"Still though I would prefer you try archery," Yura had a thing for archery since she joined a camp two years ago and after begging her mom for the lesson she was allowed to enter the archery team to try out, but she was going to throw that all away for me.
"Right and give up on -" while she wiggles my written papers -" knowing what this is? You've got another thing coming, Anaya Moore." she laughs.
I shook my head, and I continue to write," think about it, alright? Don't give up what you love for me. I'm not that important to understand."
"Anaya Moore, you are important, don't you ever degrade yourself into nothing you hear me?" and I laugh as I nod. Something about Yura is unforgettable, and I know that I owe her a lot, I was such a burden, and she shrugs it off every time and said it was reasonable to help.
"Is Liz not here yet?" I asked her, and she shrugs.
"No, she's not here, I don't know where she is, Liz was going to meet up in the cafeteria, but I haven't seen her since morning," she told me, and I started to worry.
"She's not in class today? Didn't you say you guys had class today," she hums as I heard the chairs screech and I heard rustling beside me as I search for Yura's hands and she held mine?
"Where are you going?"
"I'm searching for Liz. I might know where she is, and you need to finish your writing?" She asked, and I nod. She pats my hands reassuringly.
"Okay, you stay here first, and I'll go find her don't worry nana I'll find her alright?" as soon as she finished her sentences she lets go of my hands and I turn a bit to the paper in front of me.
As she left I was still sitting in one of the long tables in the campus' library, I was a little worried since the shelves in the library were narrow, and Yura had picked the furthest place to sit even though I might tumble there and make a scene I couldn't help to agree that this place is quiet. Still, I couldn't ask anyone for help, not that they will want to help anyway, all I can do now is wait for Yura to come back with Liz.
Opening my phone and I text them as Yura answered that she'd be back after she finds Liz.
As I was waiting I begin writing in braille again. I once again left with my thoughts on my encounter with Nicholas.
I sat there thinking if it was a dream and I would wake up, and I still remembered how he had helped me and as I heard him stumbling in the committee room he was such a different person.
He was different from what the others had said, and it confuses me on why he was acting a different person.
The girls would always gossip him to be someone who was popular with girls and was still with his friends, he was the captain of the soccer team, and he was known to be someone very cocky and was the typical jocks.
But instead with all the rumours that were going on all, I can see someone who was not all of the things people describe, instead he was someone who I was not expecting. Not once he had said anything about my illness being a burden, and he was enough to treat me like a human despite my flaws.
To be treated like a human, something I have never seen anyone done beside Yura and Liz, He was the first few people. So hearing people despite his charming looks, I was intrigued by his personality and why he was so lovely towards me, is that the new way to bully someone? Get their trust and then break them?
But Nicholas wasn't like that.
Searching for my papers, I heard the chair screeching in front of me, indicating someone was to sit there and I stop as I search for my documents that might scatter around the place. I didn't want to disturb anyone.
"You don't have to do that you know, I don't mind a little paper scatter around me," as soon as I heard the voice I stop my movement.
"Hey, I'm sorry I startled you, didn't I?" I nod my head as I couldn't form any words.
"I'm sorry I should have made myself present, but I didn't want to bother you. I didn't think you would react like that," Nicholas shyly said, and I smiled.
"It's alright, I'm not like this I'm just surprised it's you," I whisper silently, and he had heard it as he smiles and sat down pulling out the books he had planned to read.
"Me? Well now I'm sad, were you expecting someone else?" He asked, and I shake my head instantly.
"No!" I shout as I close my mouth as splutter those words loudly, and I could feel the burning stares as I slump more into the chair, and I hear a silent laugh.
"Well, I'm flattered that I might be someone you're expecting," I was about to say something, but I was interrupted when I feel someone getting closer, and I stood up and was surprised when my forehead bumps into something more of someone.
"Ouch... hskk..." I clutch my head as I rub the soreness away, and I found someone laughing, and I concluded it was Nicholas.
"I'm sorry Anaya, I wanted to see," He laughs as I felt his hand to my forehead and helps me soothe the soreness away, and I stop.
His gentle hands caress my sore temple, and I felt someone blowing my temple as the cold air hits my temple.
"I wanted to see what you wrote clearly and -" After hearing his confession I panic as I sat down abruptly and I took the papers that once scattered in front of him.
Did he see the letters?
