She came prepared with swiftness and walk from corner to corner picking different ingredients as if it was already embedded in her. Stall after stall she pick favorites that only she knows, excited as she thought about a visit that haven't happen in a while and the flavor she expect that they would still like and favor among others.
From food to beverages she choose and happily imagine the smile she wanted to see as well as the warmth that would accompany which will be the only remnant of the the little reunion. Dinner served and one thing she forgot is time has passed not only for her but for everyone in the table, as they enjoy the dinner she watch with a smile and talked as if it would extend their stay but it was time to say goodbye.
After clearing the table she stood as she reminisced memory of their childhood and him then tears fell as if it was just waiting for the moment where everything is calm and no one can hear.
She is alone, lonely and most importantly tired with no one to console. She lean in the table as if it was someone's shoulder but only the cold glass welcome her as if an old friend patiently waiting...
