Aya's POV
Holding each other's hand, Lok and I rose up from the grass where he took me into his embrace at the waist once more.
Lightly his fingers traced my cheek and jawline. Leaning his head down, his kiss was petal soft and tender, meant to set me on fire which it did.
My arms snaked around him. One at the waist, and the other with my hand flat and fingers splayed, running slowly up his spine.
Lifting his lips away from mine, his forehead rested against me. "I wish you knew just how much I love you." letting him feel the delicate intrusion, I entered his mind.
Smiling softy, I answered him. "I certainly do now. Hang on a moment.." With a tiny measure of fear, I opened up my heart, soul, and mind to him in the link, blushing profusely. Something I had never done before. Truly letting someone 'in'.
