dante: I said shit up Kitara.
Kitara: Fine. Lay here in rain. I was going to offer you my healing, but I guess you'd rather lie here in pain.
Dante: Then go. I'd much rather lay here alone.
Kitara: So you're the suffering type? Suit yourself then, Prince.
Dante: Do not call me that. You don't know me, witch.
Kitara: In case you've forgotten, you're human and we require strong relationships to other people to survive in this world. I've heard about you, more specifically what happened to you. I want to be your friend.
Dante: I don't need a friend, so you can stop trying.
Kitara: Without bonds anchoring you, you will drown in the darkness that King Mason left you in.
(As Kitara says this, she walks back to her room, she looks back & sees Dante sit up with his feet cross in the rain. After a couple of seconds, he gets up & begins to train.)
Kitara: That Dante. He just doesn't know when to quit.
Flashback Ends.....
(As the flashback ends, the arrow that's guiding Kitara begins to glow brighter as she exits the town & gets closer to a cave.)
Kitara: The arrow has faded, so this must be where Marcy is. I must say that this is a clever place to hide.
(As Kitara goes to enter, she can't as Marcy has put up a boundary spell.)
Kitara: And she's even more clever than I thought. Time to erase this.
(As Kitara says this, with a snap of her fingers she breaks Marcy's boundary spell with ease. Once she does this, she makes her way into the cave. Shortly after this, she finds Marcy in front of a fire.)
Kitara: There you are.
Marcy: Kitara? What are you doing here? How did you find me?
Kitara: It's simple really. I did a locator spell.
Marcy: I thought we had a deal? I thought you'd let me go free?
Kitara: Yes well it turns out that it would be best if you stayed with us.
Marcy: You mean with you and the Bloody Crow? So you can use me for my power? I decline.
Kitara: You don't understand. You're in danger. There are people who hunt Kitsune like yourself only to extract their Fox spirit for their personal gain.
Marcy: And how do you know this?
Kitara: Dante came across some not too long ago.
Marcy: And why should I go with you? Why do you want to help me all of a sudden?
Kitara: Believe it or not, I just can't turn my back on a fellow witch and child...Even if you're a Kitsune, you'll need someone to take care of you. I think it'll make up for the fact that Dante killed your coven. I'll become your new teacher if you'll let me.
Marcy: I don't trust you. How can you stand here and say this after you let that monster kill my coven?
Kitara: I know that you don't trust me, but you have to believe me. You being on your own isn't in your best interest. I promise you that I'll keep you safe. Not Dante, but me. I swear to you that I'll keep you safe. Please, I'll create a portal to our hideout.
Marcy: Okay. I'm trusting you Kitara. Please don't let me down.
(As Kitara says this, she & Marcy walks out of the cave. As Kitara begins her spell, Tana, Rei & Athena from Ragnarock suddenly appears.)
Tana: Told you she would lead us to her.
Rei: Yeah you were.
Marcy: Kitara, who are these people?
Kitara: I assume you three are from Ragnarock correct?
Tana: Yes we are. We're here for the girl.
Kitara: Sorry, but you won't be taking her.
Athena: It's three against one. You can't fight the three of us and protect the girl.
Kitara: You're clearly underestimating me.
(With a simple wave of her hand, Kitara pushes all three members of Ragnarock back with sheer force. As she does this, she quickly creates a portal.)
Kitara: Go. I'll be there shortly.
Marcy: Are you sure?
Kitara: Yes. Now go.
(As Kitara says this, Marcy goes through the portal.)
Rei: Dammit. She's gone. Azura isn't going to be happy.
Tana: Don't worry. Taking her will suffice.
Kitara: You think you're gonna take me? Good luck.
