Just as he'd asked, I told Lok when I needed to go and be in other places, using my omnipresence. Immediately, he set up four guards around the hut we shared.
It was there inside the hut that I would sit down on my heels in our bedding by the pit fire. His scent around me helping to keep me grounded as I traveled all over the East.
In one hot spot area to the north, there were two clans of vampires going at each other, but not in the usual way. They were not just families at war, they were using armies in the thousands, on a battlefield of sorts
I showed up in a blinding flash of white light in the field between the two armies, the neutral zone for the moment. As the flash dissipated, my white aura remained glowing over my white snowy white hair, priestess robes, and swords.
