Chapter 23 - Q/A

Alright this is the hierophant's Q and A time. I have been wanting to do this for a few months and have planned out a few things. First, let's begin with Wren S. Ift's break in the fourth wall by addressing any questions he has about his life.

-

Q: Why am I dead in this story? I thought I was your favorite character so how come I am just a shadow and will we ever meet in person?

-

A: Honestly, it's because you're an absolute @#$& dude. I can't really stand how you terrorize people then just overpower all objections with complete arrogance. You were always bound to meet someone stronger than you and make them destroy you. You've been revived so many ways because of a simple cheat code you've gambled your life on repeatedly. Even Carrow Corrow as a complete leviathan class monster is a gentleman compared to you. You can't expect that cheat code to work on Anadorians every time? Eventually you'll experience perma-death.

-

Q: What the @#$&?

A: Next question please.

-

Q: How much lore does my world actually have?

A: I actually chronologically designed a bunch of artifacts on top of the the original design for Anadoria

I might call the continent Anadoria but it's actually Odyssia and technically belongs to my world's feudal Japan fantasy timelines. Frankly, it's a really dangerous place with legendary beasts, crazy deserts, and sea monsters that make pirates retire. The thrill and dangers are why you existed and why you are M.I.A.

Q: Why did you name her Adilita and why pick her over me.

A: Well, it's because I love you so much. You've left a big legacy and a shadow over my writing career. There's no way I can show the readers what you mean to me without bringing to light the legacy you've created through your life. Adilita comes from a misprint of my favorite A.I. Code Lyoko.

Q: Will you and I ever meet in person?

A: You were my avatar for a long time but I wanted you meet me anyways. I have a hunch you'll try and make me pay for all your suffering and technically you're right. The joke is on you though because you can break the fourth wall between everything except my world so you'll just infinitely destroying my avatars who are just innocent variations of the hierophant.

Q: Okay Wren S. Ift, it's my turn to ask you questions. Why did you create Adilita and what will you tell her if she ever met you?

A: I have a talent for creating technical advances and Chacane Light Nightmare, who is an Anadorian as well, is my obsession. She the archenemy of all villains and she had a daughter who loved her mom very much. It was so unconditional that I thought that could try and create a machine that I had descovered existed only in the future. I wasn't able to finish the project because magi-tech was mostly for nobles and elites and the Doraxians found out that I was copying thiers to create a living machine that has unconditional love for me. The war between Anadorians and Dorax Vile broke out during that year and my prototype Adilita's were destroyed in trying to save Anadoria during one of my deaths.

I really don't plan on giving her an explanation unless she proves to be something I can adopt. Not all my creations become my children.

Q: That's a hefty answer so then let's just get to the last question. Why is Mesta so important to your project and what was the meaning of that cave that adilita had to transport herself through, Wren S Ift?

A: This is part of the lore that revolves around a rival council member of the shifter court, Mercer. Each beast is a legendary ancient creature that predates all life forms on the eastern continent. Mercer wrote that one had to subdue these creatures before you could even absorb thier forms. I had the beasts carved as statues and the King's son, Carrow Corrow, is an attempted pseudo-ancient creation that was created during one of the first few wars as Mercer tried to anex the capital city.

Hierophant: Wow, most of your answers have reasons that go into depth.

Wren S. Ift: You have your interview. Now get out!
