Xenon did not know Ace had a grandma or could act nice to anyone. If any of his comrades saw this, they would definitely be surprised.
The lights turn on and you can see a ordinary old women sitting on a chair, looking at Ace.
Ace comes closer to the women and gives her a hug. This was such a lovely view. It melted Xenon's heart.
Ace turned to Xenon and said, "This is Anne's grandma Penny." I thought Anne didn't have an relatives?
"I found her hiding on the day Anne was executed, Penny was looking for her, so I sheltered her here, where no one is around." That makes a lot of sense, so that means Penny is a Vampire and that's why there is no light.
"Thank you for coming all the way here Ace, I've been doing well here, thank you dear for your help."
"Don't worry Grandma Penny, I will look after you forever." Who would've thought Ace could be such a sweetheart. "Grandma this is Vampire Lord Xenon, I am helping him get back to Vampire territory."
Xenon smiled sweetly to her and she smiled back. "Hello Granny Penny, I'm Xenon." Penny started to cry.
Did Xenon do something wrong? Ace went to comfort Penny. "I'm so sorry, you just reminded me of Anne." Anne? Xenon went came closer to Granny Penny, he kneeled down next to her and held her hand. He smiled at her, "It's okay Granny Penny." Penny could not help wanting to hug him, so she came in closer, they hugged but Penny was stunned, he smelled just like Anne.
Could they be related, they look alike and smell similar? That's not possible Anne lost her family in a accident.
" Xenon what's your family's last name."
"It is Cantabile." Xenon responded.
Grandma Penny's face seemed disappointed. Anne's last name is 'Rosender'
Xenon had no idea what was going on and why she seemed disappointed.
