I had asked him to call me boss around others, just in case they think it's a... weird relationship.
"N-nothing Jackson, just... daydreaming," I said to Jackson, as I didn't want these random strangers to know about The Summoning System, which could cause a lot of damage in the future.
"Alright boss... now, what do we do with these five?" Jackson asked as he looked at the five former slaves, one was the large nine-foot-tall man, the little girl Inka, a beautiful young woman who was holding Inka in a tight embrace, and a pair of twin brothers with bright yellow hair shaped in the style of a bunch of lightning bolts.
"Hmm... do you five have anywhere to stay? Perhaps your previous village? If so, we can escort you there" I said with a kindly smile.
"No, kid... our village sold us to the bandits for either slave labor... or other... illicit activities," the man said, his fist clenched in rage.
"Then... why don't you come with us to Foosha Village? We could always use some helping hands" I said, the smile still on my face.
