"Tamlen!" Junar took a few steps forward. The others looked at Thrasher went hatred till he turned and faced them. Then a sense of fear overwhelmed them. They stepped back but kept watch till the sword vanished. "You are not dead!?"
*Fizzle!* A black smog floated up from his body. Tamlen was now just sleeping things off.
"He needed to be exorcised." Thrasher said calmly. His hand outstretched sucking the mirror and statues away. The Operator already at work on finding things out about it. "Welp, do not stay in my place to long I claim this for myself. I will kill trespassers in.. eh three days or so."
"Wait!" Juren called to Thrasher. "The Keeper needs to talk with you."
"Uh huh, that is nice. But.."
"It will only take a little while. Please, Thrasher!" Juren was almost begging. Which was just weird to Thrasher. 'If he does not come back.. it will not be good. Especially with what he said truly about the Halla. He can cure them, I am sure of it! And a few of our people are sick as well.'
"Oh alright." Thrasher said. He was mentally tired from fixing the mirror and making it his own. Then sending the Ork Gods in for some fun cost a lot of magic. he would need a long rest to get all of his spell slots back as well as those upgrades to settle. 'I.. need to sleep.'
"Warchief," An ork human came over covered in wounds. A smile on his face. "The chambers have been cleared. And the supplies brought in. The little grotlings are at work." Remembering something, he added in another part. "All remains have been taken care of. We lost only two of our own."
"Hmm good work. Done faster than I thought. Well, the plan is the same. Work on building and repairing. I will return in a few days." Thrasher gave a pat on the Follower's shoulder. Healing the wounds as well. "I look forward to good tidings."
Walking out, Thrasher was hit with a Quest update.
System: Mecanoid Class has switched to Cyber Paladin. Power of Domain Has increased. Elgar'nan has fused with User's soul. Light/Holy given as an Element. Wisdom can now add additional power to strikes. Full long rest is needed.
System: Lunatic Quest.. updating. Completed the revival of the Eluvian. Bonus: The mirror has been removed from the reaches of unprepared Dalish elves. The Demon within has been vanquished. Rescue of Tamlen and altering of Merril's fate has resulted in additional experience. Rewards: Level x3, Dalish Ancient Customs, Blueprints of the Eluvian.
'Neat.' Thrasher was to tired to look deeper at everything. Stopping outside, Volus moved the Chasin to him. They agreed to Follow him. As in Volus. Which Thrasher did not care about really. It was all the same to him. The each recived the ability to become Laguz. Just that of the Puma. Not a single one of them were made a Lion or a Lioness. "Ahhh, I really need a nap now." Thrasher yawned.
Moving out, they ran full speed. As soon as they made it, Thrasher went to sleep. They could talk in the morning before he left. He was really tired. As he slept, upgrades finished and information settled. Like, that of what was going with him now.
Thrasher looked at the three Ork Pantheon and the Dalish one Elgar'nan. Who looked a good bit like him now. Just, Dalish. Gork and Mork made fun of the Elven God and of Thrasher. Until Thrasher and Elgar'nan beat the two up. Which was what they wanted anyway. A fight to welcome the newcomer properly. Bork just watched amused.
When the fun was over, business was at hand. Elgar'nan shared his knowledge with Thrasher, boosting the information he had from Azul even further. The orks were quite interested in the Black City and what lay beyond. The mention of a wave of demons and a cesspool of powerful darkspawn did not deter them. Made them even more excitied too breach it and make it their own.
"Elgar, you have a lot to learn about Orks." Thrasher said. He was excitied to get there as well. But not foolish enough to go completely unprepared. "Power will be needed. And a lot of Magic. What is with this light?"
"The Radiant energy will help with dealing with Darkspawn and the corruption of the Black City and the Fade taint." Elgar'nana stated. He shook his head at the loss after all the following years still of his people. "We must have the Dalish and these Chantry towers changed. You have the blood of Andraste in you. It is more than enough to lead people in this dark times."
"Pffft, yeah ok." Thrasher was not interested in that in something like that. Things are to boring that way. People wouldn't listen until their heads were cracked open or.. they were desperate. His people would follow no matter what. Or he would just execute them gaining fresh troops from them anyway. "So I am a type of Paladin now. How joyful. Defintely have some crazy offensive spells added to my arsenal. Get to do a little smiting. Alright, what do we have now in my arsenal?"
System: Various upgrades have all assimilated into D.G. cells. Characteristics have upgrade. Execution of Soul's body have enhanced. User actions against the World have grown beyond level restraint. Paladins spells are not part of spell list.
"Hmm, that is more than enough to make me like before. Ah, a body that can fight like before just a little more. Excellent." Thrasher body pulsed as the D.G. cells went to work. "I am gonna have so much fun when I wake up. Until then.."
*Sching!* The Blade of Olympus appeared in his hands. The four looked at him amused.
"We need to go over the rules of who souls this belongs to. Some of you have such strange ideals to manipulate me." Thrasher stepped forward with evil grin on his face. "I do not mind going to do some crazy things, because it is fun. But you just need to ask. So.. punishment for the disobedient!"
"HAhahaha! Thats the proppa attitude of a Warchief!" Gork charged first. Even in sleep, amusement was there to be had. Another craving fulfilled. The Space Stone pulsed in power as it gained energy to store away.
.
Next Morning-
.
The conversation that went on was more than a doozy. The Dalish didn't believe that he was Elgar'non walking the Earth. Thrasher would not argue with them. He told them a little more info to help themselves then sent them on their way. As well as told them what to expect on trying to get away.
"Marethari Talas, good luck. Have the people stop worshiping the Dread Wolf, it will go a long way. I need to go and deal with Mythal's vessel." Thrasher turned away. Several of the Dalish elves decided to follow him, however. Junar, Pol, Amara, Ashalle the one of the oldest of the clan. The elf that raised the MC character if one chose the Dalish Elf. As well as several Dalish from small encampments. The ones to injure to go on. "Best of luck."
"I wish the best of luck as well." Marethari looked the injured over one last time before leaving. Merril torn about the decision. But to many injured would make the trek more difficult. "May the Blight in quickly."
As they left on the now healed Halla, thanks to Thrasher, the injured said farewells thinking to never to see them again. Once out of sight and ready to move, Thrasher healed the rest. And changed them all into Laguz. The Human & Dalish gained the ability to turn into the Lesser cats.
The Operator told him to label them as Pumas. Only one able to be something more, was Amara. She was a Tiger Laguz. And only slightly weaker than Volus. With the Space stone, they Teleported back to the ruins. Which had several repairs going on.
"All right, new home. Learn to survive and about your history.." Thrasher pointed to the building now labeled Library. "over their. You will learn to read & write something called English. Which will cover several of the human languages. Then Elder Dalish. Which will cover the vast majority of different elf dialects. You will work as well, nothing is free."
"Junar," Amara called. "If anything is amiss come and find me. I can tell you where the majority of the danger areas are. And the soldiers respect me enough to not outright kill the disobedient if I ask."
"Thank you Amara." Junar smiled at a friendly face having some power. 'She moved up quick. It has only been a few days. Is violence really the only way to garner any respect from him?'
"Warchief." Volus called coming up. A few orc humans behind him. "A 1/4 mile of area has been added to the territory. Enchanted walls have been erected with wood and stone after it. The residence area is ready for building."
"Great work." Thrasher eyes glowed purple for a moment. Feeling the area part of his domain, he placed a few homes as well as an inn in the location. His forces felt the power leave him not knowing he just spent a few thousand points to do so. "Organize and mark who ends up where for the registry."
"We are allowed to directed our homes as we see fit correct?" Ashalle asked. Thrasher gave a nod. They were relieved to say the least. They still had reservations but it was better than the alternative. "Are you still capable of healing everyone after all that?"
"Yes." Thrasher spread his hands casting a Regenerate spell on all of them. Slowly for the weaker framed people, quickly for the warriors. Her eyes lit up fanatically at the sight. She needed no more convincing of the safety of the people. If they worked hard. "Warchief, I will make sure everyone is healthy and fit to work."
"I leave it to you then. Speak with Volus if any trouble arise. Make sure you learn the Healing arts well." Thrasher waved and vanished in an instant. The Mark of Bork appearing on Ashalle. "Healers have a better time when intense training starts."
Amarra chuckled a little at the intense training part. She barely could walk and that was the lesser course. But the rewards after were worth it. Increased strength and stamina. The others, the older people looked on weary. But seeing as they looked younger and more able, they gritted their teeth and moved onward.
.
Grey Wardens Tests-
.
*Shine!* Thrasher appeared next to Tracker in the woods. Shocking the hell out of Ser Jory, Daveth, and Elissa. The Dalish Elf Sarel, City Elf, and Dwarf Rogue were in another group. The Dwarf Noble Endrin II, and a Circle Mage in another group.
Quite a number of the Mc options were alive in a way. Any number of Users could have started as them. But Thrasher ended after a small thought. Any new User would need permission from his Operator to do so now. Which was not gonna happen.
The Will of the World expressed its thanks. Doing so would have taxed it more than it already was. It sent a World Shard to Thrasher as thanks. Which gave him more control over the place and gave the World itself more energy. The System transferred more energy to it. Dragon Age was healing faster from it's part in the User War.
Still had a way to go. But it had been removed from the Reset list. Everything else was to finish the Dragon Age Storyline and go in to the next parts to determine if it was a success or not.
"Cousin.. how did you do that?" Elissa asked after recovering from her shock.
*Clap!* Thrasher smacked his hands togethor and smiled. He made an arch with his hands.
"Science.. oh wait, magic." His antics did not go over well with them. "So.. how are things?"
"We were just finishing with the last of the test." Elissa said moving on to a more serious talk instead. "Ser Gilmore already passed. With ease he said. But he refused to say what happened. All part of the test."
"Hmm, how about that." Thrasher wondered if he said so because who may have been around. Or, did the man think he already told his cousin Elissa. It didn't matter since Elissa was already exposed to D.G. cells. She should have a better time against the Darkspawn taint in the Joining. "Well, since you are all wrapped up kind of, no reason we can not go and have a good meal."
