Leaving the man she chose and Jung Chaerin, Kang Minseok left to deal with the papers. As for the rest of the men, they were taken back to their places.
Elegance emitted off of Chaerin while she sat on the couch. Her back was straight as she crossed her legs, and while those dark eyes of her scrutinized the man before her had a guileless smile upon his features.
"Introduce yourself," Chaerin ordered— her voice coming out to be devoid of any emotions.
"Right, I should be doing that! I am Ryu Seyoon, and although I look younger, currently I am twenty seven. Since you are a beautiful woman, I will be pleased to follow any of your requests, and lastly, thank you for choosing me!" Seyoon spoke out.
From his tone, Chaerin could judge him as a cheerful person and someone who would be easy to approach by others. Nonetheless, neither of that mattered to Chaerin.
"You are two years younger than me. That doesn't seem to be a problem," she mumbled before loudly saying, "I thought you were supposed to follow the requests without caring about the appearance."
"I suppose I should, but that doesn't mean I am pleased at that," Seyoon spoke out.
Not caring about idle chats, she nodded and stated, "You will be needing to sign a contract with me regarding this, and Secretary Kang will be bringing it to you in a while.
I have no interest in restricting your freedom or forcing you into something. You just have to act like my boyfriend until I pay you, After that, I want you to be gone. Throughout this period of time and even after it, I want you to not trouble me.
Going through the legal procedures for that is not a big deal for Jung family. Remember that. Whatever you hear over this period of time, you are required to forget all of them and don't probe further into it.
If you try to cause any harm to the Jung Family or are some spy, I don't mind personally taking care of you. That will be all. Rest of the terms are in contract," Chaerin expressed— her eyes remained threatening the entire time as if wanting to clearly convey her points to Seyoon.
"Noted," he spoke out, "I don't mind following all of those."
"As long as you behave appropriately, I don't mind paying you extra. In the end, this depends on your behaviour entirely," she stated— making sure he had gotten her point entirely.
Wearing that bright smile on his face, he nodded.
He made quite a good impression on her— taking in his looks— and with his obedient personality, Chaerin could not find any flaw within him.
Hearing the footsteps, Chaerin raised her head and saw Kang Minseok walking into the living room. His hand held on to a document— the contract— as he made his way into the room. Standing before Chaerin, he bowed.
Extending her hand towards him, she took the contract from him, and opening the seal on the brown folder, she pulled out the stack of paper from inside. While her hand held on to the contract, her eyes skimmed over the word 'contract'.
After that, she placed the contract on the table and pushed it towards Ryu Seyoon' side. Staring down at the papers, he picked it up, and flipping through the papers, he read the contents written in the document.
Reading through the contents of the contract took him a while, and once he was done with that, he received the pen from Kang Minseok in order to sign his name the papers.
Once he was done with that, he kept the paper on the table, and Kang Minseok picked it up before saying, "I will be sending you a copy of the contract soon."
Seyoon nodded.
"How good are you at household chores?" Chaerin asked.
"Household chores? I would not say that I am good, but I can manage with them," he answered.
"Then, that's settled. Since I am paying you, you can look after my mansion. Having a worker coming over regularly is tiresome, and since you are staying at here, this would be more convenient.
Certainly you can reject it if you have any objections. This was not mentioned in the contract after all," Chaerin impassively said.
"Household chores is fine," he stated, "Didn't I already mention on how pleased I am to do anything for a beautiful woman like you?"
